Even though the line was long, there was a note posted on the door, explaining that before you walked in. The workers worked efficiently and the line consistently moved. The music was good and the employees friendly. I will definitely go back, even if there is a wait.

Always so speedy even if the line is long, including at Christmas time, which is rare to find at any shipment place. Everyone is super helpful and friendly! We go often for our many return shipments, and we have always had a great experience.

This facility is always professional. I have been there numerous times, and found the staff to be knowledgeable, accommodating, and courteous. A few days ago, I had to return an article to a company for the first time; however, I couldnt complete the final transaction to receive a code. When my husband took it to this UPS facility, Lulu jotted down the instructions, and I was able to complete the transaction in just a few minutes. We seniors truly appreciate that type of customer service!

I absolutely love this location! Im not sure if all locations are created equal, so I continue to go to this one. I just walked in there with a box I bought at home Depot and pre printed label I received to return my sons online school supplies. Yall! The young man didnt bat an eye before saying no worries Ill get it put together and taped up for you, and gave me my receipt with tracking. I am usually slightly, and I mean that seriously, more organized than that but not much, and they have gone above and beyond every time! Highly recommend

If your in a rush with prepaid label dont expect a quick trip here they hate when people just leave a package if you dont want a receipt..Hutto location would let me skip the wait and leave the package the staff was very trustworthy no packages were ever lost.

I have used this location several times since moving to Cedar Park and they are wonderful. I have had things printed, done the notary services and shipped several boxes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have seen people get irate with staff about the occupancy limits due to COVID and the staff always remained respectful and polite while reiterating the policy. They acknowledged me every time I entered the store, made polite conversion while the computer loaded. I am honestly shocked at their bad reviews and cant help but believe it was an off day or past employee who warranted the reviews because the folks I have encountered in the past 8 months are all wonderful.

I have had a mailbox here since June 2019. This place and its employees are so fantastic. They knew who I was when I came in and I always felt welcomed besides getting great customer service every time. Shout out to Edgar and the woman with the reddish hair whose name has escaped me. They went above and beyond! In December we moved out of state and my mailbox at this location had expired. I had a very important document coming to that old address and Edgar made sure that they put it aside and they even reached out to me on Facebook when they had the wrong phone number and sent it to me! So glad there are businesses and people like this out there in this world to help out even when they dont have to! Thanks Edgar!

Had a terrible experience with an employee here yesterday. Came in to make some amazon returns. I had 3 QR codes for about 15 item returns. This employee did not know how to make this return. I was making this return for my wife, and I did not know how the return worked either. In the end, I had to leave this store and go to a different UPS store because the employee didnt know how to help me. Turns out he had put the shipping label over the QR code description that showed which item went with which QR code. In the end it was very frustrating. If Amazon and UPS have an agreement to work together, the employees should know the process of how these returns work. Going to avoid this UPS store from now on.

Dont go for notary and print.Went twice and they couldn’t do notary.Not sure why. She would read the document and call someone to confirm then come back with sorry cant do.Print service:Other Ups let you print directly using usb, this location doesn’t, you need to login to thier pc(2.95$) for 5 mins so you can print a single page costing some 8 or 10 cents additional.The other staff was really good and helpful in other services. Just don’t like notary and print service.

Comically bad. They wanted to charge me $23 for a box. A normal sized box, not much larger than a medium flat rate from USPS. I laughed and said no thank you, of course. Head over to the Pakmail not far from here. They charge sensible prices ($7 in this case) and were very friendly.

Just dropped off 3 bags that need to be shredded. I never been to this location and have a PO Box at another Austin location but this was more convenient today. My concern is when I usually get documents shredded the staff will drop it in the secured locked storage container in front of me. This location stated the storage container was full and had another one in the back that I couldnt see that they would place it in. Definitely very concerned about their response and reasoning. Next time I will go to my home location that follows policy and allow customers to see it being placed in the security container.

At about noon, I was quoted a price online of $18.75 for shipping a package. The quote instructed me to take the package to a nearby UPS store. At about 3 pm, I took the package, packed and ready to go, to the store and they wanted $38.75 for the identical shipping method. When I asked about the discrepancy, they claimed that UPS changes rates throughout the day. I doubt this is true. I refused to ship and walked out. I called the national UPS line and they informed me that each store is independently owned and charges can vary. I doubt they vary by over 100%. Charges for shipping should be fixed once quoted through their online shipping cost calculator and they direct me to the local UPS store for shipping. This UPS store gets a failing grade from me and the UPS company as a whole gets a very low rating from me for allowing such shady operations to occur at privately owned UPS Stores, which are associated with the UPS name.On another occasion, a few months ago when shipping a return to an online vendor with shipping charges paid by the vendor, I requested a receipt and tracking number to prove Id shipped the item. The clerk at this same store refused to give me a RECEIPT or TRACKING NUMBER. This again is a dismal failure of this store and reflects poorly on UPS in general, regardless of whether this store is privately owned or not. UPS should not allow their name to be used by such poorly managed businesses and such a store should not even exist.

