Forget Round Rock, drive past Dunkin... There is no better donut than a Shipley. The classic and simple glazed regular is always fresh and slightly warm. The Boston Cream is loaded as are the other filled items. The old fashioned, cake are perfectly fried with that slight crunchy/chewy edge. Its a Sunday morning Texas tradition. Very highly recommended.

Kolaches arent that great but Donuts pretty good. I got one of each of the filled Donuts and so far Im liking what Im tasting.

Good donuts. Sometimes it’s hit and miss when you walk in to order if you get a nicer employee or not. Some are stressed out but we all get stressed out at work.

My guiltiest pleasure. The old fashioned cinnamon rolls are perfect.

I try to avoid this location now even though I live in the neighborhood directly behind it. I just got home for the second time to old, crusty, dry kolaches. No other location does this. Even the really, REALLY bad area locations in Houston had excellent quality of food, day in and day out. Whats going on different at this one?

If you want the FRESHEST donuts in a wide variety then this is the place to go. I always use the drive thru due to COVID and the people at the window are always so cheerful and helpful.

So happy to have a Shipleys in the Leander/Cedar Park area! Donuts are fresh and tasty, and there are TONS of different varieties. It can be a little overwhelming if your a first timer, but employees will always make some suggestions on whats good! My go-to is either the classic glazed donut (one of the best Ive had IMO), or the Apple Fritter (yes its a donut too!). The Cedar Park location is very clean, all employees were wearing a mask, and the staff is friendly. They even have a drive through if you dont feel like walking in!

The donuts were good I think because everybody but me ate them, and Im really happy they were open at 5am. Price for value (looks only) knocked off a star, I considered taking 2 stars based in value but the person that helped me was very nice so he helped retain a star. :)

When we asked for menu to order he said they didnt have a menu. He stated they had been only open a year and a half so they were still waiting on menus??? How does anybody order let alone a new customer order?? The menu isnt a simple one...Left and went to donut shop where there is a menu with item available listed.

I am so sad as I love their donuts, but when we went a couple days ago...no employee was wearing a mask or using gloves to handle my food. It made me feel unsafe due to the COVID situation and we will not be going back.

Literally best colachees ever

While the employees are technically wearing masks, half of them weren’t covering their mouths and noses. If you care about hygiene and food that won’t get you sick, I’d stay far away.

Decided to to have donuts with the family on the weekend, we don’t eat donuts often and donuts were fresh and employees were really nice.Very clean inside also.

Fast service and great prices

Super friendly and quick staff. Handled my big confusing order quickly and like it wasn’t a problem. And you have to try the iced coffee, because what’s donuts donuts without coffee. They also have a drive through which is SUPER convenient.

Shipleys is awesome. The staff here is fun and friendly and the food is always on par. I would totally suggest checking them out.

Unbelievably friendly staff! Great service, fast, very good quality product ... only a once in awhile type of doughnut customer, pick-up for a meeting etc. but this place is great!

I dont know what it is about this location, but the kolaches are always stale. Weve been to the other locations around Austin, and their food always tastes fresh compared to this location. Getting a Big Earl, usually have to toss about 2/3 of the breading because its so hard.

Love Shipley! So happy they have a location in cedar park now! Been there a few times and each time wonderful.

Stopped in here this morning- I have never been to a Shipleys before. The staff was incredible, especially the guy at the register (I wish I had gotten his name) I ordered a dozen and 1/2 Kolaches, and he threw in an extra one because one was kind of small. He also made sure the iced coffee he made for me was to my liking before putting the lid on. Top notch customer service!

Love kolaches and donuts! Shipley donuts are by far the best donut probably ever!! They’re pretty consistent with service, had a single moment where communication and getting our order right was a struggle. But other than that we love coming here!
