Best place ever to take my kiddos and have a birthday party

This is supposed to be a happy place, but the cashier had a bit of an attitude.May 22nd 11:30 a.m.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are taking alot of precautions with covid.

Due to COVID I had a horrible experience. My little sister has been looking forward to going for months now theyre was only 2 people into there taking FOREVER and the line was mainly adults so we ended up leaving and she has been crying a lot so thanks build a bear for wasting my time and making my sister cry!

I Love This Place For Kids They Make Sure That Your Child Has A Great Experience While Building Something Of There Choice There Very Affordable And Im Not Sure About All Locations But This Particular Location Has Very Good Customer Service 😀👌🏽

Wrong hours. Got there at 745pm to return something and it says they close at 9pm but the sales person said they close at 8pm. 😑

What kid doesnt love stuffed animals? Ive had birthday parties at build a bear but it was difficult to plan the meal. They dont have a party area. The kids enjoyed making their stuffed critters.

Why are there 4 employees and only one is working? Way to ruin a fun day. This place sucks so much. If it wasn’t my daughter’s birthday I would leave. Wish there were 0 stars. Absolutely horrible experience. I expect so much more from a kid store.

Friendly staff and easy to follow layout on how to build your bear.

This has to be the slowest and worst organized Build-A-Bear location I have ever been to. In fact it is the worst one I have ever been to. The staff is slow with stuffing and also at the checkout lines. They do not have it laid out well so customers get confused about which lines they are in. It is just an overall bad experience. We ended up just buying our bears unstuffed so that we could take them to another location where we don’t have to wait for over 30 minutes just to get a bear stuffed.

One is the saddest build a bear shops I have ever been to. They really need to up their game or they will soon be closing . Looks like they were going out of business . No color, no items, even the workers look sad

The worse ever....people have been waiting for more then 7hrs!!! There is also people still sitting out in the heat...the manger obviously dont care....all they can think about is only letting 4 people in at a time and letting them have a build a bear experience....which for my first time it really sucks!!!! There are some people that dont want it stuffed but they havent asked for them to have a different line for that...but of course not that smart.....

Walk in with a toddler, walk out with an $80 stuffed animal dressed in clothes and shoes that cost more than what youre wearing yourself. Fun but WAY overpriced.

Got 5 beats cheap that day. That made great gifts
