Stopped by to see what the new 2021 models looked like. No customer service. No one approached to greet or over any assistance or info. Not even acknowledging wife & I. Left and definitely won’t be back. Too many other dealers

This review was not bought. I dont give out 5 star ratings to just anyone like most people. I am difficult.So, here is my story. I walked into the Indian Motorcycles at Chandler Auto Mall on Gilly and the 202. I stated I was interested in this bike. It was sold. Bummer. I was about to walk away when Scott and I got to talking. Go talk to Scott. He is a rider and a straight shooter.We are riders, talking about everything from Harley to Polaris. Angle of attack on curves, upgrades, Indians, even my trade in...When out of the blue, the person of interest mentioned above did not pass the financial application and had to bow out of the buying process. It was 400 pm on a Friday and I had a date in Cave Creek on my old bike.I was out the door and approved with about $1000 in extras thrown at me. Scott was the man. The general manager does not BS around. He was emailing be back and forth during the financial application process. The process is solid. Scott was literally running from the General Managers office, to the Financial office to the Service Dept, and kept on doing that. Great people. I highly recommend coming on down and walk around in their spotless showroom. Would buy from these guys again.

Lackluster product offering from Indian. Dissapointed to make a drive to find they dont have an entire line up for bikes.

Bought an Indian Scout brand new from the showroom. Did the 500 mile service at their service center. There was an oil leak shortly after and a discrepancy about what caused the oil leak, but their management took the high rode and waived the charge to replace the oil filter. Will definitlely be buying another Scout from them soon and doing service through their service center.

Its okay, limited inventory. I guess if you wanted to order one no big deal. Less than 15 bikes and several are duplicates.
