I bought a new car from Groove Ford and I’ve been really happy with the service and the employees. Chase in the service department has been particularly fantastic. When I took my car in, Chase was wonderful about following up and keeping in touch, despite the current issues with chip shortages and shipping delays. He worked to keep me informed and took time to explain exactly what was going on even though I’m not a car person and had lots of questions.
Bought my used F150 from this dealer and it was a great experience. Truck was fairly priced and the dealer treated me right. I took it in to get serviced a week later for a small issue and Chris from the service department took care of everything right away.Very happy with my experience at this Ford dealer.
Completed services I didnt ask for, got estimate after work was done, original issue that I was charged for repairing is still there, did a transmission flush at 50k miles when not needed until 150k, left steering wheel tilt lever down and a screw out, that was fun, worst of all, the truck hasnt run right since. I took it for a new ignition switch, and left with nothing put issues. everything repaired was checked as good on the report. Then came the text to see if I wanted to buy a new car. Thought about going back but they will never touch my truck again.
Absolutely horrible service department, I took my car in to get a service and I had been straight forward about the issue. The service center decided that they charged me $200 to tell me the issue I already told them about and wanted to charge almost $600 for a service that should be at most $350. trying to get my to a grand total of around $800. Needless to say, after two days of losing extra pay at my work for not having a vehicle, dealing with the most horrible and unsociable person I think Ive ever met, I didnt get the service done and they had me give them $200 for them to Diagnose something I already knew about. Also the cherry on top was scheduling an appointment around four weeks out, taking my car in, and them taking over two days to check the simple issue I had, then charging me a crazy amount. Whatever you do, dont think about bringing your car here.
Service center is impossible to work with. They cancel appointments day of, hang up on you when you try to schedule service, and do not return phone calls or respond when they say they will. I will never purchase a vehicle there knowing that follow on service will be nonexistent.
Bought a used CPO 2018 Ford Expedition in July. I should have been more pro-active at the beginning as when we were driving off the lot we realized the built-in screens didnt function properly. As this was our only car and we lived in Broomfield we had to wait 3 weeks before they finally had a loaner vehicle so they could repair the issue. This was also the same time I found out that the extended warranty we purchased in main part because it offered a loaner car when our car was being repaired, didnt actually offer a loaner car unless the car could not be driven due to the issue and took over a day to fix (essentially making it so they dont actually offer a loaner car as part of our extended warranty)Shortly after (Aug 2) we also realized that the hands free lift gate sensor was malfunctioning (I hadnt tested it when purchasing and never got it to work). This should have been covered by our extended warranty which covers everything except wear & tear and maintenance (quoted from warranty salesmen and from the documentation itself). Groove agreed to cover the deductable ($100) given it was broken when we purchased it, we just didnt notice it on the lot. Turns out the repair is not covered under the warranty though (surprise!) because even though its not documented wiring isnt covered (in this case the wire to the sensor is broken), so its now a $650 repair. Groove decided not to cover it at this point. After this I feel lied to and unsupported after purchasing a certified vehicle with the extended warranty that was supposed to put me at ease if anything were to go wrong with my vehicle. Instead I found some minor issues that should not have existed on a certified purchase that also arent covered by the warranty I was told it would cover. I wish I had just purchased private party so at least I would have known what to expect.
Your Mach E looks like a rough draft that got made. The Mach E is not a mustang.Seeing the bigger new broncos is cool. And the electric F150 looks like an F150.
I’ve been here twice, the first time was for a leaking issue with my truck. They fixed it and everybody was super nice & helpful. I went back yesterday to the parts department & Marty took care of me. He’s great! Excellent customer service both times 💗
From start to finish this dealer toke care of me. This was my frist time walking into a car dealer and actually feeling like they were listening to what I needed not what they wanted to sell. Jesus from sales team was beyond exceptional and really helpful even after sale was done he still toke time to care about stuff that happened. Oscar from finance worked his magic and made us very happy with our situation. Shout out to the managers as well for being helpful. Will definitely be back when ready for another Truck. Thanks!
My salesperson Kalie Vogeler was wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable, she handled everything from A-Z perfectly, even the financing where she got me an even better rate than we had originally talked about. My whole process from when I first met her, the test drive, the easy negotiation for a fair deal, the finance paperwork, setting up my new Ford App, and putting on the temp tag to drive home only took a couple of hours, and was all handled by Kalie herself flawlessly. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car, seek out Kalie for a great buying experience. Thank you Kalie!! Love my new GT!
This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and it was a great one. I bought a 2017 Ford Escape that is immaculate and was very reasonably priced!! Ellie sold me the car, and she did a wonderful job. She was very professional the whole time. Also gotta make a shout out to Jimmy in financing. That man knows what he is doing and is dedicated to making the customer happy. If you buy from Groove Ford, ask for Jimmy.
What a joy! Chase kept in contact with me throughout the time they had my car, calling me with updates as to the status. So pleasant and SO unlike the previous Ford dealership Ive used. They even washed my car! I would definitely recommend them.
The service at Groove Ford is worthy of no stars. They take a car and promise in THREE DAYS they will diagnose call and call you. No call EVER and at three days they have not even touched the car let alone diagnose anything. We have bought four vehicles from this dealership and have dealt wit them for 20 years - never again. No apology, its not our fault we have too much to do, Avoid thee hassle - DO NOT get service here. Believe me yow wont get any service.
