Ordered 24hrs ahead of time pickup for next day at 445 they had no order ready and owners were reluctant to make right. This place has horrible management. Please feel free to reach out I’ll let y’all hear the voicemail lol

Clean and tidy, professional and courteous. A ton of selections of cones, flavors, and toppings. Able to sample what your not sure about or if you just wanna indulge in new flavors. All staff was wearing masks and practicing safety while handling the food. Will definitely be back

We love the ice cream at Baskin Robbins, this was our second time at this particular location. Costumer service is ok, not bad, but could definitely be friendlier. As soon as we asked for a sampler the girl behind the counter rudely said: no, were not doing that. I get that people are trying to impose protective protocols, but there is a way to say it. Again, customer service is lacking. Unknown which ice cream to pick, we picked what we thought was right, and left the store a little disappointed. It turned out we didnt like the ice cream or price of it since the size of the scoop and cone were incredibly high. We will pick quality over quantity any time, but for the ice cream we got last night we were not satisfied with either one.

The front desk staff was very rude. At first she could not find my order.Before attending me she went ahead and attended other customers behind meAfter waiting for long time and me requesting to re check they found my order.The girl in front desk Ms.Malaya did not have the courtesy to apologize.This is humiliating.

Service was awesome and ice cream was great. But, the waffle cone was in incredibly stale to the point that it was inedible. My wife also had two scoops in a waffle cone. Hers was just as bad. Unfortunately. We had taken ours to go, or we would have swapped out for something else.

My father came in on April 29th at approximately 11:15am to order two Jamoca blast. The worker did not placed the lid on properly causing the drink to spill. The lady charged him for a new drink, saying she is unable to remake him a new drink. When I encountered the incident she refused to refund the new drink. I told her there should be no reason for my father to pay for a new drink when the drink accidentally spilled on the counter in front of her. When I asked for her name she again, refused to give me her name and claimed to be the owner. She was very rude, very unprofessional, looked around 50-60 years of age.

I got my tmobile tuesday free ice cream. I chose double scoops so i had to pay two dollars more but loved it! And the staffs were really nice! Great experience here

Ice cream is over priced but good. The only reason I don’t support this location is because the manager and certain employees are rude to customers. If you come in later than 9 they won’t give you a milkshake because they “don’t have any milk left”

Delightful creamy goodness. At least regarding ice cream. They also have sherbet and other goodies.

Standard ice cream flavors, which is sometimes welcome versus the eclectic variety at the local shops. If youre looking for ice cream in the area instead of self-serve yogurt, this is the winner. Decent prices, friendly staff, relatively small setting.

Yum!! Delicious ice cream and a fun treat! Baskin Robbins does get a bit busy, but the employees are kind and attentive.

I tried to get some ice cream tonight Friday April 16th but the store was closed early. I could see an employee inside eating but the doors were locked at least a half hour before closing time.

I’m giving this location one star due to the level of service from the 3 teenage girls y’all have working there. I specifically went there because I received a FREE BIRTHDAY SCOOP. But apparently none of those girls know how to override the “family night” discount to honor the birthday scoop. so I paid for my FREE scoop. Maybe y’all should train you’re people better.

I would have given 0 if had a chance the guy at the front desk is so rude and shut the door on the face saying the store is closed even though the sign board says it’s open till 11PM on Fridays

They seem to be out of cappuccino blast concentration quite oftenI asked why they seem to be out all the timeThey stated it gets made a lotA solution would seem to keep more concetration on hand and increase their order

The best place ever good restrooms and good ice cream

This is a nice location and the employees were kind even when it was busy. I want to highlight their non-dairy flavors for those who cannot eat the other ice cream. There were two flavors, a watermelon flavor and a daiquiri flavor. Both were good. Thought the watermelon was very sweet and the daiquiri was sour but when eaten together, there was a balance.

Tried to call several times, modem or fax tried to answer after the phone not having been answered. Someone answered, then hung up. Third time, someone answered, but couldnt finish asking a question without being interrupted by them, just wanted to check on an order, but it wasnt their problem. And they hung up on me again. Not a good way to run a business.

Elderly lady who works at this location is very rude and unprofessional.

It’s our family tradition to get ice cream after the kid’s first day of school and man on man we must not be the only family that does this because today this Baskin Robbins was packed. The manager on duty (Alicia) was cool, calm and collected amongst all the chaos! On top of that she was the only employee working. This didn’t hold up anything and she served customers quickly with a smile. The way Alicia handled today was impressive and is what will keep us coming back! Thank you so much Alicia!

World class ice cream, last time I stopped in they had a brand new flavor called Movie Theater Butter Popcorn, which originally sounded nasty but turned out to be awesome! The employee recommended that I tried it, which I did and ended up bringing home a pint. Great place to stop if you need something sweet.

Giving an order shouldnt be so difficult.The woman with a black shirt was very rude and behaved us as if she didnt want to serve for us. At last she misunderstood us and gave the wrong order. I felt myself very umcomfortable because of her behaviours.

After years of buying a pint of hot fudge along side 4 quarts of icecream, they refused to sell it to me : ( I was trying to do something nice for my wife who loves Baskin Robins.
