Had a terrible experience at this place today. My kid’s chocolate milkshake clearly tasted like banana (I suppose they haven’t cleaned their juicing jar properly) and when I brought this up to them, the lady at the front desk offered to replace it. I was okay with a replacement since the milkshake was definitely weird and my kid clearly did not want to drink the one on hand. Immediately another lady walked in from the kitchen, tasted the milkshake and rudely said there was no banana in it and tried to hand over the shake back to me. I asked them to keep their drink and walked away because I was definitely not going to take it back after she tasted the drink. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and never going back again.

They were very rude, the lady didn’t put the lid on right when my sister picked it up from the top it fell, the lady saw it and walked away when we asked for some napkins they gave us three napkins and then when we politely asked if we could have another one she said “you want another one you pay”. afterwards the lady said that she saw my sister open the lid. like why would we even pay for the smoothie just to drop it, her lies don’t even make sense.

I work at the mall, and this place has to be my favorite go to spot when Im on break or before my shifts.

Clearly milkshakes instead of smoothies - no yogurt, but plenty of Blue Bell. Still makes a great dessert at the food court, or a filling snack while walking around the mall. Know what to expect, and itll satisfy.

The prices keep increasing while the cup size keeps decreasing. On the bright side, their strawberry-orange smoothie is wonderful!