I was totally impressed by the service and quality of packing. Edgar was so helpful and alleviated all my fears of shipping treasured paintings, crystal, and fine china. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this business to anyone for their customer service and quality work. Peyton was a master at protecting all the fragile items.

The people here really dont know anything about their service. I asked the manager multiple questions regarding a large package needing to be shipped and he couldnt answer them. Asked what the size limit was for ground shipping a large package and he had to ask Google... And even then he didnt give me an accurate answer. Went to FedEx and they were much more helpful and cheaper! Dont waste your time.

Its the first thing you notice.There was a line but it moved quickly and the whole staff was smiling and genuinely friendly. Horrible customer service. Ask people to wait outside due to covid-19. Then they come and lock the door and tell everyone waiting on outside they wont be helped because they are closing. Absolutely unacceptable service. UPS needs to address this absolute lack of concern for customers.

I dont have to visit here often but when I do the service is always fast and friendly. Sometimes Im just dropping a package that is already labeled and sometimes I need more involved help. This is a great location for your UPS needs, very friendly and helpful employees and always an easy experience. The parking is a bit awkward just because youre competing with HEB traffic, but its doable.

I went in this afternoon to return an item for Amazon. On my amazon instructions it states to bring the item and the store will print the label and pack the item. The store manager Edger was very condescending as soon as he noticed I didnt have my item packed. He told me to buy a package so that he could send the item out. He refused to do anything else. When I showed him the instruction he said that they do not send items out if they are not packaged. Another employee butts in and says that they wouldnt make any money. After speaking to the UPS headquarters they explained that there are many different contracts with Amazon and some stores arent required to package the items but there are many different way to explain that. The reason I am writing this review is because Ive had enough of their terrible customer services. This is not the first time Ive encounter this treatment.

Today I had the privilege of having Christine help me. I had an Amazon return that couldn’t be returned at Kohl’s. When I got there evidently I hit the wrong button and didn’t have my printing label, well, this precious employee was super patient with me and walked me through canceling the return and resubmitting the return instead of me having to drive all the way home and come back. This was HUGE to me because I am a care taking for my MIL who has Alzheimer’s and leaving the house with her is very hard. So, I just wanted to take a minute to tell UPS, you have a treasure of an employee and will be back to that store!!

Absolutely unacceptable that this store is closed at 0830 on a weekday morning- especially when sign says OPEN and the store hours are posted that you open at 0800! The pandemic shouldn’t affect your hours right now- 3 people were waiting outside because your sign says open at 0800! Won’t be back!

Went in today to ship multiple Amazon returns. There were two men working the counter, both with longer brown hair and beards. The one with longer, darker hair and glasses waited on us. I had my return information in my email and told him that we would have to do individual labels. He cut me off before I could finish talking stating that I needed to “itemize” each return. He actually put his hand up in front of my face, to stop me from talking. I told him that I had already done that and just needed envelopes. I don’t know how to describe the tone other than to say that he spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. I feel that he intentionally went out of his way to talk down to me and make me feel stupid. He was not helpful in any way and was giving very few details so that I had to clarify to make sure I understood him correctly. I left the line, which was very long, and went to put my items in envelopes. I didnt even mind having to do that, because I understood that was the process, but he had no business communicating in such a rude, unprofessional manner. After doing that and getting back in line, the other gentleman assisted us and was very polite and customer service oriented. He apologized for the wait, thanked us for being patient and did not appear to be frustrated with the multiple packages and labels. During this time I observed the other man interact with 3 other customers. He continued to belittle and talk down to every one of them. At one point he told another man, “I don’t even know what you’re doing right now”. I was so appalled by his behavior that I actually almost said something, but for everyone’s benefit, including mine, I did not. Instead I’m leaving a review here in hopes that someone in management or even the owners will see.My advice would be to remind this young man that none of us want to be spending our Saturday standing in line at the UPS store, but we are paying customers. He gets paid to do this job and last time I checked the job is voluntary. He obviously does not enjoy working in a customer service role. He just seemed frustrated and impatient with EVERY person he waited on. May I recommend a job that is not customer facing? I do not think he is unintelligent and maybe that’s the problem. Maybe he is just so much smarter than the majority of the population that this job is beneath him. In that case, he should do himself a favor and just move on to the thing that’s actually going to bring joy to his life.I will never step foot in this store again because I would hate to have to come face to face with him and be talked to like I’m an idiot. To the dude he was working with.... you seem to know that your coworker is rude and seem embarrassed by it. You should let someone know about that.