Best car buying experience yet. My sales guy Ryan Rambo was excellent, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Tim, the finance manager has just been promoted to full time finance manager and made the paperwork process smooth and quick. I was out of the door within 20 min of sitting at the table with Tim. Great dealership, great people, and theyve earned my business going forward.
The Service Department @ Groove Ford was beyond exceptional! Not only did they go out of their way to get us back up and running, but each and every member went beyond their job duties to ensure the best possible driving conditions for our vehicle. It’s honestly in better working shape NOW than before we had even needed to have it serviced by them. They knocked it outta the park! I wish I could do more to thank them... This is my best effort at paying it forward; hoping this review reaches as many people as possible (it’s the least we could do).One final THANK YOU to each and every one of the guys and gals at Groove Ford,— from the service department, specifically. From the bottom of our hearts we cannot express how amazing of a job your crew has done, and we will do our best to give back some of that good karma!Save time, save energy, and save yourself the headache of looking anywhere else for a solution to your car problems — head over to Groove Ford today. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
Groove is amazing! we actually dont live anywhere near Groove but we wanted to go there because of how great the people are! I called one day to just ask a silly question and then Tim really came through and I was in my brand new car so fast! Tim answered every question we had so fast! Thanks Groove Ford, Tim, Russell and Brian for everything! I love my 2020 Edge
Having issue with another repair shop called groove for verification and Tom S was super helpful and respectful. Wish I had took my vehicle there in the first place.. Thanks Tom
From the moment I stepped on the lot, I was welcomed with big smiles and eagerness to find me the perfect new ride. Dan Garza! You are a gem! I am so lucky you ended up being my salesman! You answered every question/concern I had and got me one hell of a deal on my new 2020 Escape Titanium! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
Took my new 2020 Expedition Platinum in for its first service. My online appointment setting experience was excellent. They confirmed via email and reminded. My check-in was with TJ Le Vasseur who really excelled and went the extra mile. A very attentive listener who noted all the things I wanted checked in addition to my 7,500 mile checkup. TJ called when the car was ready and when I got there, went over everything in detail. Really great personality and made the whole experience very pleasant. Hats off to Groove and to TJ!!
Dan Garza, I can never thank you enough for helping and assisting with the purchase of a new/used car for my son. Its his first time buying and he had worked hard and saved to put down a pretty reasonable down payment to get the truck he wanted. We had looked at other places and he was denied because of NO CREDIT or LACK OF, the first time I ever thought that this would be a reason not to get approved for purchase. He found his truck here at Groove Ford and called and schedule an appointment with you(Dan) and I can honestly say that you made us feel welcomed and like family. You treated my son as a young adult and with much respect. My son didnt think that he was going to get approved again so while waiting his feeling became overwhelmed with disappointment. You took the time to sit with him to reassure him that you wouldnt quit until we exhausted every way to make sure he got approved. I cant recall any salesperson ever going above and beyond. Before he was approved you had the truck washed and cleaned and ready thats how confident you were in getting this deal done for him. I would most definitely refer you to anyone that is shopping for a car. Again thank you for your amiability! Veronica and LT
*A Pleasant and Efficient Experience*I was very pleased with my entire experience at Groove Ford. Chase and team worked very well with my car and my schedule. Yes I had to wait but was able to go in without an appointment and had an oil change, brake fluid flushed, transmission fluid flushed, rear brake pads replaced, tire rotation, and a few other small things ultimately saving me time and money. I was in and out with in a few hours and peace of mind. I was treated with respect, sometimes being a women without a man I feel pressured. I was able to do work, sit outside in the sun, and leave to grab food. Everyone was also following regulations for Covid-19, which I appreciated. If you ware looking for a very friendly and efficient place to have your car serviced, I recommend Groove Ford 10 out of 10.Thanks for being the best!
Im very happy with the entire experience buying my new Explorer at Groove Auto. I called about availability on a Wednesday and met with McKeon on Friday. Everything about this new vehicle impressed me, and McKeon spent about an hour explaining the technology / features. The test drive pretty much convinced me and the trade in value for my old Explorer, I thought, was fair. I was going to spend the weekend thinking about whether I really wanted to spend the money on a new vehicle (old one only had 60,000 miles), but when McKeon told me about the 0% financing for 60 months (I had already agreed to a final price including tax, and was going to pay cash) - I was sold! Drove it home that afternoon and I am very impressed with this dealership and happy with my choice :-)
Excellent service from highly knowledgeable staff. I never experienced any pressure to buy the vehicle, to buy add-on packages, or any other pressure. They respected me and my time, and I left with a great vehicle.
I worked with Waleed and Logan from the quick lane and the main shop, they were both very professional and cared for the customer. They turned a tough situation into the most positive experience it could have been. Thanks for all the help guys!! I would definitely recommend them for the future. (Also their oil change rates are lower than Grease Monkey!!!)
