This is a long overdue review! Honestly, this is THE ONLY PLACE I go to for my watch needs and even suggestions for birthday gifts and or jewelry pieces to celebrate special occasions. Sasha is my girl. But seriously everyone here is amazing — Jose, Sheila, Amin. They treat you more than a customer here. Specially Sasha. I’ve bought 5 watches (I know, more than I should) from this store and I plan to buy more. I’ve had the option to purchase several watches from different authorized dealers, but I refuse to simply because the people here give you stellar, personalized service reminiscent of being your second home if you’re into watches and jewelry. What a wonderful place. I purchased 3 watches from Phil, what a great young man! I received a text from him when the Covid-19 lock down occurred back in March wishing my family and I safety and health. I then get another text on Fathers Day with well wishes. I believe when you purchase something big from a jeweler the experience should be more than buying something, and then shaking hands, and then leaving the store . No, I feel the purchase should share conversation unrelated to what you are buying, an exchange of words and experience unrelated to why you were in the store that day. I went to the store with a ring I found online. When I got there, the manager Mickey assisted me. Unfortunately, the ring wasnt in store but he showed me similar rings to give me options while he had the ring I wanted shipped to the store. Long story short, I ended up getting the ring he had showed me rather than the ring I thought I wanted online. If it wasnt for him, I would have probably been sold a ring I thought I wanted rather than a ring I absolutely deserved. He was great, very kind, and knowledgable.
