There is a woman here that not only is the true reason the sun rises every morning so the world can see her beauty, we all can hear just to hear her kind, gorgeous, flawless self. Out of my league and everyone else’s. No one will ever measure up to her, sorry not sorry.

Had a fantastic time there. Im not sure why bad reviews here but my guess having done customer service before is that some customers are very entitled and they believe that customer are always right. Anyways nothing but love to those guys especially my boy Tonylicious!!

Last time Im using these clowns they cant give you a correct date to come pick up your stuff gave me three different dates. Then when I called to get a price on what I was going to cost to pick it up they gave me three different prices! SMH Plus the manager loves take half days all the time so they are never there to dispute these issues horrible service!

Your Jewelry consultant needs to refresh her knowledge on couch bags. They stopped putting serial numbers on the leather tag inside over a year ago and the serial with style is now printed on a white tag inside the lining if the zippered pocket. When I tried explaining this she was rude and would not listen so I took it to Super Pawn on Southern and Country Club and they bought the $595, brand new, bag without any issues. Just because your aged it doesnt mean you know everything.

Had a high ticket item and drove around all day getting quotes from various shops. Was so relieved to to finally walk into Super Pawn and get an honest quote from a very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Susann for making it a great experience! Highly recommend this establishment!

Jamie in the Chandler location really made our day. The pawn shop down the street offered us less than half of what he did on two gold rings, they really tried to rip us off, but he really came through on the loan for us, and without being pushed into it. Never again at this location, or any other Super Pawn if Im treated the same way. Ive taken a loan on my laptop five times at this location, and the last time was almost a mess. Rather than deal with the two ladies working (called me rude because I said I wasnt waiting an hour for them to check out my surface book) Ill take my business anywhere else but this location. On the plus side, walking out of that location without giving them anymore business made me feel a whole lot happier. Suck it, Super Pawn.

This is my go to Pawn Shop. Customer service is 50/50 depending on who is there. Usually on the weekends the kind Merchants are there and they can hook ya up with good deals. Though if you can read stress on anybody you can see it in some of their faces but they still try to work through it... dont be intimidated or mislead they dont usually mean to come off rude. Get your money, make your flip and go home

I dont know how Jamie and the other guy are assistant managers. Never in my life have I seen people treated so rudely. I cant believe I have to say this, but I get it, youre not paid to be nice nor friendly, but people are here because theyre in a rough spot, so just by having even the slightest and most basic customer service ideals and treating your customers with respect can really make an impact on how your store does business.Id advise management to secret shop their store so they can really see how their staff really operates.Anyone wanting to pawn their items, there are several other places nearby you can go to. Id advise to stay away from this store, and go the other super pawn down the road because they obviously dont want you here.

I took in my pistol and ipad. Returned 3 months later to renew my loan. Fast forward another 3 months i returned again to pick up my items and was told that my ipad had been sold around Christmas. Pay attention or theyll pull a fast one on you.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have been using SuperPawn for years. The staff at this location is rude. They do not know how to look up the value of your items properly. Go to the location on 67th ave and Olive. Store is busier but at least you will be waiting because they are working not 3/4 of the stores staff sitting around to lazy to help you. 15 min wait to be help when I am the only customer is ridiculous.

The jewelery side looks like they know a thing or to. but otherwise very unfriendly and not much stuff to look at. Really Not interesting of a place to buy or pawn.

