I love Cold Stone. They have a big selection of ice cream flavors and lots of toppings to choose from. I love that you can pick your own creation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves ice cream and wont settle anything less than delicious.

The last three times I’ve been to this location the ice cream has been awful. Toppings that I didn’t ask for are in my ice cream because they aren’t cleaning off the counter before mixing the next. Nothing tastes better than sorbet with chocolate chips. The quality of the ice cream and toppings have gone way down. For as expensive as they are the quality does not justify the price. I’m not sure if they are under new ownership but I would definitely pass. The store itself is absolutely disgusting. The toppings display looks like it’s never been cleaned with dust and random toppings everywhere. Drive the extra few miles to a Dairy Queen or Bahama bucks or even the gas station. Hard pass 0/10

Really polite staff. A bunch of people walked in just after us and they were really polite and quick to get everyone taken care of.

Ice cream was beautiful, Unable to eat inside, so off to the car in 106 weather. Now we have soup. Darn restrictions for covid. Over $20.00 down the drain. Wont go again until we can eat inside.

This is my favorite Cold Stone since the new ownership. The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. They give liberal free samples to taste when youre not sure how much you want to walk on the wild side. Its always clean and has a welcoming vibe. My kids and I love the little flourishes they do when they mix the ice cream. It doesnt hurt that this is the best ice cream out there! We absolutely love that they still sing with the tip jar. If you havent been here in awhile I strongly recommend giving it another chance, the new ownership has really done a great job embracing everything a Cold Stone should be.

These idi0ts seriously don’t know how to prepare orders correctly ordered from ubereats several times and each time the order is incorrect from the side to the ingredients it’s so annoying you just wanna go the store and cuss them out for being so incompetent

Munuplative service, we went in and asked for 3 kids size they said its 1/2 of the small cup thats named like it for 3.99. We said ok. They put ice ice cream in it and charged us 4.99 each. I said why it $4.99 each and they said you asked for the like it. They said its the like it but 1/2 of the cup for kids. So its a manipulative sales tactic. They put the ice cream in the cup that you think your getting for kids size but you get surprised with a diffrent price, we had to pay for them of course. My kids did not even eat half of the cups. MUNUPLATIVE SALES TACTIC AND SERVICE. They need to actually display the kids version so we can point at it and say I want that one that says $3.99. I told them why did you do that, the look like they are trained to do this tactic because they could of said ok we can help you out.

Cupcakes are small and over $5 EACH! The chocolate cup us almost flavorless and thete is very little cake! If I wasn’t disabled and bring them back to the store to get my money back

I just stopped in for ice cream about 20 minutes ago. There was a long, white strand of hair in my ice cream! This was not my hair! My hair is black! That is disgusting! I went right hack inside, showed the manager; she casually apologizes as if there was no other solution. These people need hair nets. Everyone and anyone serving any type of food needs hair nets and beard nets. I will never go there again! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Worst experience ever from cold stone. The guy who served us seemed to be miserable to be there and his service proved it. Order a gotta have it but got 2/3 at most in the cup. The guy didnt EVEN attempt to mix the ice cream. Each of the ice creams (4) were just horribly made with 0 cares for the customer.

Great ice cream and friendly service, theres nothing to negative to about that. Personal favorite combo to get is the coffee ice cream with a brownie and peanut butter cup mixed in. Cant go wrong with that mix of flavors in my opinion. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a some ice cream

Absolutely horrible experience. The girl working the counter was SO RUDE. We ended up leaving without making a purchase. She was disrespectful to use TWICE, then proceeded to ignore us and start working on something else. The store was dirty and staff was not following health procedures. Very disappointed.

This makes me sad to write because I love coldstone so much, but this location was just terrible. We went for my birthday and the service was terrible. For starters all there are signs still up from fathers day, which displays a massive amount of laziness since that was over a month ago. To further prove that our server actually stopped paying attention to us mid order and started helping someone else then forgot half our order. Then once everyone had ice cream they disappeared after sitting on their phones in that door way for about 10 min. We sat in the lobby unattended for about 20 min. We even had to help ourselves to the lids.To the manager and owner of this franchise: we are trustworthy people, we did not steal anything from you. However had we wanted to we could have walked out with hundreds of dollars worth of ice cream cakes and your employees would not have even noticed unless we used snapchat to televise it. I would reccamend you correct this. Its only a matter of time before someone takes advantage of it. Also Im very disappointed in the experience we had at your ice cream shop. It did not uphold the cold stone promise.

