Every experience at this location has been great! Brandy is awesome and incredibly helpful with anything you need. The storage area is very neat and clean and feels very safe. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs!

Painless and smooth sign up! Ive never leased a storage space before. Kate showed us our unit and explained everything clearly. Very pleasant encounter. Both Amber and Kate were great to work with.

Extremely impressed with the service, from the closing manager staying past close to allow for me to close a contract and get access to the unit before sunset. Above and beyond, and being someone who does the same for my own customers, it’s is refreshing to see it in others. The unit is affordable, it is clean, and best of all, trollies, elevators, and motorized doors allow for the moving of property to be painless. My contract has not closed yet, and edit it I will but thus far I would recommend this place to friends and neighbors. Fully contactless too, from inception of contractual agreement to access and movement within facility.

In many ways, the work of a google reviewer is easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgement. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. However, when you are confronted by great service, you have a responsibility to acknowledge it. And that is what I received at Extra Space Storage.

Cocky and rude front staff which is really the only service they offer. Lure you in with low prices and quickly jump to ”above market prices” quickly. 20% increase during COVID with no relief consideration. and bad attitude overall.

I just moved into an indoor unit at this storage location a couple of weeks ago, and am very happy with it. Dani has been extremely friendly & helpful, and has gone out of her way to make sure that I had as easy a move as possible, which I really appreciate! Ben has been great, too! I am renting one of the indoor units. It isnt in the section that is officially climate controlled, but it still seems very well insulated and is very comfortable, clean, and well-lit. Some of the units even have their own little automatic light that turns on inside, so if the hall lights ever time out, you arent left in the dark. (I havent had the hall lights time out on me yet, but this is a great added feature.)I was also able to use their free moving truck, which saved me a lot of trouble and money. The truck is very new, easy to drive, and has a nice loading ramp. It even comes with a free dolly, a few furniture pads, and some bungees! It has a lot of space in the inside. I measured the dimensions to make sure my stuff would all fit, and it had plenty of space - over 11 feet x 7 feet wide x just over 6 feet tall, and this doesnt even include the little grandmas attic space at the front.Overall, a great experience so far.

Stunned at the level of professionalism and friendliness I experienced at this location. I came in with a very simple need to rent a unit that could hold a variety of car parts. I was expecting someone who was going to just go through the motions. I was very wrong!! Amber assisted me and very quickly showed me a unit that fit my needs. Ill tell you, the unit itself was great. However, above all else its truly something special when you have someone who is truly listening to you, and wants to meet your needs. I was given all the prices up front, so no surprises! I also had the pleasure of meeting Tara as well, who was equally as friendly. Very easy to call in and speak to an agent on sizes, availability and costs.I was able to make a reservation, rent a unit, and begin storing my things in under an hour.Free moving truck offered with rental is a huge bonus as my vehicle does not fit my couch and mattress.

I have used this location twice. The first time, I simply reserved but found a house instead. They were my first choice to call when I needed to move again without a new place in mind. This time, I am storing with them. Not only are their rates the best ones I found in the area the team is also remarkably kind and compassionate. Staff is amazing. I was stuck in traffic, and was going to miss my appointment, and the office closing time, but Amber stayed after hours to get me moved in, and made sure I had everything I needed. Price is right and customer service is outstanding. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

I over heard a conversation in which the manager told an employee that she thought I was homeless and to dont let me use there restroom although I am renting space from them. Im planning to move my things as quickly as possible.

I got to ride around on a golf cart and got to look at the storage. They were very nice and helpful and the storage units were very clean. I also go some free cold water which was nice because of the hot weather.

Ahh, stressful, right? Moving, packing, storage.....yuck. Except at Extra Space! Dani and her amazing crew are wonderful!! Funny, efficient, go out of their way type of people. I may have to keep some things over there just to continue the relationship! Seriously. We are very pleased with the security and the care that they have in running the facility. I was able to purchase my moving supplies at a comparable cost. I was also able to get in on a great deal with the 2 units we currently have, which made it so much more affordable. They even have a large moving truck available for use to help you minimize trips to load your unit! Best experience ever. Thanks Dani, you go the extra mile for your customers!!

I just moved my storage here and Dana was absolutely amazing to work with! There were some issues in the beginning with my employer and my expected move-in date. Dana worked with me and found me the best possible deal. This facility is super clean and easily accessed. I LOVED that I was able to use their free moving truck. Im a long time customer at the Extra Space Storage on Holly. I appreciate the kind, professional service Ive received from Dani and her staff. The facility is always, clean, well maintained and secure. No March Madness here, its consistently good so I dont have to worry about the items in my unit.

Stored my car here for 10+ years. After Extra Space bought facility, substantial increases were assessed even though advertised Web rate was 1/2. They would NOT honor lower rates. Renter beware, bait and raise (just like comcast!!) If you rent for 6+ months, go elsewhere!!

Awesome experience, had to rent a unit to hide Christmas presents from the kids and wife. The staff is always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of a storage unit.