I purchased an F250 from this dealership that is still under warranty. It has been hand washed (never through a car wash, etc.) and I have taken good care of the vehicle. Overall, I love the truck. That being said, I have had nothing but bad experiences with this particular dealership when it comes to the service department. I had paint bubble up on the driver side running board while it was under warranty. They took photos of this issue and told me they would submit it to Ford. Six weeks later, I still had not received a call back. I followed up and was told that they were not going to honor this issue. The service manager asked why I did not address this with Brighton Ford, as I have my services performed there. I explained that I drive 40 miles out of my way to Brighton Ford because of the SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM that I receive there versus Groove. I noted that I have had several bad experiences there, so I drive an extra 80 miles roundtrip to do business with the other dealership. I brought it back to Groove because I bought the truck FROM Groove. The service manager insinuated that I was lying about the paint, etc., which is crazy. These guys will not treat you right and I would be writing a completely different review if they did. They have a bad reputation locally and this issue with the paint bubbling is a know issue on Ford message boards. Needless to say, I would think twice about doing business with these guys and I regret having done so. Again, I love the truck and I am a Ford guy, but this is as bad as it gets from a service perspective. Quality issues happen, but these guys have CHOSEN not to fix them.
Service department was great.I had an issue with a different local ford dealer, which ended up causing me to incur a large repair expense only 2 weeks after expiration of my warranty. Groove helped navigate the issue with Ford, and Ford ended up assisting with a large portion of the repair. Service was kind, friendly and helpful and most importantly, the work was done properly.
VETERAN FRIENDLY!!!After four weeks of car shopping, we finally found our place. When we first walked in it was chaos, people running around, very busy.It did take a minute to get a salesman to free up(but that has to be a great sign if theyre THAT busy) we knew this was the right place. If you want a 2021 Bronco Sport this is he place to go!! I even got the color I wanted same day.We worked with Rambo!(Ryan) ask for him. He got my color, my bronco, worked with me on my trade in to make sure the numbers lined up. If you need a Bronco, Ryan is the man to see! He was 100% upfront and honest with us, friendly but not too friendly, and he maintained his professionalism through and through while my kids sat and screamed. He did everything he could to make it fast and easy(Plus he even got me a Churro)I cant stress if enough, if you want a new ford (who doesnt??) Go see Ryan Rambo at Groove Ford.Oh and ask for Oscar for financing!(insert office joke here)Both of these guys are vets and great guys!
The parts counter arrendante as well as quicklane service mechanics are the best in the business!
The service team at Groove Ford always takes great care of me and my vehicles. I’ve had a leveling kit installed on my truck, general maintenance, numerous tire replacements, and even interior repairs. Most recently they helped me repair my truck’s rear seat after I accidentally burned a hole in the side of the seat trying to dry it after detailing. They saved me hundreds of dollars on the repair.Great communication, always willing to work with me, and great turn around.
The service department used to be great, but they seem to be losing their touch and communication. I would always come here for The Works special every 10k miles. This last time they booked it fine over the phone, but when I arrived they informed me they no longer offered The Works special and wanted to charge me more than double what I normally pay. Why didn’t they say that on the phone and save me a 30 minute drive?!
Waleed was super helpful. These fellas are quick and kind. Would recommend to anyone!
Just trying to make an appointment for a air bag recall. Can’t get through to the service dept. Once I finally do get through I tell them about the problem and we get cut off. No call back…called a week later and left msg … no call back… complete waste of time… called castle rock Ford and got appt right away… what a joke!!!
We put 6000 down on a vehicle and told not to worry about financing. Now 3 days later (and 4 inquiries later) we have been told can’t do financing due to the year of the vehicle! On top of that we have been waiting over an hour for our money and it’s now in the form of a check!!!! Horrible experience, hope it’s good for the next person! We now have to make an extra trip to the bank as well as try to get financed at another dealer!
Sales was great. The finance department has been horrendous. I purchased an extended warranty and decided to opt out. I sent the forms over 2 months ago and still nothing. Also, I still havent gotten my vehicle registration and I bought the vehicle almost 3 months ago. I contacted the dealership and left a voice-mail but no call back. Contacted them again to be transferred to the finance department and still no answer. Put an inquiry online and got no call today from finance. It has been frustrating to say the least.Edit: Bumping it up to 4 stars because they called today and helped me with both issuesEdit #2: Bumping up to 5 stars because they sent the paperwork out quickly and did their part and were friendly about it. They apparently had a recent change in management and this caused the disruption regarding my extended warranty. They had the wrong address for the state I was sending my paperwork which is understandable too. Id definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a quality vehicle and good trade in value.
Had my car serviced by Mobile services and was extremely satisfied! Staff was very professional & knowledgeable. Very good communication skills, overall a great team ! Definitely recommend & will be going back !
This was quite possibly the easiest, quickest, best car buying experience I have ever done. Hannah Suh was able to work out all details through text. When I went to pick up my new truck, I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks so much for a great buying experience. Highly recommend.
The team at Groove has always done me right. Ive been in to the quicklane service and at the main service area for my 2017 raptor and the teams taken good care of me. I cant remember the guy I usually go to, but all of the folks have been reasonable and done what they said. Kind of nice to bring my truck back several times of the years and see the same people working there.Advice to management would be to keep the good people there by taking great care of them.
I worked with Eli at Groove Ford Centennial. Summer 2021 was a really weird time to try and buy a new vehicle (chip shortage, no new inventory, no used cars etc.), but Eli made it happen and kept things going for me. Eli is very helpful, responsive and stuck with me until the sale was complete. On top of that, Eli is kind, professional and funny too!
