My wife went in to get stain on a board color matched. Guy was rude and sent her away. Nick said you have to go back to the exact Sherwin Williams your builder got them stained. Lazy Nick didnt want to work. Will never go back to this store and dont recommend it to anyone. Went to the store off north i35 and was a completely different experience. So helpful and got exactly what we needed. $40 this store missed out on. They will go out of business with this type of service.

Never been a great experience here. Either their machine doesnt work for making color or they are out of any of the tint for color. I have been there 3 times and they dont help much. The other SW stores are much better.

The manager Nick and his staff at this location are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I dont know a lot about paint but they are always willing to make sure I get what I need when I shop with them. The paint is a little more expensive than their competitors, however I prefer quality over quantity so I am willing to spend the extra money to ensure I wont be doing touch ups within a year.

Fast service and quality paint. Much better than waiting forever at the paint counter at the big box down the road.

Literally The employee Lloyd stole money from me. He made a mistake in the system when I was returning 3 items and He just said he gave me my money back and he could not do anything even after I proved to him that I was getting less money. He used his calculator which agreed with me but since he already made his mind he was totally unwilling to accept he made a mistake. Honestly horrible experience I really suggest you go to a different store. Ill be talking to the manager.UPDATE 10/21:After a few hours the day I had the issue, I got a call back from Lloyd telling me he owed me some money, (I already knew that), so I told him Ill stop by some other day. Anyway, today I stopped by, Lloyd was not there, the manager (Nick) was there and he immediately noticed the mistake on the receipt and refunded my money (even some more) and offered me a discount the next time I shop there. So at the end my problem was solved but I still think Lloyd is not a good employee, even before I had the issue, the couple of times I shopped there and he was at the store his attitude was not welcoming, like he doesnt like his job. So if Nick is there I would think your experience will be very good, if Lloyd is there not so much.

Thank you Lloyd for helping customers behind the counter with your gator around your neck. For the safety of your customers please have enough respect to wear your mask!

I had a couple good experience with the store, but yesterday was a nightmare. It has been one of the rudest retail experience I got for a long time.I was there a day earlier to buy exterior paints for base, trim and front door. Went through a few colors and picked all 3 of them. They didnt have the paint for trim, so I paid for the other 2 and ordered the trim paint for tomorrow pick up. The manager wrote down my number and said will call me when its there, should be tomorrow morning.Went back the next day around 3pm. Manager is not there. He was in corporate meeting. Claire txt him, found the based paint in the back but no record of what color I picked. I told her that he wrote it down yesterday. Nope, cant find it. I was told to pick the color (which I cant remember). I told her that i have ordered it yesterday and supposed to just pick it up. Nope, no record. I asked if there is a process in place for customer that order and pick up the next day? Her answer, he is his mgr, she doesnt question what he does. Can you call him? Nope, he is in a corporate meeting. He already spend 2 minutes walking out from the meeting to answer your questions. If you have any issue with him, hell be more happy to answer your questions, just not now - he is in our corporate meeting.I walked out from the store.Here is my take:I understand that its not Claire whom take my order, nor its her fault (most likely her mgr didnt wrote it down??), but her DEFLECT attitude is pretty bad - its not my fault, if customer have any issues, talk to the manager. Question to SW CS: what is your process for customer order and pick up later/tomorrow?

Sherwin- Williams has outstanding customer service. They have very knowledgeable employees that will always help you with your painting projects.

Very helpful and willing to take some time to consult, very knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere in the store, comfortable area for consultation. They will even come to your location to consult on color!

They have a lot of paint colors to select from and painting supplies. They offer sample sizes at a decent price and the store employees are very helpful.

The sample we received had a different paint combination than the actual gallon. I showed up at 4:00 pm and the guy said he can’t help because he shut everything down already. Meaning he shut down before closing time. Not to mention all other Sherwin-Williams are open an extra hour longer.

They are very knowledgeable and can answer any question! You dont have to be sure about anything. Theyll help you find the right paint, and if its still not perfect, theyll gladly take your paint back and make it so!

Even thou the quality of your product is great, sometimes your associate at the store are very rude and unhelpful. I have spent more than 4000$ in that shop in a year, and yesterday they wouldnt want to apply a discount even thou its online for everyone to use

Sherwin-Williams carries a variety of paint colors with several quality tiers to choose from. This has become my preferred location because they have great lighting that helps you to see the colors more accurately.

The expertise the employees have is unmatched by Lowes or Home Depot. If I have a painting question or problem, this is always my starting point. Quality of paint is excellent as well.

The color I got was supposed to work on wooden door that I bought from Home Depot and was already primed. I put the color on and even little scratch makes the color come off. I have used Behr for my Cabinets and did not face this issue. The store said, give it 2-3 days to treat and it should be ok but I still have issues. I am just going to go back to Behr. Thank you.

The issue I have is advertising paints 30% off, when we gave paint sample to match to employee, he said he was sorry but it was a contractor grade paint and not eligible for discount. Wah wah wahhhhhh....we had no idea. Otherwise, SW is great.

Worst customer service experience ever in my life. Certainly for 11 years in Austin TX. Sales person I dealt with was Claire and seems the manager was Rob or another sales person.Planned to paint exterior and brought PPG builder paint container to match. Claire said why dont you go to PPG? - I said sherman william paint is better than PPG. Didnt even ask why I was there. I opened paint container and found out that I brought a trim color rather than main color. Claire said looks like you have to come back again and smells really bad-paint went bad in very sarcastic way. I felt she is NOT there to help AT ALL. I complained that I felt like not being treated fairly and she said sorry with a sarcastic smile on her face. Rob was the same way by depending her.What is it.. I guess Paint Business is so good sales people can pick and choose who they can be nice with or not. Missing very first thing they must have to work with clients
