Bryce talked to me strait forward didnt charge me for things I didnt need. made good suggestions and had solutions for my issues . didnt over promise but definitely over delivered. I worked with Mandi and her team to purchase a bike from their used inventory, they made the whole process easy and quick. Ive wanted a Road King forever, my first bike was a Dyna Fat Bob. Mandi helped me and found me a new 2021 Road King on trade for my Fat Bob. She worked and pushed and wiggled until she found a deal I could afford, and then continued to work and push that deal to make it not only affordable, but irresistible. She had help from several other members of the staff to see it through, and I thank each of them as well. Josh in parts, Carl, sales manager, Daniel in finance, and a pleasant young gentleman whose name i cant remember but whose beard was fantastic, a newer member of the sales team shadowing Mandi to learn the sales game. There was actually a moment where the deal seemed dead and he noticed a different bike that would suit my needs and might save the day. It did, and Mandi seized the opportunity to get me on the two wheels that I wanted to leave on. This all happened on the day after one of the worst days Ive ever had, and gave me something to look forward to; turning my bone-stock 2021 Road King into the savage monster that will bring a smile of grim satisfaction to my face as I carve miles into the roads of the countryside. RUDE SERVICE REPS. Purchased my RoadKing Classic in 2007 at Chandler Harley. I have used their service center many times with great professional service. The current crew is rude and makes you feel as tho you should go elsewhere, so I did, I now travel to Tempe for great friendly service.
This was my first visit to this Harley location. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member, and was asked if I needed assistance in every department I walked through. The best was was the inventory, they actually had lots of bikes in stock to look at!
My 2018 Electra Glide that my son has had a nail in it he contacted Chandler and they were able to schedule a time for pick up at his home-We have the tire program and there was a mix-up on claim submission upon paying for the repair out of pocket I was informed by Bryce that it was the dealerships fault and the entire process of a new tire cost would be refunded- So my son has his 18 Electra Glide back with a new tire and NO out of pocket expense- dont think any other dealership would have made it right to this extent! Thank You

Let me start by saying that the sales person Brett did a great job. How ever the sales manager Josh was completely inept. If you are looking for a straight up deal you wont get it here.After being lied to repeatedly I just moved on to another dealer where they care about every deal like it was there last. I wish I could leave negative stars these people dont care about your business.
My bike broke down during a 6,000 mile trip and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and invested in getting me back on the road, which they did. It seemed like someone from every department was doing what they could to get me going again. The entire staff was great - all friendly, saying hi and offering bottled water (it was 100F+) throughout the day. Great team at Chandler HD!
Absolutely love this place. Shakey and Josh were so helpful in helping us make a decision on what bike to purchase. They made the entire experience fun. We felt very welcome. They even welcomed our dog to come in and visit. All of the girls in the apparel department were very helpful and so sweet.We never once felt like we were pushed into something we didn’t want.They even gave our friend a gift card to spend for referring us to go there.Amazing staff, clean showroom, clean restrooms, & clean dressing rooms. Shakey even went out of his way to move one of the bikes we were looking at out in the sun so I could see the paint. I can’t say enough about this place.

I just bought a 2021 Sport glide from Harley Davidson in Chandler I love this bike they gave my a grate traded on my old 2012 883 Sportster They did a lot of work to try to get me into the financing Im happy with the financing I have they also worked with me because Im in over the road driver so took over a month cause I had to go out to work they did a follow up call to see how I like the bike And thay met all except one of my request for the bike and the 1 that they did not meet is an aftermarket item for this style bike which is a Set of speakers Or tunes for Music Which I will be purchasing at a later time

I have a CVO Road Glide that was making a noise I couldnt identify. Passing through Phoenix while on a long trip across the country, it was critical to have it fixed. After 3 different licensed bike mechanics were unable to identify the problem, Herman from Chandler Harley diagnosed the problem in less than 2 minutes. On top of that, he went above and beyond to fix it (for a great price) and even took care of a couple of minor things that needed attention. To say I was impressed is an understatement! Highly recommend.

My husband and I came to the chandler location from the west valley after having no luck anywhere else. We got there and Hunter immediately knew how to help and within 10 minutes found us a bike we loved and at the exact price point we wanted. From there everyone we talked to was just as knowledgeable and nice. It felt like we were all friends and there was absolutely no stress involved in the entire process. I bought a timer and derby cover that the MOCO said fit my 13 FLTRX. The derby cover didnt fit. Daniel and the parts crew confirmed the part was wrong and researched until they discovered the correct part in the MOCO inventory. It is on backorder until 2022! The guys went the extra mile to search and find the right cover in the CHD dealer network to bring to CHD so I could match my timer cover. Thats Rockin the Job! Thanks.