Creamy, awesome and delicious. There usually are younger kids working, but they seem to do a good job...some better than others:-)

I was really sad to see that they didnt have any lemon sorbet which is my favorite. However, it was clean and the service was prompt. The employees that served us were very nice and patient with our large group. Overall a great experience! :)

Just love the creations that you can come up with here. Also like how when you pick out your ingredients that they mix it all together. There is a delicious treat here for everyone.

Absolutely Love Cold Stone ice cream! Highly recommend the Strawberry Blonde it has a sweet and tart taste, a perfect combination!!

This location was lacking on employees the last time I was there. There were only 2 people working and a ton of people in line (out the door). When I went to order, they were out of 3 flavors, so it was limiting. The treat I received ended up being half melted by the time I received it (maybe the freezers arent cold enough?). I could tell the employees were hard at work, but this wasnt the best experience. Definitely over paid for what I got.

What else can I say about ice cream? Its great, creamy, multiple and abundant flavors plus add-ins galore!!! Uuummm, its super yummy!!!

I havent had a chance to swing by one in several months, and I LOVE ice cream. Was a late night desicion but a good one at that! I felt alittle bad that I showed up 15 minutes before closing, but while outside in my vehicle eating a muchh older couple showed up on the dot for closing time and the young ladies inside still served them, good service all the way around. Delicious

I understand this is a large chain ice cream shop, but they amaze me with the consistency of their ice cream creations. Its delicious every time! I stop in almost every time I see one around town.

If I could give no stars right now I would. There is 2 people here working right now and the line is out the door. We have been standing in the same spot literally for 20 minutes and havent even moved forward. The 2 employees working couldnt beat a snail in a race right now, thats how slow they are moving. They see the long line of people and it doesnt motivate them to move a little faster. One of them, Ashley, apparently feels that she either doesnt need to work or doesnt want to cause she is worse that the other employee. All the while there is a very long line of customers that are getting upset and some actually got tired of waiting and left. This is absolutely TERRIBLE service!! They lost a lot of customers tonight which means they lost a lot of money. Unbelievable that they have no care or concern about the extremely long line of customers that are clearly getting upset and frustrated by their, the employees, actions. Trust and believe this location lost my family as customers after this situation tonight, and we visited this location frequently. Management needs to re-think or re-evaluate some of their employees. There is absolutely no reason that it shouldve taken us over 40 mins just to get to counter to order especially when we 1st arrived we were only 4-5 customers back. And to make matters worse, now that we are up to the counter to order, I guess I shouldnt be surprised but the employees feel they can have an attitude towards the customers. Plus I had to repeat myself 4 times and now Im getting my ice cream slammed down on the counter by the employee. But wait, now theres more.... after having to repeat myself 4 times about wanting a chocolate shake, Ashley still forgets to make it and yet again I have to remind her and we have already paid and she is still standing there like a lost puppy so now I have to stand around and wait even longer while she finally makes the shake. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS WHERE IM A PAYING CUSTOMER!

Do not call in an order for pick up. I was told my order would be ready and when I arrived I was told they had a customer walk in and they had not started my order. So what about the other 30 min they had to make it? Bad service!!! You call in an order so you dont have to wait. Thats the point.

If I could give a 10 score for service I would. I had some relatives visit from out of country and it was their first time at ColdStone. The girl behind the counter was so sweet explaining everything to them, and let them try different flavors and things. The icecream was delicious too for sure. :-) Will return here for sure.

I work next door and they send me on ice cream runs all the time. They know me so well that I just call ahead and have all the orders ready when I come pick up. I dont know if they do this at all codstones but they are definitely cool at this one!

Currently sitting in this Coldstone right now. I said hi to the girl and she ignored it and said what can i get you? In a rude tone. I shrugged it off. I asked her for extra fudge in my mud pie mojo but it was so plain. My boyfriends mud pie mojo was made by a guy working here as well and was made amazing! I go to coldstone all the time for the mud pie mojo and its my first time at this specific coldstone, im dissapointed.

Yum! If you are hard to please or picky when it comes to ice cream and add ons...this is where to go! They hand mix any combo of ice cream and condiments to your hearts desire. Not a lot of seating, like the old parlors but you can also pick up an ice cream cake or a pint, on the go.

There is one person working Sunday afternoon and were all in a long line

Called ahead to confirm that they were able to make, had everything needed to make, and knew what a banana split was and it was confirmed they did . 5 minutes later the same incompetent help that I just spoke with now was confused and confirmed that they could make me one but a traditional banana split would be over 8 dollars or so . If you decide to go there be sure to have a simple request and not to confuse the simple minded help with an outrageous order like a banana split.
