This place is well maintained and I have not had any issues whatsoever. I did switch from a 10 by 10 to a 10 by by 20 and the process was very easy and the guy at the front desk is awesome!

Used this place to store stuff until we found a house. Everything was always clean. Terry and staff were really friendly and accommodating. If we ever need to rent space again we will surely come back.

Mr David is awesome and really funny! He made our rental the easiest! Paperwork and actually getting our unit was super simple. This location is great at communicating if there is anything wrong - my lock was unlocked and I got a call to let me know. The unit hallways are always clean and it’s easy to get in and out of there. I would definitely recommend renting a unit here!

This THE BEST storage facility I have ever had! The customer service is what sets them apart from the others. In a world where customer service is quickly dwindling, this business is stepping it up! I make my payments online, and Terri, who I believe is one of the owners, has helped me out on several occasions whenever the website is not working properly. She goes above and beyond by looking into the matter at hand, followed by calling me back when she says she will. She even remembers to call me the next day to make sure my payment went through. This is not something she has to do. As a matter of fact, a couple of times, if she wasnt helping me, my payment wouldve been late, resulting in late fees. I believe the late fees would result in her business to make more money, however, they would rather have happy customers. Your company was one of three storage places I called seeking to rent a unit. Your company was the only one that returned my call. I made arrangements to come finalize in person having the unit. Terry was the young lady that took care of all things when I arrived. All the paperwork, setting up the contract, purchasing the lock making sure the code she gave me was opening the gate. And then she drove me around the property to the building our unit was in. Terry made sure I knew everything about the rental process and about insurance before I signed any paperwork or made the first payment. The first day we moved belongings into our unit Terry came by and offered cold water for everyone that day. I had to come by the next weekend to purchase wardrobe boxes. Terry sold them to me with a discount that day. This has been a good experience for us in a stressful time. Thanks Terry!

I have a condo in Lago Vista that was totally damaged during the freeze and will need to be completely redone, so I had to find a place to store what was salvageable of my belongings. Living 3 hours away I was very discouraged in trying to find a unit due to so many having the same issue as me in that area, and then I called Life Storage and spoke to Terry and she was the empathetic and kind person I needed to talk to at that moment. We talked for a bit and her friendliness and willingness to help made me feel like I already knew her. Terry was able to set me up in the perfect size unit with someone moving out that day, and when I met her in person on Saturday morning she was so nice and accomodating that I couldnt have been more appreciative. The move to the unit went great and I was relieved to be able to get that part of the condo mess taken care. I cant thank Terry enough for her incredible service and kindness! Terry is truly a gem!!

Outstanding service from Terry and the guys. Terry was such a pleasure to speakto on the phone to help arrange our storage needs. She was able to find a unit that would be close to where our moving truck would be parked. When we needed to add climate controlled storage they were able fit us in a unit that was close to our other unit. We appreciate how quick they were to respond when we first reached out and only have had an excellent experience. We have noticed that Terry does go above and beyond, you will see her driving around the property and stops to ask if you need bottled water or if there is anything she can assist with. This was my first experience with a storage facility and she set the bar high.

Highly recommended! This is the 2440 W Whitestone Cedar Park Location and Terry Woods is so helpful and great customer service. The facility is very secure and clean as well.

Very clean, well-run storage facility with good security and climate controlled units available, conveniently located off 1431 in Cedar Park. Terry and David are very helpful and friendly and made the move-in process quick and easy. Including temporary placement of a PODS container in the secured area for move-in, an option that is not available at many storage units out there. Strongly recommended!

A good place to store your belongings

Life Storage is an excellent facility that is maintained in top condition. David and his team go way beyond to meet the needs of their customers. For example, I just received a call from the office asking if I was missing a small key. Turns out our mail box key was dropped on the ground and turned into the office. The staff called customers until they reached me. Kudos to Life Storage and their “go beyond” team!!

Good experience with this Life Storage location. The hallways and elevator were always very clean and well lit. Super easy access from 1431 and the entry/exit gates always worked flawlessly. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Our business ships multiple products to our unit at this location weekly and Terry takes the time to accept the packages, take them to our unit and places them in it neatly and respectfully.
