This place advertises on their website that theyll pay spot for silver, but when I went in and waited 15+ min in line and to get my silver appraised, I was offered $11/oz when spot was $17.25. I had to refrain from laughing at the offer. I also had a few Canadian Maple Leaves which are worth around $2 over spot ($19-$20), and was offered 11/oz for those as well.Eventually through some haggling I got $15/oz, which is still low since every coin store Ive dealt with has paid spot or within 20 cents under, but I had been there almost half an hour and just wanted the money at that point. I kept my maple leaves though and sold them online for 19.50/oz.This place assumes you dont know anything about precious metals so they offer you almost half of what you should get. If youre cashing in precious metal rounds or bullion, youre better off just going to a coin store.
