The owner is so friendly and professional. He was truly concerned about me believing I was charged twice for my bill. He looked into it and reminded me I had bought a second phone that day and that was what the charge was! Phew... Thank you for being patient with me and reminding me what it was!
On Wednesday January 6, 2021 around 630pm, me and my fiance stopped by to replace my phone and pay my bill. And a employee came out to help us, and as I was trying to give him my info, A female employee kept interrupting us, because my fiance didnt have his mask on, she tried giving him one, but he refused it. She ended up getting a attitude saying she can kick us out, because its the law and she has the right. First off its not a law!!!! From the time we walked in the metro she was just a rude employee about the whole situation. And than the employee that was helping us ended getting into the conversation and says my fiance was coughing everywhere,which that was a lie. They need a lot of Customer Service training, I will never go back to that place again.But we ended up a a metro at a food city off Arizona Ave and Ray road, where they helped us with no issues about a mask. They were outstanding and very helpful. And one of the employee wasnt even wearing her mask, SMH AND THEY DID A AWESOME JOB THANK YOU MELANIE, AND YOUR EMPLOYEE THAT NIGHT..IM THANKFUL
This was our first time in the store. Its been years since me and my wife updated our phones. We werent aware that all you needed to do was put the Sim card into thr phone. We were charged $22 for something that we could have done ourselves with basic explanation. Tmobile around the corner didnt charge me a thing. But my wife was charged here. They didnt even show her how to transfer her apps/data from one phone to another.Easy to charge someone for basic knowledge. Would have paid for their time, seems like an interesting way to charge people when you could be helpful.

The people at this location are friendly, but not the most professional, or reliable. I switched from cricket thinking it would be a better network, since they state it shares the same towers as T-mobile. My data connection is the worst I have ever had with a cell phone company, I pay for unlimited data with metro pcs. I’ve had to call customer service several times to troubleshoot the same issue. Now customer service support is telling me I have to go to another store that is out of my way to check to see if it is the cell phone this store sold me. I never have more than two bars of service, the manager at this store sold me on this area having great reception, since I live less then a mile from this store. Unfortunately I will be switching back to cricket, and I will never be a Metro PCS customer again.
This honestly hands down the best metro PCS store I have ever been too the owner and the girls that work there are amazing I came in last night 10/20/17 and the helped my family out to the find the right phones we needed we are very pleased
Dont waste you time they have me come from San tan to this location and then change the price and act like they gave us free phone cases. Started out at 250-255 to $303 and i pay the 303 and he acted like he gave me free cases lol what a joke. Then they tell us the $100 bill includes amazon prime and and hotspot comw to find out it doesnt.

Worst customer service ever. Worst policy ever as well Ive had my phone for 7 days today and since the day i first charged the phone it has done nothing but take hours to charge just 20 percent and were talking about 7-9 hours so clearly there is a defect in either the phone or battery I went into this store and they told me that they cant replace the defected item even tho its under manufacture warranty and its a manaufacture defect. Since my 1 year old is teething with her 1 baby tooth knicked the corner of the phone thats a max $1.00 worth of so called damage to the phone this happened after I tried to go into the store right before they closed I walked up as soon as they shut the doors so nothing was wrong with the phone when I stated the situation. They are punishing me when they rejected my service last night and since I brought it in with the baby tooth mark they wont replace there defected item. Ive had nothing but problems with this company and there phones are trash as well. You literally can explain the company the same as you can like there phone worst ever
Horrible customer service. They will stiff you for your money if you have a return. Go to a real metro-tmobile. This is just a authorized dealer. Dont shop with them

I walked into this location at approximately 730 pm Friday 09/15/18. When I first walked in a woman and what appeared to have been a school aged girl were standing at the stores front door. As I stepped inside metro pcs I, (immediately recognizing the store manager ) from previous business interactions w him, I greeted him in arabic as I have spoken to him before and have had pleasant business exchanges before in Arabic.This is when the disagreemt that I took as poor customer service occurred. The manager starred at me for a good 1:00 minute as if he never knew me or had seen a black women in a scarf speaking to him in his mothers tongue. Even before asking me if i needed help or welcoming inside asked me, Are you w those guys ? &I replied by asking him, "e, Are you serious "? I explained I just walked into the store so if youre asking me if Im with the people who were here before; I arrived I didnt know why, at that point a very nosey team member interrupted and exclaimed," Well he just came in as well so he is just clarifying". Well I find that hard to believe those other customer happened to be black like me. I feel he didnt ask me how he could assist he immediately jumped to a false assumption. ThatsThats poor business. I used to do business w this storeI will NO longer ever suggest this location to anyone. And they just lost a loyal customer for their lack of diversity and their poor customer service. This manager and his staff never even greeted me before they began their judemt and distasteful manners.The team member who interrupted was w another customer, she shold have been attentive to who she was servicing at that time. Not in my business or speaking for her manager.If you are not Mexican or white you probably are not going to feel welcomed doing business at this store.
Called to see about upgrading my phone and was told they had alot of customers and I had to come in to ask questions. I guess your not a customer if your on the phone. She wouldnt give a a price to add another phone...that means 4 phones and Im not a customer if Im on there phone... seriously why do I have to drive down to ask a question.