Took the Bike for an oil change $230.00 later they took for ever besides, this is one store We will never visit again. Thank you for nothing! Worst service and highest priced ever. Call and text that it is ready and still waited for 35 minutes. Wow.

I asked for a quote for a replacement of inter tube and a rim strip 50 dollars in parts and the usual $75 hours for labor. Three days ago Total 140.00. Today I asked the same thing today, Total $240. I asked whats the additional cost. They said shop material. Lead weight, etc, etc. Dont go here to get your harley fixed. In fact dont buy anything from them. These ride now motor sport Harleys are always trying to gain the up hand.
First time in. Wife and I rode up for the 4x4 show from Tucson. We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with your Motorclothes Staff. Very polite and knowledgeable Ladies. I wish I could put more stars. When I had to start looking for a new bike I was nervous. I went on Cycle Trader and sent out emails to a dozen dealers. I even called several and asked for help. Aaron Smith at Chandler was the only one that answered and replied. He walked me through the whole process and and never pushed me to commit. I drove 6 hours to buy a bike from this guy because he showed me some of the best customer service I have ever had. He didnt have the exact bike I wanted so he got it there the next day when I drove 5.5 hours to Chandler. I showed up and he put slip ons and docking hardware for our travels. We got a 2021 Road glide Special billiard teal and blacked out it my first brand new anything. I love it. I can not express my gratitude to Aaron and his team enough. Thanks Guys!!
So going from desert wind Harley to chandler Harley, I must say chandler Harley took care of me, I went looking for what I wanted and they did everything possible to get me on the Harley I wanted . There sales team to there finance team was excellent. Then my Harley apes bars where to far forward so they adjusted to my comfort before leaving with my new Harley . Joshua Clark was my service writer @ CHD. I called to see if I was able to get my bike in for its 10K service, Josh was the one to answer the phone, Josh said bring the bike in in about an hour. When I arrived he came out and greeted me as he introduced himself, I was impressed. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and explained what would take place and about how long the service was going to take then, got me right in! It was one of the best experiences that Ive had @ CHD and all have been great!
I had a fantastic experience here. Brett and Suzie were super helpful. The bike I was looking for was new and not available so they brought it in. I dont have a lot of time in my schedule to stop in and visit. They were able to do everything with me over the phone and via email until the deal was ready, including come to an agreement on price that I was very happy with. They dont drop the ball after the sale, they give you a tour of the place and introduce you to everyone youll be working with in the future. They also throw in some freebies to get you riding!

Worst service Ive ever received in 40 years of riding. Purchased my Street Glide at this location last year. Lost my foot peg on the freeway today so I stopped by this location to purchase a new set for my trip. After my purchase I found I did not have the proper size alan wrench to install my new pegs. When I asked the person at the service counter if I could use their alan wrench he stated we dont loan out tools! Are you kidding me? I bought my bike from them 7 months ago, my bike was 15 yards from their front door, and I just purchased my new pegs from them! And they cant help me out???? I will stop riding before I purchase another bike from them. It almost appears they enjoyed saying no to such a simple request.

Willy was wonderful at service was able to get us in sooner than expected to drop my dads bike off for repair. Now we will see how long it takes service to do the repairs. But getting an appointment was fast and great service.

C.H.D. is a good place to get your shirts and other Harley stuff... As always, these places are ALWAYS over priced NO MATTER what Harley shop you go to, but here, C.H.D. have some of the best EEs I have talked with... They are not pushy like someplaces and are easy to talk with and very helpful... They even offer a real motorcycle learning device FOR FREE... Go check it out... Call and reserve a spot...

Dont be fooled just because it is a Harley dealership! Not all motor clothes are created equally. I recently bought a long sleeve T-shirt (pricey but we love them) and put it in the washer and it shrunk SUBSTANTIALLY and the sleeve began to unravel. Took it back and they said they couldnt do anything because we washed it! Who the hell buys anything and wears it without washing it??! These guys cut corners on quality to save a few pennies. Spend your coin elsewhere, I think!
Reasons to not buy a Harley:Highly overpriced, inferior build quality, lacking customer service.I was charged $90 for a tested battery. Mind you Ive had my bike less than 3 years and could have gone to AutoZone for free, I figure my expensive extended warranty would be worth something since I had never used it once. Nope. $70 for a half hour of labor (a battery test) and nearly $20 for Misc. When I asked what that was, Mitch explains Its use and wear of the shop mechanics tools. Evidently they can charge you up to $50 for this and its NOT part of the labor charge!!!I even had a rattling gas cap from the moment I bought my bike and they still charged me $33 to replace it.A 2018 Harley Street Bob was my first motorcycle. I will never ride or talk well of a Harley again. My last ride was riding it up the trailer ramp today and its getting sold at my first opportunity.
