A number of weeks ago I began a search for a golf cart (LSV) that would meet our family’s needs and tick all the necessary boxes. I contacted virtually all the vendors in and around the greater Charleston area. My first stop was at the Bintelli dealership on Savannah Hwy. Many phone calls and websites later I was back at the Bintelli dealership to put together a deal on what by all accounts was the best vehicle for the money. Met a couple while camping that had two M1 Bintelli Bike and they love them so of course we went and bought us two. We ordered our Bintelli LSV last year and it arrived at our home in November. We have truly enjoyed riding our LSV most weeks weather permitting. We have had zero issues since we took delivery. First the products are pretty awesome. I specifically looked at LSV and M1 bikes. Love them so much I’m going for both now. What really shined was the customer service. They stayed late to keep talking and showing around. I had Blake and he was amazing.

I called for a small ATV replacement part, and they were very helpful. They knew exactly what I needed with little explanation. I had to drive an hour to get there, and when I arrived it was on the counter ready, and they gave it to me complimentary, as it was such a small piece. Very nice, good customer service, they have a new customer.

I have had my M1 ebike for over 6 months .I could not be more pleased!Over the 400 miles I have ridden it through mud sand and steep mountain hills. It has passed every test. I have gotten more than 25 miles of battery power with 1/4 battery left. I took it to Bentelli service for chain adjustment one time and service had me back on the road in 5 minutes. Great Bike and great Service.

This was by far one of the WORSE Customer Experience I have ever had or even witnessed for that matter as being a RETAIL Manager, District Manager and Business Owner. I purchased a Bintelli Fusion E-Bike Moped. When I first walked into the store through the OPEN Garage in the Sales Area I saw the Manager Haley and 3 employees just hanging around the front Desk doing absolutely nothing. When I asked for help they acted as if they were being bothered, their product knowledge on the product they sold was minimal, and did not know the answers to many of my questions.After riding it and the back and forth of trying to decide to which bike to purchase I picked the Fusion Moped E-Bike, so they said OK here you go, and I asked should they Tune it up or check it, they said no all the bikes on the floor are ready to go. So I took the bike and put it in my van, and brought it home. Then on my FIRST real ride for a 5 Mile Commute to work, the Kickstand Fell off, with loose bolts all over the bike and the right front blinker stopped working with exposed wires. Also, the battery was at 50% after driving only 5 miles. They said that the bike could go 20 miles without needing a charge, which is more like 10. They also said it went 25 MPH, and the highest I got it at was 20. I called Hailey very upset that they sold me an UNSAFE bike to ride, and was upset about the batter, she got all frazzled and just transferred me to service, where I spoke with ERIC the Service Manager and he said they were going to send someone to pick my bike up to give it a Proper Tune up (that should have been done at purchase), as well as replace the Kickstand, Fix the Blinker, exposed wiring, and look into the battery charge.So finally the day I was supposed to pick it up, I called him to make sure everything was good, he then tells me the Mirrors had a delay and would not be there until the next day, but he had the NEW Battery and both batteries were charging, he told me I can come pick up the FIXED Bike, New Battery and he would send someone next week to put the mirrors on. I reluctantly agreed, and headed to the shop, again when I walk in all the Girls and Haley hanging around the Desk doing NOTHING. Eric brought the bike up and told me the battery is the wrong one and it would be another WEEK (this is after I confirmed before coming that morning).Then I looked at the exposed wires (which is why the blinker stopped working in the first place), and I asked him why it wasnt fixed, he immediately got an attitude with me, and said Its Fine, I said to him I dont care if its plugged in, put some black electrical tape over it, and he said no he would zip tie it, and literally had to tell the Service Manager that I wanted Electrical tape over the wires so they are protected and dont pull out again. It was a simple REQUEST and couldnt believe the negative responce. So then I got aggravated and asked why they are ALL SUCH NASTY PEOPLE WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, and why they ALL Showed Zero EMPATHY for me the CUSTOMER that just drove over an hour after confirming, just to find out nothing was done. I then could not believe what came out of Haileys Mouth and that was ok then fine we will just RETURN your BIKE and give you your Money Back (with her voice cracking like she was gonna cry). I said really that is how you deal with a customer issue, just refund their money? I had no intention of wanting a REFUND when I went there, I wanted my bike, and was buying $600 worth battery and mirrors. Hailey and Erics Nasty attitude, and the fact that they let their employees gang up on me, I TOOK THE REFUND and left in DISGUST.I just read the response TO MY GOOGLE REVIEW BELOW.. IT is all LIES from an Immature person lacking MANAGERIAL Skills covering up. It is unbelievable they bring up a CLAIM I ALREADY MADE where when test riding the, I went out in the rain, came back in to the Sales room and fell on the WET FLOORS, and BOUGHT THAT BIKE.. DONT waste your time with these people, completely UNETHICAL AND SHOW ZERO CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I ordered parts to be shipped to my home, the apartment number didnt get put on the shipping label. I gave all that information when I placed my order. I just read my email, it read Your part has been it was dropped on the porch... Whos porch because it wasnt my porch. I did not receive anything. Not a happy camper right now. $137.00 in parts for my 2015 Binetelli and they got delivered to some other porch. I even called back and spoke to the lady who took my order. Now I have to track down where my parts got delivered. I experienced a problem with the title and registration. Haley at Bintelli was quick to fix the problem with DMV of SC. It turns out it was their mistake all along. Absolutely love the bike! The whole buying experience was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. They had a great selection to check out in a variety of colors and the service department gave the bike a once over before we took it home. Ended up up with the Bintelli Trend in matte blue.

You know how when you go to Geralds Tires, theyll patch your tire if it has a leak instead of trying to sell you tires you dont need? Thats these guys too. My kids go-kart had multiple issues, and they fixed most of them and didnt charge me anything since they didnt buy any parts (aligned the tires, bled the brakes that didnt work multiple times until they did, etc). They are honest folks and know what the hell theyre doing.

I purchased a four wheeler. It has been having problems since I purchased it in May. My son has maybe rode it 10 times since May. It wont crank most days. It has been in the shop well over 7 times. Company just keeps asking me to bring it back for more adjustments. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. If nothing was wrong with it, it would crank when we crank it. We do everything we were told about starting it and maintenence.

To sum up the experience succinctly, especially in regard to the service department: disorganized and dishonest. The so-called repair work performed there is incomplete and shoddy at best. Dont waste your time or money as youll only find disappointment.

Impulsively decided to buy a dirt bike today with my friend. I have never owned a dirt bike before and I was lucky to call Bintelli Powersports first because they treated me great. Blake made sure I got the best dirt bike that would allow me to do everything I needed and Jamie helped load the bike into my truck. Then Jamie made sure to give me all the tips I needed and then answered any questions I had. For any Motorsport, motorcycle, quad or golf cart need I highly recommend them.

Awesome company - awesome bike! Have been using my bike for about 1.5 to 2 hours a day (I’m retired) for over a year. This bike is sturdy and reliable. I get a lot of attention when I’m out and about and I recommended Bintelli to everyone.

Friendly staff and quick easy purchase. But after just a month of my son having the brand new 125cc atv the carburetor needed to be changed and after 2 months the battery won’t hold a charge. I wouldn’t recommend spending the kind of money I did for a brand new kids atv that requires so much maintenance.

I went there looking for an electrical part for my sons dirt bike. They did not have it, however, the guys in the parts department took the time to look through their spare parts and found what I needed. They didnt charge me a dime for the used spare part. Excellent service and will definitely be going back there for our next dirt bike purchase.
