So I know that Bath and Body Works and Victorias Secret are super popular, but I am really partial to the stellar shopping experience I have each time I visit this Body Shop. The ladies are all very friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to assist customers. Today I came in to smell a line of products Id seen on their website. Due to COVID-19 protocols, the clerks spray the scent on a tissue and hand it to the customer. If they get tired of doing this, youd never know.I sampled about five scents and then settled on purchasing the Black Musk products. Its a gift for a friend so I asked for a gift box. Id forgotten that the Body Shop partners with organizations that help women get jobs and support their families. Their competitors dont do this. I like knowing that my purchases are helping fellow women thrive. If youre looking for a smaller boutique experience and for products that are natural, the Body Shop is the way to go.

Amazing body work / auto repair. The side of my car had some pretty bad damage, but these guys made it look like new. The color matches perfectly. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, I was really impressed with the attention to detail and the effort they put in.

Extremely rude staff.I stood in the store for over 10mins with out one associate on the floor waiting for assistance.Then I wasnt greeted at all once the girl came to the floor.I came in specifically for a Satsuma body cream but was so turned off my the very cold and negative energy that I left. It was apparent the girl didnt want to be there working.I will not be coming back to this location.

I came into this place due to the fact that Ive tried a hemp lotion long ago and felt the difference. A young lady that went by the name Emily (I thiiiink) was very helpful, she used the dead skin cleaner, that worked great! Used some oil to foam and some hemp lotion. My hand are so silky and smooth! I bought 2 products. Little pricey but still was a great experience.