I started my truck search at Groove Ford. They are great people, all around really nice and no pressure when it comes to sales. I ended up buying a 2015 Ford F-150 from private party. I had an open recall on my Brake Master Cylinder and I was able to drop my truck off and pick it up in a matter of 4 hours. They are quick fast and reliable people to take you Ford if it needs work.If you are ever looking at buying from them, I would highly recommend all the sales staff and the guy I worked with for quite a while. Emerson Grey was a great person and no pressure at all!!!Highly recommend!!!
I’m not usually one to do reviews or anything like that but Kalie has gone above and beyond to get me in a great ride in a short time frame. I’m leaving for several months and after agreeing to replace a windshield before I left she followed through even when the time frame seemed impossible. Thanks Groove Ford! If you need a truck ask for Kalie.
Horrible experience!I traded in my older truck and three months later I was notified that Ford credit reported a late payment to the credit bureau on my trade in vehicle. This dropped my credit score over 75 points. The worst part is I’m right in the middle of buying a home and has cost me a ridiculous amount of money due to Groove Ford office not properly filing paperwork. I’ve contacted numerous managers and Ford credit and I’ve gotten no where! I strongly recommend buying from another Ford branch. Unprofessional, bad customer service and the worst sells team I’ve ever dealt with. Lesson learned!Buy or lease elsewhere - DS
I believe often the car buying process can be quite the daunting task and feared now by the typical consumer. When I first inquired about the GT350R in the inventory at Groove Ford, I was contacted the very next morning as I sent the inquiry the night before after normal working hours. To my pleasure it was Keith Whitaker who reached out to me, not an automated email not something generic but a genuine human to human email with information on the vehicle. He and I discussed the terms of the agreement and set up a deal, now living in Arizona and driving to Colorado could have set myself up for quite the deception from a salesman lacking integrity. I’m sure in their mind once I drove the 12 hours they could have pulled the floor from under me and tried to take advantage of the fact I was 1000 miles from home and at the point of no return. However, this was not the case by any means, Keith kept true to his word and our agreement stood. I arrived at 12pm and was out of the dealership by 5pm because of delay in finances with the previous customer. If that weren’t the case I would have been out of there probably 2 hours earlier but their customer service was spot on and I can understand why they take the extra time with each sale. I am very happy to work with Keith, he has continued to be in contact with me over the last weeks to make sure I have truly enjoyed my purchase and that is customer service at its finest. There are plenty good salesmen out there, knowing this as I run a sales team in Arizona and always look to hire personalities like Keith’s. If I were his Sales Manager or GM I would personally like to let him know the appreciation in his energy and effort as he will build a continued customer base for the Groove brand. Thank you Groove and Keith for all the help, I will keep you in mind if something new intrigues me going forward!
I have worked with Logan on 2 different occasions. His knowledge, professionalism and ability to make me feel confident that my vehicle is in the right hands and is being taken care of with no additional BS is refreshing. Most service managers here do more than “shake hands and kiss babies”. I highly recommend Logan and Shawna for any service matters.
I scheduled an appointment to get a recall taken care of and an oil change. When I scheduled the appointment yesterday, I was told that a rental vehicle would be available since the recall may take some time to complete. I showed up to my appointment today, was told there was no rental car and nothing they could do about it, and they didnt have to accommodate the request. I said that the recall paperwork I received from Ford said they would provide a rental car. I was told we are Groove, not Ford and that I spoke to a call center when I made my appointment, so basically not their problem. I called the number that was on the Groove website, I had no idea that was a call center. If they are going to use a call center they should stick to what their clients are told. Honestly, worst customer service I have even experienced. I have taken my car here for years, no longer.
Pretty average dealership. I appreciated they put a full tank of gas in the new vehicle we purchased. I didn’t see them wiping down tables in between/after customers. The transaction took quite a lot of time, about 3.5 hours from walking in to driving out in a new ride even with an appointment and vehicle pre-selected. Nice touch they had the car pulled up and ready though. Typical sales experience but ended up with a car we really like. Adam the sales manager was pleasant to work with and salesman Jay, who I’m guessing is newer, was also nice to work with.Wasn’t impressed by the finance dept. guy. He asked a lot of dumb questions that didn’t matter because I was paying cash, I’m guessing in a last ditch effort to sell financing and other price increasing options but it is expected. Gotta stay on your toes at these places no matter how you’re shopping. Hopefully dealers will someday find a more efficient way to do business and still maintain profits and move inventory like Tesla and Carvana are doing.
Setup an appointment and it was canceled on their end didnt notify me though. Should work on that in the future
I want to give these guys an ok review because they were nice but there was too much wrong. Was told by sales manager that all Rangers get you a $4750 trade in credit. Not true. Did an appraisal with them a few days ago but now all of a sudden my car dropped $2000 in value even though its in excellent condition. While both people were very polite the salesman didnt know how to answer half my questions and started saying things about the trucks I knew wasnt right. I recommend going to any other ford dealership.
