Had to get a dirt bike tire put on the rim after I failed by trying to do it at home with spoons. I ended up needing a new tube and tire. Dohm was able to squeeze me in and had me fixed up and on my way within an hour. The service was also great once they realized I was there alone and not with someone lol.

Recently purchased ATV from Dohm cycles and it was the best and most well organized purchase we have ever completed. Talked to Zack Dohm on phone about the ATV he had posted on fb, discussed the specs and told him we live over an hour away and wouldnt make it till next day. He advised us he wouldnt be there but he would have information passed along to someone else. We arrived the next day, test rode the ATV, purchased and loaded within hour.. Great customer service! Will definitely do business with them again!

Purchased a 2020 Honda SxS. I have had ongoing issues since purchase with the cab. All issues were supposed to be corrected today. My brother went to pick up for me and was treated terribly by staff. Service technician threw tools and parts and shut the door in his face when asking questions. I will still have to go elsewhere to get hardware to install things myself. If you cannot assist the customers, perhaps you should be in a different job. This will be the last time I will do any business here and will advise others to the horrible service. I have contacted Honda as well.

You wont find a better or more friendly place to do buisness. These guys will do whatever they can to help you find what you need, new or used. And if they dont have it they will try and find it for ya.

Stopped in to pick up parts for a friend on the way to Braxton County but the ordered and payed for parts they had marked for him were sold to someone else. Not good business decision on the part of the vendor.. It could have been worse for the friend too had he driven to Charleston to find his parts were gone. His experience was not good on this one.

Went in there to get some parts for my brother and they were crazy busy. They only had one guy working the parts counter and he handled the busy environment extremely well. For a young guy he had really nice manners something you don’t see out of people his age and definitely better customer service than most guys working at ATV dealers. Didn’t catch his name but just thought he deserved some credit!

My fiance took his motorcycle to Dohm Cycles about a month ago because it wouldnt hold a charge. They told him it would be ready in 3 to 4 days. The only services he authorized were for them to fix the charging problem and one new tire. They quoted a price of roughly $400.00. We have called them numerous times to see if the bike is ready. As of today they still have it. They say they have serviced several things with it and ordered several new parts. They did not notify us for authorization to perform these services nor did they let us know they were ordering parts and they now are saying we owe them almost $1000.00. Every time we call we are told a different reason that it isnt ready and that they have found something else wrong with it. My fiance said that Larry, Moe, and Curly could have had it finished by now. They have repeatedly mislead us in regards to this. They have not initiated any of the communication between us; we have initiated every communication. They are not courteous nor professional. We absolutely DO NOT recommend this business based on our experience with them.

Had very bad experience there spoke to someone on Thursdays at Dohm about a side x side battery in parts and service, told them what was going on,business in my town had any batteries in stock so I drove a hour and forty-five min on Saturday to get there and there story change itwas a warranty it had been put on machine in my home town said it had bad cell all he had to do was put it on the machine like they had did before and exchange it poor communication they tell ypu one thing and then change it bad business

I have been here several times, once for parts and the other times was to make a purchase. Each time they have no interest in helping. I was in there for a good 15-20 minutes today and no one even looked my way.

My husband took my son in today. He is going to buy him a new dirt bike for his birthday. Unfortunately your staff had no interest in them. Not one employee spoke to them. So they left and when to another shop. While in there they came across anther person that had just been in your store apparently no one was interested in helping him either. If I were the owner of this establishment I would have to take a close look at how many $$$ are leavimg my store and going need were.

I’ve ordered multiple parts from these guys, and they always kept me updated on the status of it! Daniel was very nice and great with my little 6 year old!

They allowed me to get my oil change without a waiting list. In fact, it was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about, though I admit that one of the great things about motorcycle ownership is the dealerships are always cool to visit. I only ever went to one where the people that worked there didnt seem to be excited about the product they sell or pleasing the customer as a motorcycle peer.

