Both times my wife and I have needed storage space, we have contacted Extra Space Storage and have not been disappointed. They are transparent about discounts and offer them freely even when we were not aware of them. Their pricing is reasonable and they have a variety of unit sizes. The personnel are professional, courteous, and friendly. They respond quickly when contacted via phone and email.

Joe, the Manager was very professional. He gave me helpful tips as well as a helpful hand. He was always cleaning between customers keeping it sparkling. We have had a 5 Star experience! We would highly recommend!!!

We’ve been renting a storage unit here for about a month. Charles helped us get it set up in what was possibly the easiest and faster time that I’ve ever had anything set up.We have a second floor unit but the multitude of dollies and large elevator make it a breeze. Everything is always very clean and well lit even later at night, and our 10x10 storage room has been perfect. No issues and highly recommend!

I have to give a big shout out to Tara and Sergio at this location. They both helped with a very complicated situation. They assisted myself and my company greatly as we had a unit there. They are wonderful and they made every stride to help, while constantly keeping me in the loop. The two of them are amazing and made the experience wonderful!

I like the second floor units, very high open ceiling. I gain a lot of space storing things vertically that I cant other places. Good value for the money. Exceptionally clean inside.

I rented from Extra Space Storage from November 2016 till now. On my last visit to the storage unit I found that the entire unit was covered floor to ceiling in rat poop and pee. They even included a rotting rat. After spending $7,255 I had to throw everything inside the unit away. Upon talking to the manager at the facility he told me they were aware of the issue and that they had a bunch of units that had the same issue. They had a renter that was storing protein powder that attracted the rats. I never received any notification from the facility about this issue. When I asked about getting a refund they told me to talk to their legal time. It’s amazing to me how once companies reach a certain size they don’t seem to have any accountability or customer service. The one I rented from was 3621 E. Whitestone Blvd Cedar Park TX 78613. Facility #1791. Hope this helps someone else from not having this happen to them. Rent somewhere else friends and family!--

I have rented from Lockaway Storage in Cedar Park for almost 2 years now. My unit is climate controlled and I have periodic shipments sent to this location. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and efficient. Anytime a one of my shipments arrives they immediately deliver the boxes to my unit. The location is reasonably priced. Actually they are less expensive than their local competitors and are more conveniently located. The facility is very clean and safe. I know if I had a problem it would be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The service is the BEST!

Christina was extremely helpful when I needed to upgrade my storage unit to a larger one prior to the end of a leasing period. She found a way to make this work for both of us, and I was able to transfer my belongings immediately to the larger unit, which saved me a lot of time.

Ryan and the staff at this location have been superbly helpful. I left all my stuff in storage here while moving to California. I had a moving company come and pick everything up. Since I could not come to oversee the pickup, Ryan personally showed the movers to my unit and ensured everything went smoothly. Moving and getting stuff to the storage can be stressful. Made an appointment with ExtraSpace, and by the time I parked my car, the store manager Christina was already standing outside welcoming me. Her friendly and genuine demeanor immediately lift my spirit. She remembered everything we had discussed on the phone the day prior and showed me the unit right away. The entire process was not only pleasant, but Christina shared ways to protect items I plan to store. Although it was just renting a storage unit, I was treated like a VIP. The entire place is also super clean, no weird smells. Its not dark and creepy either. From the exceptional customer service to the level of cleanliness, ExtraSpace certainly has my highest recommendation!

Amy and Bobby are great people to work with. The best feature about their units is the ceiling height. I think my ceiling height is about 15 feet. Great facility and the price is very competitive.
