I paid 215.75 for 50 cupcakes on 9/3/21. I picked them up on 9/11/21 and they weren’t even finished they were just hurrying to get them done as I stood there. Then they looked horrible, sloppy and not cute at all. Never again will I order from this place. They had plenty of time to make these but obviously there customers are not a priority. I could of done a better job, the gal said the frosting would be pink and blue swirl. Very very disappointing especially for that price.

The Neopolitan special flavor today was excellent! I havent tried the others but service was fast and packaging is lovely.

Unless the employees wear masks, wont be doing buisness here. The manager Chelsea yelled at me, for asking her to put one on. Left with no cupcakes, was going to buy two dozen cupcakes but I guess Ill go somewhere else..

Not your ordinary cupcake 🧁! Tremendous variety of flavor profiles that can surely accommodate any flavor you are craving. For my very first experience I went with hot fudge sundae. Just the right amount of frosting that isn’t too sweet. Can’t wait to return to try more options .

Instead of a cupcake, we got the layered cupcake cake. We got Red Velvet and it was VERY good. The cake is perfectly moist and there is plenty of frosting. I wish it was cream cheese frosting on that cake, but oh well.Ill definitely be back!

Management here needs some help. Walked in was not greeted/welcomed, no employees wore face masks, and the manager admitted to not getting here vaccine (which is fine, but not wearing a mask too?) My kids are too young to get the vaccine, at least wear a mask.

My order was short - by 16 cupcakes! I had to arrange for an uber driver to pick up the cupcakes and deliver them to the party. So, an extra $15 on top of the already expensive cupcakes.Sweet staff, but not very organized.

Never eaten here, not into sweet baked goods, but staff very friendly, deliveries almost always ready and boxed up. People really love this place, and always someone in buying something. Never heard a complaint, nor had anyone complain to me, so great attention to detail, no one says they were missing something, which is a very rare thing in the food industry, so I feel this says more than it doesnt, and they deserve recognition for always doing a job well done!

Really yummy, wish they would have more of an ice cream selection. But as for the cupcakes you cant go wrong

This place is awesome. They always have a great selection and the cake scraps are awesome. Good price and flavor and an awesome variety. When I order a dozen cupcakes they are always on time and accurate and out of the many times I’ve ordered cupcakes they only had one minor mistake. And they were super understanding and made it up to me with no hassle. Would highly recommend this place for desert needs and the staff is so courteous and friendly.

Chelsee at Smallcakes made an amazing cake for our wedding. We got to do a tasting beforehand which was mostly custom flavors so we were really able to customize our cake. Our final result was fluffy and delicious, no cloyingly sweet fondant to be found, just a beautiful and clean buttercream. Chelsee was also able to customize the color to match the decoration PERFECTLY which was impressive. There were some communication issues for contracts and some periods of time where we needed to reach out again to confirm with them but all in all, we received an amazing cake that was delivered perfectly.

My rating is based on the customer service that I received throughout the process of planning for my wedding cake.First and foremost, I have to mention how incredibly affordable their pricing is for wedding cakes!! I did extensive research of other places in and around town, where most were STARTING their prices at $700-800 which I personally found to be outrageous!I worked with Chelsee, who was very great at communicating and accommodating all of my requests. We had planned a beautiful tree bark style 3-tier cake that was meant to sit atop a slab of wood that I provided. When Chelsee realized that the slab was slightly smaller than needed, she suggested that we adjust the sizes of the layers to work in our favor, but that the extra layer would be on the house at no cost to me. This was wonderful customer service, as I did not have to compromise on the overall vision of my cake and was going to be provided with more than enough to feed our guests.Due to unfortunate circumstances outside anyones control, the day before my wedding one of their employees tested positive for COVID, and because they had been in direct contact with the baking of my cake we were unable to use it. I was quite disappointed, as I had been SO excited to see the final outcome of everything that Chelsee and I had collaborated together to create. It ended up working out as we were able to get a cute small cake-by-design from somewhere else and use some of our own decorations along with our topper and it provided for the perfect symbolic cutting-of-the-cake. (But thats besides the point here)Chelsee was quick to refund us in full, and was very sincere in her apology even after I reassured her that I was understanding of the situation.Whether I ever got to see a final product or not, based on my experience of the service provided to me I would most definitely recommend and do business with Smallcakes again in the future!P.S. Their flavors are absolutely delicious, so whether you have an event coming up or just a sweet tooth craving, I would suggest you check them out for a sugary treat!! :)

This place is a treat! (Pun intended) They have a lot of options to choose from, even if you show up 15 minutes before closing. The cakes are very moist and not overbearing in terms of icing or sweetness. They even have a pet friendly option if its their birthday or whatever.