I bought a car online. It was listed as having a sunroof but it didnt actually have one. The dealer refused to take the car back, so I was stuck with a car that I didnt want. They did give me some money back (not enough to make me satisfied with the overall deal); the only reason I bought the car is because it had (I thought) the three things I wanted in a used car. Making a mistake like listing a nonexistent sunroof is a pretty big error--its not like it isnt an noticeable feature. And it took three weeks for the check to get to me (the contact person had to follow up with the back office because it didnt go out at first). And Im pretty sure they lost my original check to pay for the car. They say it never arrived, but Ive never had a check go missing in the mail and, in context of the other mistakes, I think it got to them and got lost in the dealerships office. Also, the truck driver who was picking up the car arrived at the dealership and no one he encountered could/would find the car or the salesperson even though I had alerted the dealer that the pick up would be on that day. The driver had to come back the next day, wasting his first trip. The people I dealt with were pretty responsive, so Im giving a star for that. But it seems to me that Groove Ford is too big to provide good customer service. They were only really responsive when trying to make a sale and when I made it clear I was planning to file a complaint with the state government.
This review is for the Service Department. Bad customer service and poor management skills getting services done. Called and had my work truck scheduled to be looked at for a couple issues. Truck was dropped off on a Thursday and next Monday I was told I needed a new radio and another fuel part. I was told the repairs needed to be done by different techs and the truck would have to get into line for each repair. The Radio has to be orderd but the fuel part was in stock. The truck was left parked for a few days while dealership was waiting for Radio. What dont make sence is that fuel part could of been in line to get that fixed. After radio was installed then they were going to put truck back in line for fuel problem repair this would of taken a nother couple days before truck was fully repaired. At this point the Truck was at dealer for 2 weeks. The last few days truck was there I had a hard time getting ahold of Chris Sloat. This was the person that was managing repairs. On the last call we had I told him I have to pickup Truck and get back to work he changes his attitude when I told him I could no longer wait and would take it back some other time. When I got to dealership and was face to face he was very rude and canceled the job. I never told him to cancel the job I just needed to come back another time because I was not able to work for a couple weeks. I understand times are hard there is a shortage on parts and Techs. My biggest complaint here is that businesses have to adjust to the current economy and changes have to be done so everything runs more efficiently. When you have a 1 out of 2 parts available for repair why wouldnt you keep vehicle in line and this way avoid a bigger wait time for customer. Now I have to find somewhere else to get fuel problem fixed on my truck.
I found a car that I wanted prior to calling, then scheduled a meeting with Arkadiusz in sales to look at the car. He made the car buying process easy for me. I found him to be easy to talk with and prefer him over salesmen I’ve worked with in the past. He handed me off to Ken in sales and I got everything I needed quickly. My overall experience was a good one and I plan to purchase future cars from this location based on my recent experience.
Had the best experience when visiting for car service and to get a new battery for my key fob. I had two different employees greet me and make sure I had been taken care of. I was taken care of personally by Logan, who I believe was the manager. As someone who works in a customer service industry, I recognize great service and will only give my business to a place that values and displays customer service. So I will definitely be going out of my way to get my car serviced at this particular location even though I pass another Ford dealership on my way. Thanks for the great service!
What an easy and satisfying experience. I was in the market for a replacement vehicle due to an automobile theft before Christmas. I dread the auto purchasing process. Eliuth and the full staff at Groove made me feel comfortable and appreciated. I found exactly what I wanted and was in and out within a couple of hours, including a full car detailing. Highly recommended team to buy your next vehicle from. Did I mention Groove came to my house and picked me up? Pretty cool!
Ryan Rambo at this location is the man. Friendly, easy to work, and puts you under no pressure at all. all car sales associates should be has nice and honest as this guy! Did everything he said he was going to do, even after they had my money for the truck
I would give the service department at Groove Ford a zero if that was an option. We have brought our F150 Platinum in repeatedly for a random stalling issue that they keep saying they cant diagnose. This last time they kept the truck for over 2 weeks because they claim we are dedicated to our customers and will find the issue. We drove past a week and a half in, it hadnt moved. They FINALLY called to let us know they were sure it was a bad fuel pump and we asked how sure based on the repeated lack of ability to diagnose in the past....They said the tech had over 20 years experience and was confident this would fix the issue, but if it doesnt they stand by their service, value their customers, and will make it right. 48 hours after picking up the truck it stalled randomly again at a red light. We have tried contacting the service department, tech who swore they would make right on it, and even the head of service with ZERO response. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS STAY CLEAR. There are so many better places with TRUE customer service out there, dont waste your time or money here. We are also looking to purchase a new additional car and will NEVER consider any Groove dealerships to do business with ever again. We plan to warn all family and friends against conducting business here, and are recommending anyone read this to heed warning also.
Drop vehicle off night before a scheduled recall service so vehicle would be available first thing in am. Today received a call 2 1/2hrs after service dept opened informing me that my vehicle was ready. This had to be the fastest I ever had any service work performed on any vehicle I owned (other than fast lube oil changes).Far exceeded any of my expectations for a repair, last Ford dealer took 1 1/2 days to do a repair. Groove Ford is a little bit of a drive from my house, but based upon todays experience they have my business from here on out.
Terrible experience with the service department, vehicle was in there for 47 days, Im aware is not their fault the part is in back order due current market conditions, however the complaint is not about the parts availability which they cant control is about the service attitude. Multiple phone calls for follow up, they will NEVER give you an update, phone will be ringing and youll be for long time on hold, service advisor was Chris, left multiple messages never called back, brought my case with service manager Bijan Barzideh which was absolutely useless. Part arrive and yet vehicle was in there for several more days. They have no clue about service attitude, communication, customer satisfaction, too much incompetence just for a warranty.