I CAME INTO THIS PAWNSHOP TO SELL 2 OF MY DIAMOND RINGS.... THEY WERE BOTH OVER 1 CARAT. 1ST, THE YOUNG MAN THAT HELPED ME DID NOT KNOW MUCH AT ALL. I ASSUME HE IS NEW. BOTH OF MY RINGS WERE YELLOW GOLD. MY WEDDING RING WAS SET IN PLATINUM. SO THE RING HAD THE STAMP PLAT. HE LOOKS AT IT AND TELLS ME HE CANT TAKE IT BECAUSE ITS PLATINUM. I LOOKED SO CONFUSED. SO HE HANDED THE RINGS OVER TO ANOTHER GENTLEMAN. NOW, THIS IS WHAT UPSET ME... THE MAN TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES TO LOOK AT MY RINGS AND WAS ON THE PHONE FOR A WHILE TALKING TO A MANAGER ONLY TO TELL ME THAT HE IS GOING TO PASS ON MY RINGS. HE SAID THAT ONE RING WAS FRACTURED FILLED, THEN SAID THE OTHER WAS A MOISSANITE. HE LOOKED AT THE DIAMONDS FOR A LONG TIME AND FOR SOME ODD REASON, DID NOT NOTICE THE INSCRIPTIONS. HAD HE LOOKED UP THE SERIAL NUMBERS, HE WOULDVE BEEN ABLE TO VERIFY THAT THEY WERE IN FACT DIAMONDS AND COULD HAVE VERIFIED THE QUALITY. ALTHOUGH MY HUSBANDS RING DID HAVE A CHIP, HE DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAITED UNTIL LAST MINUTE TO SEND ME TO ANOTHER SHOP AND SAID THEY KNOW MORE ABOUT BIGGER STONES. I APPRECIATE HIM TAKING TIME TO LOOK, BUT I FEEL AS THOUGH IF HE WASNT COMFORTABLE OR KNOWLEDGEABLE ON BIG STONES, HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST BECAUSE IT LOOKS AS THOUGH THEY HAVE INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE HANDLING PEOPLES JEWELRY AND MERCHANDISE. ANOTHER THING THAT BUGGED ME WAS THAT THE YOUNG MAN WAS BEING ASKED WHY DO THEY ASK ABOUT ACTIVE MILITARY. THE YOUNG MAN STATED THAT IF YOU ARE ACTIVE MILITARY, THEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. AT THAT POINT I HAD TO JUMP IN BECAUSE THAT IS NOT RIGHT. IN ANY ASPECT. I WENT TO ANOTHER PAWN SHOP AND THEY TOLD ME ACTIVE MILITARY GET A SPECIAL INTEREST RATE OF LIKE 3-5% OR SOMETHING OF THAT SORT INSTEAD OF THE TYPICAL 37% FOR 90 DAYS. BUT I HAVENT HEARD OF ANY PAWN SHOPS WHO DENY MILITARY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE, NOT ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE INEXPERIENCED, BUT BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN HELPING OUT OUR MILITARY MEMBERS. IF THAT IS NOT THE CASE, THEN THEY NEED TO PROPERLY TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES.

*note that stars are NOT for customer service. Walked in yesterday, no one visible at first, no one greeted us. Saw 2 employees to the far left in loan section. They did not look up. We browsed the jewelry counters, browsed some more, ...& browsed again...still no human in sight. After being the only customers for 15 minutes or so, another couple came in. A female employee came right out from the back & asked them if they needed help! The male TOLD the employee that we were there first & employee completely ignored him and began helping his lady friend. Lady friend tried on half a dozen items, conversed with employee right in front of and next to us and the employee continued to act as if we were invisible. Finally, the lady asked to see an item in the same case as the one we wished to see. She was standing literally arm to arm next to me. As the employee unlocked the case, directly in front of us, I asked her if I could see the item next to the one she was about to grab. She did not even look up...slammed the door closed, turned the key, took the item and gestured to customer to follow her over to front of store. That was the last straw...buh-bye.The store is nicer on the inside than it appears from outside& there were some very interesting things (1 star for each of those things); cannot comment on prices because we never got to see anything despite waiting patiently for 25-30 minutes. Honestly, have never ever been treated so rudely. Yes, its a pawn shop; key word being shop...its a business. A little customer service skill and base manners is not too much to ask. Sorry, but this employee soured us on going back; too many other shops with pleasant, helpful employees to bother with this one again.

Ok I Im not happy I had to pawn my tv but I needed to but I went and got my tv back from this place and I notice that it had two big scraches on it and twords the sides it looks like if my tv fell or was dropped or but I just barely connected my tv and it dont work it says no signal and has lines going threw I took my tv in grate shape the checked and the whole nine I was so excited to plug in my tv and play my playstation 3 but nothing is working on it it stays on no signal with I really hope super pawn makes this right

Walked in to this place, have never pond before but needed some quick cash to make a payment. The guy at the front Jamey was like what do you want ? Politely said hello whats nice Tim didnt say a word back in response just took the item that I had and goes Ill give you 150 bucks for it In a rude way. No explanation just dirty looks from him. Was very annoyed with lack of customer service. Went to ez money pawn at Guadalupe and Dobson instead. Was a total different experience the guy Jake was super cool explained everything and not to mention was half price of what their interest charges were at super pawn. Night and day difference between the two businesses hopefully Ill never need to pond again but if I do I can tell you where Im taking my business and its not superpawn!

I went to buy. In this place, a shotgun 12 balia 499.99 and I returned to the 4 day and the door was changed. 899.99 are pure rater for k that is the prisoner and this was not a new eye with what they buy in that place they do not know how to respect the prisoners