Is there a minus that we can use. I gave a package to the guy for a return. He threw the box onto the counter. I asked for cheapest way to ship so figured I would get slow but good service. I did not notice until I got home THERE WAS NO TRACKING NUMBER. Checked the company for return credit for a week. No credit so went back to the store. Young girl rudely told me it was mailed through USPS....and it was not their problem if package was not received. Walked away as I was talking to her. Will be filing a claim, just hope it works....we will see.

Employees at this location really dont want to help you. Came in with a barcode that was a bit blurry so she couldnt scan. I said lets try the one on my phone. She said she cant use that. I asked why and she said she cant print it. She said I could use the computer to print for $2.25. I had difficulty with the PC and when she looked she said for me to email it. When I pulled up the label on my phone she saw it and said we can use that. Told her thats what I was referring to before you made me pay to use the PC... No apology... Just used the app as I knew I could...

The woman working there couldnt have been more rude to me and my husband when we came in to ship a bike rack. I came based on the website saying they could package anything from a grandfather clock to a motorcycle. So was surprised when they could not help me. But worse was the girls attitude. She clearly didnt want to be bothered by actual paying customers. I wont be back even though I was able to find a box myself to put it in. Ill take my business elsewhere.

They had two old grumpy people working at this UPS. The older guy helped me he was grumpy most of the time when he was helping me. I understand that it was Christmas week and theyre busy... Hello? You dont greet customers like they are nuisance. The older lady switched with him to do my transaction and I was relieved, but she still have the same attitude!

I recently moved to Cedar Park, less than a mile away from this UPS store. My experience with the UPS store at my former address was exceptional. Imagine my surprise when I was treated like an intruder on their time and business. I also was told that Id have to pay $5 for them to print out a free return label. I hung up, called the Office Depot just across the street from them, and had my label printed out and my package taped and sent out within 15 minutes. Office depot is where I will go from now on.

Ive had multiple deliveries made here and they would hold them for me and charge a $5 pickup fee including ones from Fedex carriers. Suddenly today they decided that they were no longer going to take the ones delivered by fedex. So a time sensitive package with live animals is now going to die because of their ignorance. If that was your policy you should have not gone against it for the last 2 years and post something in your store that states your policy as well.

They wanted to charge me $83.40 to ship a package, so I asked them how much it would cost for USPS. They said it would be around 100. I decided to cancel the order and I went to USPS instead. I was able to find a smaller box and it eneded up being $23. Thats with an extra $5 for $200 worth of ins. I will never go back to this store again. They cant be trusted.

This is the place I have gone for the last 8 months and now they have decided to make changes. You have to pay by credit card to use the computer to print. Its a $2 min. mind you. They wont allow you to email the document to them to be printed either. Not everyone has a credit card, you should make sure you have options for those people as well.

Called in to ask about where i can get a styrofoam shipping box to ship plants. the man was irritated with my call, and said we only buy boxes from one place and theyre not styrofoam.... sorryI thought the ups store was a company that could provide solutions to my shipping needs.. I was totally mistaken.. this company just wants money for doing the easy part.. Its the customers job to locate and purchase a shipping box. dont call this place unless you already know what your doing, and have your money ready.

Horrible customer support at this location. The guy with the long black hair is one of the rudest customer service reps Ive ever dealt with and I rarely write reviews. We cancelled some of our business services and was told to drop off the modem at this location. I get there with the ATT account number printed out and the guy tried to tell me that is not an ATT account number because it starts with a 0. He then asks what the phone number is and I say there is no phone number it is an internet only account. I call ATT while standing there and they say yes they have millions of accounts that start with 0 and it stands for a DSL account. The ATT rep said I could drop it off or just keep it since this one device was paid for. I tried to tell the UPS store guy so if anyone else asks he knew and he just turned around and ignored me. I went right over to the ATT store down the road and dropped it off just fine and was out of there in 20 seconds.

I literally watched the staff service someone else of a different race and gender ahead of me, take their item to the back to complete the transaction. Turn around to see me at the register and not come assist me and turn back around and remain in the back. He proceeded to talk to his co worker who was sitting at the desk and on the computer about Verizon and hospital bills (both coworkers with their backs turned to me) After still standing there, the coworker who was sitting at the desk on the computer finally said can I help you. Mind you I was only there to drop something off to a PO Box, they wouldn’t get my personal business here ever. I will also be sending this up to corporate office where I have UPS staff in my family.

I am a small business owner from out of state relocating to the Cedar Park/Austin Area needless to say I am living between cities. I use the UPS stores in Fort Walton Beach and Navarre Florida for my everything and never have I encountered such RUDE customer service.Mandy my associate was extremely standoffish, talked to me like I was a child, and made it so difficult for me to attempt to ship something because I have an out of state address on my account, I left the UPS store and chose to go to USPS across the street.I will never return to that store, and dont recommend it for small business owners.