An inquiry of mine was answered by a gentleman by the name of Pete B. Whom is a sales associate at Groove Ford.I was and still am quite impressed with the amount of sincere care and concern Pete had for me and my situation from the very beginning! It’s obvious he takes pride in all he does! Even knowing the vehicle may be a bit out of my price range, and that I may not even purchase it, he has gone out of his way to be sure that I have been getting my needs met during my search process! He never once seemed too “pushy” or like most other sales people who are just in that position to make money! He truly and honestly wants what’s best for people! I appreciate Pete’s kind heart and hope that the rest of his team at Groove Ford recognize what a phenomenal man he is as well as the positivity that he brings with him!
Chase Jacobsen in service is amazing. I’ve worked at and been to lots of dealerships in my life and no one else I would take my truck to. He’s super knowledgeable about Ford and will help any way he can while your vehicle is in service. Attention to detail is lost on customer service now a days, but I’ve always thought Chase is one of the best in the business.
I’ve had my F-150 in for service a few times now and Chris Sloat has been my service advisor. He has done an incredible job and gone above and beyond to make sure the problem is resolved in a timely manner. Strongly recommend Groove Ford service.
I come here for servicing and Chase is always awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
I came in asking for help today with my truck and everyone was very nice and helpful. Shawna was more than happy to help and had all of the patience in the world with me. I will definitely be coming back here for help in the future after this expereince
Recently purchased my new car and love it! The process was easy and staff was respectful and courteous.
Very rude. I received a phone call telling me that they would not sell me a vehicle since I am.from outside of Colorado. Then hung up. I would think twice about buying from them.
I could not be more pleased following my conversation with Kalie V. Kalie was patient and took the time to answer all questions regarding order status etc. She was extremely knowledgeable and restored (a portion) of my confidence in Ford and its ability to communicate with its customers. Thank you again Kalie!!!
The service depart lost all of my future business at this dealership today. Came in for an appointment that I had scheduled for three weeks. Upon check in the guy behind the counter treated my issue like it didnt exist and told me they would check but it they found no issue they would send me right out. Pulled into the garage had the same guy hook up a tester, he said everything was fine. I told him to look again and just like that the issue was present. Was told I would have to leave my truck there for several days before they could even have a tech look at the truck. Not all of us have multiple vehicles, and I need my truck to commute for work. Why even bother scheduling appointments if you wont look a the issue until several days after the appointment? Two stars because I have had good experience with the quick lane department in the past.
Late last year I took my Ford Focus in to take care of some recalls. They did a great job on the work, and my transmission has never run better. However, They damaged the interior with deep gouges in multiple places.I took it back to Groove, and they guy that had been working with me took pictures of the damage and said he would take care of it. After not hearing back from him for a couple weeks, I began calling them multiple times. Every time I called, they said they would get back to me. It is about 6 months later, nobody has ever called me back, and I still see a huge gash next to my environmental controls every time I get in my car.*Update* They finally got back to me and not only fixed the scratches, but also repaired some of the cracking vinyl.
I just bought a used car from Groove Ford and I have to say the experience was excellent! Kalie Vogeler, my sales rep, was friendly, helpful, and most importantly honest! At no time was she or anyone at Groove pushy and I was not pressured into any unnecessary add-ons or products. The price was already well below KBB so there was no need for haggling or drawn-out negotiations, and at every step she was upfront about all pricing so there were no surprises when I went to finalize the financing. I highly recommend them and would have no hesitation buying from them again.
Eli was my service rep. He was professional, friendly, great personality, and up front. We had a bit of a situation with getting me a loaner car and even tho he had to talk to my Mama 🤣, he maintained his composure, lol 😂. I was kinda flip-flopping with some work I needed done and Eli was very patient with me. He took very good care of me. Awesome guy! Thank you Eli!I want to thank the person who actually fixed my car...the person behind the scene... I appreciate you so much!Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with was great, the shuttle drivers (dont remember their names) were hilarious like I had known them for years! The service director (Troy? Is that his name?), he was on top of getting me a loaner car, quickly! Jennifer, who made the process of checking out the loaner a breeze! All the lovely people that work behind the glass and answer our calls, thank you for enjoying what you do and making each of my visits warm and cozy 👏🏾💯. God bless you and keep you all. 🙏🏽 ❤️.
Needed a recall on my Ford explorer taken care of and didnt have a way to leave my car over night. Chris from the Service department made it happen. His communication throughout the day regarding my car was awesome and he made sure it was all done and brought to me before my work day ended. What great service. Thanks Chris!!!!
I cant say enough good things about this place! Gavin was my sales guy and he made my whole buying process seamless and easy! I found the car I wanted online contacted Gavin and he did all of my financing & quoted my trade in all while I was at home working! Fast forward to the service they are just great! Josh in the service department has made me Ford buyer for life! I needed a few things fixed and he went above and beyond to get this done!