My son had a vision for a chocolate/caramel/bubbles cake for his birthday and they made something amazing!! It was adorable but it was also so fresh and tasted like it had been made that day. Sometimes pretty cakes aren’t the tastiest but in this case it was so delicious and gorgeous! Will definitely order again!

Called twice, left messages, and sent an email inquiry about making a cake for an event and heard absolutely nothing back. If they didnt have the time to do it I understand, but completely ghosting someone feels really rude. Would have loved to try them, but they wouldnt even give me a chance to.

Had this little guy made for our daughters 8th birthday party. All the kids loved the little hedgehog!!! Thank you again for the wonderful cake.... I do regret to inform you the hedgehog didnt make it. Despite how cute he was the natives couldnt resist.

These cupcakes are overwhelmingly sweet. I recently tried the caramel pretzel cupcake, and there was about 3 fluid ounces of a thick cloyingly sweet pretzel flavored caramel sauce on top. Other than the flavor, I like the presentation and the amount of variety. These cupcakes will definitely be liked by kids and people who eat sugar by itself.

A family favorite! Love to stop in and taste a new flavor cupcake and ice cream. Would recommend to others.

Worth the calories......I sampled three of the small bites and they were the perfect size and they were perfect for tasting the different flavors.I even topped it off with some of their espresso ice cream which was delicious.Definitely will be back for the ice cream and the cupcakes.Whats nice about the cupcakes frosting was it wasnt overpowering the sweetness of the cake I could actually taste the cake which was delicious as well. But the frosting, it was so light and creamy. Perfect.

Went in to get a white cupcake with chocolate frosting for a friends birthday. There were none. The woman at the counter asked if she could help me. I told her they didnt have the kind my friend like but I was trying to think of what would be second best.She asked what was the one I wanted. No problem, she said. She got a white cake and frosted it as I desired.This place is awesome.I got one for me too. We LOVED them. Yum!

Food is addictive and highly caloric with low nutritional value. Great place for a splurge and customer service is excellent.

The place is cute and there are a lot of options for cupcakes. Everything tasted good! Lots of sugar and even though people complain about the higher price, you really do get a really big cupcake. My only reason for 4 stars is the couple of times I’ve been there, the employees haven’t been real friendly. I don’t expect them to act like new best friends or anything, but something is lacking in their relationship with the customers.

Ok so only giving 4 stars because of the prices ... Not saying stay away cause the cupcakes are delicious ... My daughter and I went there Friday night and WOW ... I had an Oreo cupcake and my daughter had a Red Velvet one and both were amazing ... Will definitely be going back for more cupcakes and to try the Ice Cream next time ...

We visited with the munchies at 8:45pm...15 minutes before closing. Even though we went so late, we were treated like they just opened for the day. We ordered 2 human smallcakes and 2 pupcakes. My girlfriend said her chocolate cream cake she had was delicious and tasted better than the Hostess Cupcakes. I had a wedding cake smallcake and yes, it tasted exactly like a wedding cake. The pupcakes must have been good, not sure if our dog tasted them because she devoured them and barely chewed them. All 4 smallcakes were loaded with frosting and super delicious. Were definitely going to try the smallcakes in a jar next.

Cupcakes were very delicious and savory. We had carrot cake and a wedding cake icing cupcake I believe. The cashier had a very long line and the gentlemen there with her didnt attempt to help her. The music was nice, much daughter enjoyed the cupcakes and so did I.

So, yummy! The sponge was moist and fluffy. The icing complemented the sponge. Not to sweet, just the right balance!
