The man who helped me today, Mason, went above and beyond. I was having trouble upgrading to a new phone and he didnt give up until the problem was solved. I dont think Ive ever dealt with such a polite and helpful employee. Give this man a raise and a long paid vacation lol! Made my whole day, thank you so much.

Paige was very helpful in getting me set up with a phone. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was working right. Also very friendly and does business with a smile.

I can’t thank Dustin enough for all that he did for us while we were in the store trying to get new phones! We have stopped by multiple other locations for them each to tell us something different. We walked into the Centralia location already extremely frustrated with how everything else was going. Dustin listened to our issues and listened to what we exactly wanted done and to get on a new plan and he never once gave up until he got everything figured out for us. Dustin, thank you for staying late to make sure everything was finished, we greatly appreciate it!! I HIGHLY recommend Dustin in the Centralia location for all of your phone needs!!!

Dustin and Paige were awesome, very helpful, and patient. It took 3 trys to transfer my apps and data. Dustin worked on it for over 2 hours making sure everything was on my new phone.

Me and my dad walked into the store today just wanting to get my dads retired vet discount and walked out the store with new phones, cheaper cell bills and a cheaper cable bill!! I went into the store today with some questions about my current plan and my payments. The young Asian man, I can’t quite remember his name, was very helpful. He answered all my questions and really helped me have a good understanding of all my options. The rest of the staff was busy and I was surprised by how well they were helping everyone in the store. The best Verizon store I’ve ever been too!!Update!!!! I went back into the store today and again needed assistance. I was greeted by the same young Asian man mentioned in the post previously. This time I had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere before. This man was worse than a McDonald’s drive thru employee on a Tuesday night at 11:30. I will never go back to this Verizon store again.

Signed me up for a protection plan got a text once home and I called they said it is automatic and is only 15 a month Justin is a scammer!!!EDIT: they have responded saying they will go over current promotions, this was not a promotion it was a scam and I turned them into BBB about it and it had already been addressed nice to know they are still lying to cusromers its not a promotion it is a sneaky ploy to get you into a monthly payment for a service you do not need!! BEWARE

It was a long wait time, but the workers are always friendly. Suggestion, one person could take payments, especially when it is crowded and that would eliminate some of the store congestion. I appreciate we have a store in our town, this makes it convenient for our needs with phone issues or wanting to make a payment.

I thought this was a wonderful store with kind and helpful people. Until I went to get my upgrade and add a line to my account. This seemingly very friendly girl behind the counter informed me that I would get a free iPad for upgrading and a free iPhone for adding a line because they were having a special that day. My bill went from $115 to $224 a month! I am being charge for the free iPad and for the free iPhone, Plus taxes and fees . Even though I paid $200 tax the day I upgraded and added the line. When I called to debate this matter they informed me that I would have to pay for the phone and the iPad and then I would be given credit to my bill after they were paid. That is not free and that is not what I was told. She told me my bill would raise to about $150. Not only did she lie to me, the day I went into debate the matter she ran to the back and hid and let another employee handle the situation. She went to the back and HID FROM ME!!! If they tell you that you will be getting a free product do not believe them, simply do what you went there to do. Theyre doing nothing to resolve the issue.

Went here to buy a new phone today and the guy working refused to sell me a phone outright because he wasn’t going to make commission off of it. Had to drive 45 mins to Fairview AT&T just to buy a new phone from another employee who was willing to sell me one even tho he wasn’t getting commission. So THANK YOU Kevin from Fairview Heights. And no thanks to Centralia AT&T. Very rude.
