I needed to get a second gallon of a speedhide in high lustre semi gloss and the RR store was out. I called CP location about two minutes before they closed, they had the base and Osman offered to transfer it to the location closer to me the next day. He even called me the next morning to confirm he sent it over. Great customer service!

Used their paint for our entire home in 2007 and needed touch up paint to sell. They dont have the same paint, so tried to match multiple times. 4 visits to try to get wall paint the right color and wound up having to paint all the walls. Several times they didnt even have the base paint in stock. This made our refresh timely and costly.

This location is unable to find the Paint they have previously mixed several times. And they can’t/won’t mix even providing their own formula. They sold a gallon of paint not even close to the formula I gave them. Then tried to sell me semi-gloss instead of gloss. Then tried to sell Bx3 instead of BX2. On the third attempt, I told them four times to do it as I was instructing them. Damien argued. Why? The actual reason is because they didn’t have the product in stock and wanted to sell the wrong thing. At the Metric store they found it, confirmed the formula, super helpful and easy. They were out of the gallon so they kindly sold me quarts. Perfect. Go to PPG Metric, avoid PPG Cedar Park.

I came to return two gallons of paint. Spoke with a gentleman. He said that my two gallons were not returnable because the labels were tinted. They were two perfect unopened gallons of exterior paint and he wouldnt take them back simply because the labels were tinted. I said it was fine that they could just keep the paints but he refused and said they cant take them. I was having trouble finding the correct paint for a home that should be registered in their system since the original painter came here to buy the paint. Not once did he access the computer to look for the paint. He offered little to no aid in giving reasonable solutions. I asked another employee while he was away if it was true that there was nothing that could be done about the unused paints. She said that it was up to him. This led me to believe that the gentleman that I initially spoke with is somehow the supervisor or manager of this place. If so, consider giving him some lessons on how to handle people, or better customer service.

Employees are very knowledgeable about paint & other coatings products they offer. Their selection of supplies is better than big boxes.

Sent them an email on paint question no response after 2 weeks.

Best PPG store in Austin area. Koreen is amazing and gave much insight and care to my painting and staining needs. We are doing a full color change to our home and couldn’t have been more confident without her help. I am so grateful!!

The people that work in this store are absolutely awesome! Very helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you are a happy customer. Above and beyond must be the motto of the staff here. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Been a customer 16 yrs and this kid today can’t find my account and what paint I bought last. Had to drive all the way home to Georgetown to pull the receipt. Think they are sniffing their own products

I really enjoy working with the guys at the Cedar Park PPG store to get my paint supplies. They really are easy to work with and very helpful. Thumbs up!

Very good people that work there, though I did not end up buying anything, they were more than helpful even though they knew they didnt carry what I needed. I will go back when I need paint supplies.

Worst experience in my entire life the person that was supposed to matched my piece of casing told me and I quote I cant do it today but give me a couple of days and will have it finished well guess what today is the 7th day and still nothing I asked for my piece of casing back and told the guy next time dont you lie to a customer hope this helps out any new customers and think twice about going there

I had a horrible experience with this store on Saturday October 3rd. I have a Dr Horton home and the only place I can find paint to match what the builder used as ppg.First of all it took 10 minutes for the associate to come out of the back room to assist. II brought a can of paint that was given to me by the builder and asked to match that paint for my house. The answer was no without explanation. After playing questions and answers with him for another 5 minutes come to find out ppg no longer makes my paint.When I asked for a solution the associates response was you can go with a paint that the different color. I really dont feel like repainting my houses doors and molding just because ppg no longer carries this paint.Totally dissatisfied in the customer service and in the PPG product itself. I really wish DR Horton would not use ppg.

Tremendously knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great quality product, and touch-up paint sold for a 12-year-old house matches perfectly.
