I went in t get 1 snow globe 1 ended up spending 800$

They did a Beautiful job on a pair of champagne glasses, I got for my Princess Sylvia for Valentines. We celebrated it on the 1st of February. We said that we wanted it to be special day for us, we got back together on the 28th of December. Before that we havent seen each other since we were 15 years old. Thank you she loved them.

This place effectively worked their way out of a sale this weekend. The store itself looked great after a make over. They installed a personalization corner where you can customize whatever you buy. At first it seemed like a great look until we actually tried to buy something. We were ready to make a purchase, but it seems the staff isn’t allowed to ring you up until you first enter your information into one of the tablets at the personalization center. We asked if it was necessary as we didn’t intend on personalizing the product. We were told it was necessary “in case if warranty issues”. I’m sure that’s what they were told to say by corporate to justify their decision to build a personalization center. We did end up entering our information since we what we were buying was a birthday gift, but it took forever for one of three staff behind the registers to ring us up. To their defense, one of the cashiers was helping another customer, but the other two just stood around looking lost. We ended up just leaving and buying a gift at a different store. I would not recommend coming here unless you have time to waste.

This place has nice things, but they suck! They hide the original price with a tag more expensive! Bought an item that had a certain display price, but when ringing me up they charged me more expensive! And the engraving wasnt the best. Letters looked more like a scratch .Wasnt deep at all. Third time this happens with Things Remembered ! Done with this place.