I will never take my truck to Groove Ford again. Im not one to write negative reviews but felt that I should write this one as a warning.I have always had my oil changed on my 2017 F-150 at Groove because I felt there was a value in staying with one dealer. At this last oil change I replaced my air filter directly before dropping the truck off. The checklist came back showing that my air filter would need replacement soon. Thanks for the honesty, guys.Even worse is that the next day I discovered when I was pressure washing the underside of the truck, the oil pan was very clearly leaking around the mating surface - a known problem on these 2.7 liter engines - but Groove didnt mention it, even though this would have been very clearly visible during a routine oil change. I was within 375 miles of warranty expiration.I took the truck back to Groove and they told me that they couldnt look at it for 3-4 days just to verify that it was leaking. Not a big deal, but when I explained that I use my truck for work and that I would exceed the mileage warranty by that time, they told me I could leave it there but did not have a loaner. I suggested that they put it on the quick lane lift while I was there and look at it, which would have taken no more than 15 minutes. They wouldnt even do that.I took the truck to Auto Nation Ford in Littleton. They got the truck on the lift while I waited and confirmed that the pan was leaking pretty badly. It took 20 minutes. They documented it, got a loaner car arranged, and have earned all of my business moving forward.
Sales team is great, service department is horrible. I have had my car serviced there for 6 years and every experience is worse than the next. They dont communicate with you at all, everything gets delayed past when they promise. I have talked to family members that have cars from here and they have the same experience. I emailed the general manager regarding my concerns and apparently he does not care because he hasnt responded to multiple emails for several weeks. I guess they just sell you a car for 43k and then ignore you. I normally try to NOT do negative reviews, but I reached out 3 times to the dealership themselves and was blown off, so I guess this is my only recourse.EDIT - after talking to the Service Manager a couple weeks ago, I think things have changed a lot. I noticed a much more attentive staff in my last visit and people are answering the phones when you call. I am going to bump them up a star and hope their service continues.
Absolutely wonderful experience. I took my used car I have had for only a year, (🤨from medved)it had numerous problems happening. ELI WAS AWESOME! He worked very hard, kept me informed each step.. he also seemed genuinely concerned for my safety in a car with parts welded where they shouldnt be. He even got me into a loaner car when the parts he needed to order would be delayed. By far one of the best dealer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks Eli and groove. you rock!
Friendly service but rip off service prices. To replace part it cost 30 bucks but they want to charge 1700 for labor. Ha what a joke of a service department.
Parts department is hilariously understaffed. There is consistently only one employee manning the counter and the phone. Expect to sit on hold for 30+ minutes if you call. If you show up in person you can expect to wait 15-30 minutes as well. Save your time and sanity and go to Freeway or Mike Naughton for parts.
Taelor was my salesperson and Oscar was my finance guy. I was so pleased and so happy with my overall experience at Groove Ford. Taelor was so patient with me and made sure i was happy with my purchase. She also explained to me my options in depth which i am really grateful for! Oscar went above and beyond to make sure every single form was explained and i understood exactly what i was signing. He said he was new and i couldn’t tell one bit he was phenomenal at his job! Thank you so much Taelor and Oscar for such a great experience with purchasing my new vehicle. I’m so happy!
Eli in Service has been fantastic to work with, handling all the Warranty paperwork, Sending me regular updates via text so they dont interrupt me when I am working! and responds with in minutes with questions. Thanks Eli!
Just purchased a 2020 F350 from Groove. I worked with salesperson Jay, sales manager Lane and Russell in financial services. What I learned was that each one of them honestly cares about my satisfaction with the vehicle and the process. If something wasn’t right with me, they made it right. Even after the sale was complete they continued to make sure I was happy. They sell a lot of cars and I can see why. Thanks Groove Team. I stoked with my truck!
Honestly the worst service department I think Ive ever dealt with i took the car in for a simple recall for a gas tank and door locks. After the recalls were done supposedly I get home and realize non of the doors says they are closed the are all open they forgot to plug the sensors in all of the doors. The gas tank was also not secured properly like they said it was the fuel line is not fully connected either so I guess I will take it upon myself to fix since these so called professionals cant take care of there mistake without charging do not recommend them what so ever.
I just stopped in to get a new windshield wiper! Chris at the service department was so helpful and installed it for me for free! I will definitely be back!
What an awesome experience. I was pretty dead set on what I was looking for but Steev was very open and willing to show me multiple choices before I pulled the trigger. He answered all my questions, gave me ample time to look over all options, and at the end of it all was just an amazing person. Ken was very open with me with the financial side as was very helpful on what was needed when I asked. All around, great experience and people. What else can you ask for? Thank you all again.
I saw this truck I wanted and had bought a car from groove before and they give great deals.I met with Mike Mclver, he went out of his way to get me the best deal and knew what he was doing, and cared about my needs, I would go to groove and ask for Mike Mclver if your looking for a new car. He has been great after the sale making sure I’m happy with other things I want for my new truck. Not sure I would of bought it if it wasn’t for him. The bald finance guy was helpful to.
We had a little problem with getting our windshield fixed properly after buying our ford escape and went back and forth with calls.. but my sales lady eli got it all situated and was staying in contact with me the whole time when i couldnt reach anyone els. I highly recommend her for your next purchase threw ford she was great and got all the stiff we needed done.
I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Groove Ford. My salesperson, Dan Garza did a great job showing me the vehicle and covering the features. The General Sales Manager, Lane McEnaney was constantly checking on our transaction and making sure we got the best deal possible.
