Harold has sold the business but they are still located in the same place and last I knew Rick Beam the best parts counter man in the business was still there. Update it is with heavy heart that Rick Beam sadly passed away last month, he was the best there was he knew motorcycle parts like nobody else and was such a great guy.

Clutch was fine before bringing it in now its slipping like crazy. Not happy one bit

Great prices on parts and service Harold the owner is a super nice man and Rick the parts manager is extremely knowledgeable about all things Harley Davidson along with other makes of bikes. It is the only place that gets my money when I am working on my motorcycles. I highly recommend Chandler Custom to all my friends!

Chandler Custom Cycles has been great for me. I own a 99 Heritage Softail Classic and theyve took my bike down for me when it needed emissions tested. Their service was super quick when I needed a new tire. They installed a new starter for me and its worked like a charm. I went in to buy spark plugs and he came around the counter and installed it for me. I think their prices are absolutely fair and theyve been honest with me, never trying to sell me something I dont need. I wont take my bike to anyone else!

Never again:-(They sell you what you dont need.They do a poor mechanical job, had them redoing my seal gasket twice.And I hate that attitude, they make you feel like you are greatly disturbing them and wasting their time just by coming in.It is also nice to see those fake reviews they probably left themselves,or by someone who is not a bike rider at all.For example a previous review where the guy had his bike fixed before passing emissions test.Ha-ha!No emissions test for bikes here in AZCheaters:-)))

This is one hell of a shop couple of old time mechanics that have been around forever they have heard it seen it all gives off good custom feel

I had been at another shop helping a friend with a flat tire when I realized my battery was failing. The other shop did not have one but called over here for me and send me right over. They replaced my battery in 10 minutes and had me right back on the road. Wonderful Service!

Tried a backyard mechanic to save money and ended up having to haul my bike to CCC. Not only did they repair what was wrong at a fair price, my girl was twice as fast when I got her back! As a new rider, I have a ton of questions about my bike and Rick is never too busy to answer them. Hes knowledgeable and friendly. Love CCC

I have used Chandler Custom Cycle 5 times now for work on my 2000 Electra Glide. They have been excellent to work with, and they have never tried to up sell me on anything. I was looking for 14 ape hangers, I had called around to the local Harley shops, and Chandler Custom came in almost $1000 less. I took the bike in for a bad starter, and instead of replacing the starter, they rebuilt it for 1/3 of the price of a new one. They do what needs to be done, and their prices are great. Harold and Rick have done very well with meeting my needs and wants, I am going to Sturgis this year and had them do a complete rundown of the bike, and I can not be happier with the service and prices for the repairs I needed. No one will work on my bike ever again, except Chandler Custom Cycles.

Good service and had the parts I was looking for plus has the knowledge to give me help and some tricks to install without problems.

People who want REAL service and be confident in the info given to them, look no further! If they dont have an answer to your questions, they WILL research and get back to you! Harold, Rick and the crew KNOW their business!!

Sucks:-((Poor service, rude personnel and management, way too expensive.It looks like they dispise their customers.My advice - bring your wheels somewhere else.May be they are good in building custom bikes, but I doubt. With that level of service and attitude. Nah man.Not recommended.

I have used Chandler Custom Cycles few times in the past and it was OK. My last experience with them was horrible though.I needed my 2006 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic CVO to be fixed- a minor leak from the primary. The similar issue costs anywhere between $200-$250 to fix. I asked Harold to keep me informed if they will find anything that is an extra cost or extra labor. Rick called me and told they suggest to replace the stator as well in order to fix the leak(?!).I used to trust professionals and asked about the total price for the entire repair including parts and labor. Rick told me it will be $500 area. It was on the edge of my budget, but I agreed and told them to proceed.To my surprise the total bill upon pick up the bike hiked to $780(!)I believe it is a little bit too much for the simple minor leak from the primary to be fixed.And even if it is a fair price for whatever they done ( by the way they charged me 6 hours of labor), I would really appreciate if Rick or Harold would call me and let me know that the price is going to be about 60% higher than we agreed upon.Nope. I have not heard from them for weeks(!) and when I called to find out how is it going Rick told me that he called and left a message for me. Which is never happened. I track all my messages and voicemail and never missed one.They did not want to work on the price to adjust it slightly and for my questions about why it is much more over estimated and agreed price and why they had to replace a good working stator in order to fix the leak, neither Rick or Harold gave me a logical explanation.Very frustrated and very disappointed. I thought Chandler Custom Cycles is a professional bike shop and I was going to stay with them forever, but not now, after this horrible experience. I recommended this shop to many of my friends, but will never do it again, and will spread the word about their negligence to a customer need vs making more money at any cost. If they decided rather to loose a loyal customer and make few hundred dollars, I do not need such a shop to service my bikes.I DO NOT recommend Chandler Custom Cycles to anyone, who likes to be informed on what is going on with his bike. Two thumbs down, Stay away from Chandler Custom Cycles:-(

Best motorcycle shop ever that you a great job for you for the price

I have had my HD serviced there and everything they done to it looks bad, first of all, they scratched the paint and do not want to admit it, keep saying it was there before! I know every inch of my bike and there were no scratches before!Second, the leak is still there after their service, and I had to bring bike back in the shop to get it fixed, and anyway, there is still a small leak.Those guys sucks!Beware, riders!

I just did $6, 000 worth of motor work and the motor is smoking my bike burned up twice from shorting wires burned out my charging system wont do anything for me would not go here for anything since Rick is gone
