As the GM of another local service and sales center these gentleman are very professional and very well priced for their speciality. We needed to have them repair some specifics on a BMW 550i which they did well. We found them through word of mouth and now I see why. They have all the software and know how as the BMW dealership. If you are tired of being shafted by our local BMW dealers, this is your lucky day! I was quoted by UN-FAirfax BMW to replace my water pump /thermostat to be $1,400! Holy cow, I almost pushed my 2006 325i off the cliff. I also didnt like the feeling that it seemed they were doing me a favor. Im not an idiot or a cash cow.David and Kevin provided top notch service from the first phone call to returning my keys. Their pricing was exceptionally reasonable. Ill be a return customer. Use these guys...unless youve got money to flush down the toilet. I also like knowing Im helping local professionals from the community. These folks are PROFESSIONALS...100%!

I apologize to keep leaving reviews, but you guys really do not understand how good this place is anytime I need work done i travel 45min to an hour to get to this place and never regret going. Its like eating lays chips you cant just go 1 time without going back. The owner is not a sales man, he is a master of his craft and knows what he is talking about. My A/C fan went out when it was 100 degrees outside. I brought my BMW to them and they diagnosed it as being a faulty motor. Kevin helped me and was very good at explaining what was needed. I got my vehicle repaired same day and cannot be happier. Thanks guys for fixing my vehicle in such a short amount of time! Anyone in Northern Virginia needs to check these guys out! :)

Highly recommend Euromotive. Just had the starter motor replaced on a 2006 325i a couple of weeks ago at a price well below dealership repairs. David was great. He explained the issue to me concisely, answered all my questions, and gave me the best options for my situation. I dropped it off on a Sunday evening and he had it done by the end of the next day. These are geniune guys who arent going to screw you over like the dealership will. Since the car had some age to it, I ended up trading it in for a Subaru...so if these guys do work on Subarus...Id happily bring my business back to them.

These guys have been great so far. I gave them a project for my BMW 3 series, they fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. I was able to watch them working under the hood, and they are trained experts with BMWs on par with the dealer. (they are former BMW techs). I also dropped my Mercedes and they provided full disclosure that Mercs are their second core competency, but they helped me resolve several issues again at a fair price.Ive been back 3 more times for other issues and the experience has been consistent.The test is whether they can rise to become my trusted partner where I drop my car and know that whatever it is, I will get an honest answer that minimizes the pain.BMW Stealerships - ie Chantilly and others usually gives you too honest of an answer... something like you have a bad exhaust sensor so we need to replace the entire exhaust system for $6,000.We need someone that replaces the sensor, gets us back on the road for a fair price, and stands ready for the next issue. If Euromotive does that, they can be my trusted partner.So far so good! I will update this as I learn more.

We just discovered them on craigslist when we needed to fix one of the lights on our BMV 321i 2009 model. We called and left a message on the phone number provided and they called us back and we booked an appointment for same day. We met David the General Manager at the nicely decorated office and workshop at Chantilly. He was very professional and knowledgeable on BMWs. In fact we were very impressed with the diagnoses he gave us on other issues on our car. They also gave us a good discount on oil change and the icing was 2 year warranty for the parts we purchased from them which actually came from the dealership. They also gave us a good discount. Local bmw and mini specialist here in chantilly. Reasonable prices and clear price break down of parts and labors. No add on hidden fees after repair. I will be back for other services soon.