I tried to buy an F-150 here and we agreed on a price. Then it changed and I couldn’t figure out why, no answers. They started offering me less for my trade in, I wasted 8 hours and got nowhere. I went somewhere the next day and had it done in less than 4. Will never shop here again.
Absolutely love the service center here!! I live closer to the ford service on Evans but drive out of my way knowing Im going to get the best honest service! Went in to check my AC and got a complete flush of my air conditioning and a new filter for $109!! My car now has a new car smell!
Excellent service and everything you would expect from a dealership! Chase has been my go to service manager for years! Solid communication and always goes above and beyond get me back on the road ASAP.
Today I had to go in to get my car looked at and although my engine has to be replaced, the service at Groove was impeccable. Logan Wakefield and Sam Bailey were accommodating, helpful and had me in a courtesy vehicle in no time. They were also professional and kind. I always look forward to the great service I know I will receive at this location.
I will always take my Ford To Groove Ford for servicing. They go above and beyond to make sure my family and I are safe in our cars without overselling us on something we dont need. We brought our car to anohter mechanic because it was clcoser to home. They told us we needed a $400 + part. We thought it seemed so sketchy, so we took it to Groove Ford. We never menitoned it to them but told about the issue the car was having. After the car was serviced I asked about the part that the other mechanic said we needed, and they said it was fine. Furthermore the work that was done was under warranty and they didnt try to upsell us on anything else. They know the customers will be loyal if they are honest. I trust Groove Ford. They are always patient, professional and friendly. They have even picked up and dropped off my car to the house when it was difficult for me to get there. A shout out to Logan, Sydney and Chase, all who have taken exceptional care of me and my family along the way.
This service dept is a joke. I’ve had my 2017 Fusion in several times for sunroof issues. Sits for a day and doesn’t get touched and then told to come get it and bring it back a week later. Fixed it once, broke again. Have it back in the shop. Yet again, sat for a day no work done. Picked it up and rescheduled a week later: Service tech never calls me back w updates. 6 messages over a week. No call back. Finally got them to work on it after speaking to dept manager. Picked it up. Problem seems fixed, but left their entire mess in the car and didn’t clean it up. Dirt and debris everywhere. Told me they would wash it. Didn’t. Said wash was broke but was washing cars just fine when I was there. This place is just horrible. Will go out of my way to a different dealer for any further repairs. Manager doesn’t seem to care about reviews or complaints.
Power steering assist fault light came on. I looked online about what it is.. Then I seen there was a recall for my year 2011. I called and talked to Ace Smith in service. Made appointment dropped the car off He was very polite and honest that he would call if it wasnt the recall . A day later I got the call that my cost would be ZERO. It was covered by ford under the recall (U3000-96). Ace is the man you need to talk to is if you have any issue with your Ford.
I just wanted to leave a review on how great Shaun from the KBB team was. He had a fast response time of just a few minutes. I sent him photos and he got me too dollar for my trade(Higher than I had expected). I brought the vehicle in and got a cash offer in hand in under an hour total from when I put the lead in! (Same as he offered me over the phone with my accurate description of my vehicle) (All this coming from someone in the business)
I’m almost 60 and have been dealing with car service depts all of my adult life. I have never met a service representative with the level of customer service that I have received from Chase Jacobsen at Groove Ford. He is patient, Kind and very good about communicating what is happening with the vehicle. I highly recommend this department because of Chase!
I worked with Steev - amazing guy and great to work with. Felt like he had my back thru out the entire process vs. trying to make the most money off of me.Cant say enough great things about Steev and Groove, Ill definitely back in the future. If you need a new car hit up Steev and rest easy.
Wow! What amazing customer service! Kaylee was phenomenal! We had another car fall through with a different dealer and decided to check with Groove. Kaylee had pulled the car we were interested in around before we even got there. The buying process was the best I’ve ever experienced and we are beyond pleased with the car and the fantastic service from Kaylee, Don and Christian!
I went into Groove Ford Arapahoe today and was thrilled with there services all 4 service advisors were very quick and speedy with moving customers in and out especially TJ he helped me find the tires I needed and got the best price I could find anywhere! And to top it off the lube technicians were fast and very confident in their work!
Wow! A serious weight lifted off of our shoulders! Usually car buying is a stressful experience. I have never had such a great experience in my 20 years of car buying. My husband’s 2014 Charger broke down and sat this summer. We finally could take it to a shop and found out it needed a motor at 45k miles. The car had let us sit more then once after we bought it in 2016. We were done. I found a 2016 F250 on Groove Ford’s site. Jay Garcia was my first contact, he was great and was able to offer a very fair trade for the Charger that not only needed a motor but also had hail damage. Jay, Tim and Ken worked well together to get us into the Certified preowned beautiful truck at a very reasonable payment and low interest. They even hauled the Charger away. We will definitely go to Groove and refer them. Thank you guys! I can finally rest knowing I have solid dependability in our driveway!Update 12/28/2020Still love the beast and can’t wait to get our camper trailer this spring! It has been a great truck. We are still very happy with our purchase and so happy to see that Dodge gone out of our driveway!
Kalie Vogeler was the most amazing sales person we have ever met. This has been the most enjoyable experience for my wife and I in 25 years of buying a car. Kalie always went the extra mile answering our questions and showing any car, and explained every details on the different options. Crrtainly I will recomed Groove Ford and needles to say Kalie as the most enjoyable sales person ever.