One star for sales. He never followed up with me multiple times. I basically had to force him to sell me something. I would have bought at another Honda dealership if it was closer.Service on the other hand is top notch. They know what they are talking about, proceed fairly and get the work done quickly.

I recently purchased a bike from dohms cycle. I put 1000 down to start the shipment process of ordering a motorcycle which was stated to be applied to the principal of the loan. Weeks after the stated delivery date and after calling almost daily I was informed it finally arrived and was told that the delay was because of the salesman that ordered it. Signed all the paperwork as the same salesman entered my account information to the finace company and away I went. In the past 2 months Ive exceeded the amount that is due in order to knock down the balance and save on the interest rate. Thinking everything was in good standing i proceeded to put just over 2000 in aftermarket accessories only to get a call today from the finace company saying that not a single payment has been applied to the bike. Nor the 1000. Because of the salesman entering the wrong information in it effected my credit score. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOHMS CYCLES unless you have time to stand around for hours and have a personal accountant on hand to verify there doing there paperwork correctly. Ill update after I make a visit to the dealership Tuesday morning.

Worst service of any business I have ever been to. The staffing is rude and needs to attend training classes in people and social skills.

In this past week I have had to deal with Dohm cycles about a have a dozen times, first it was over the phone and I called to get a quote on having a tube put in a tire that I have and mounted myself and all they had to do was take the old tube out and put the new tube in and I was quoted $20.03 different times that we called to make sure well we took our motorcycle tire in to get worked on and also order a small boat, well the ball had to be ordered and that’s fine and they told me they’d be no problem getting to my tire that day so four hours later I come back right before they’re closing to be told they can’t get to it took till tomorrow, and they didn’t even have the decency to call and tell me that, instead they just let me drive down there and wasted my time, well I went the next day to pick up my tire and was charged almost $40 to just simply take a tumor out and put a new tube in, after speaking to other people who deal with them I was told by these parties that the car should not been more than $25, so I contacted a manager and he confirmed that I was overcharged, so I went there today to get my refund and I still don’t think my refund was properly refunded to me and I’m not even going to go through it over just a few more dollars because every time I was there this week, and that was three different occasions, it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to help me,Several times their employees would walk by me and not even ask what I needed and let me know they’d be right with me or they would get someone to help me they were just walked by me and ignore me and this happened each and every time I was there, and the young man that runs the service department desk has no personality and is very rude and short and should not be dealing with customers, and again I want to stress on how everyone there seems to be lazy and does as little as possible and when it comes to customers, apparently customers especially that they don’t know, they will walk right by you and ignore you like you’re nothing, apparently if you’re not there to spend money they don’t even care if you’re there or not and I don’t care what department are in, they could’ve at leastAcknowledge that I was there and let me know that someone will be right with me, but they did not do this on any of the three occasions I was there, I got my refund the day I got my part today and I will never go there unless it is a dire emergency and I have no other choice this is got to be some of the rudest laziest employees I’ve ever seen and what I’m told it’s family-owned and operated and there goes the point and that’s why they are the way they are because no one’s ever gonna get fired for being the obnoxious and lazy employees that they are,Apparently it’s all family so they’re not worried about getting fired and I would recommend that Do you drive somewhere else to get service down because it will be worth the drive instead of getting the lack of service and respect that is given by these employees to customers I did not even want to write them a star but I had to at least write something to be able to make my post

Selection of vehicles seems to have dwindled in the past few years. Staff don’t seem to care too much, which can both be good and bad. Street bikes, super sports, super motos have little to no inventory as far as display goes.

Well right now I drive a tow truck an Geico insurance company hade a motorcycle that was wrecked scheduled for today to be dropped there an they arent even open on Mondays so the motorcycle got put in front of the small little red door that customers walk in just so they would have to move an that it is also on camera............

Bought a bike from Sean c. It was a good experience he really knew what he was talking about when it came to all the motorcycles. He was not pushy like most salesmen everywhere else you go. Overall very happy with the outcome after hearing several bad things about dohms that were wrong.

This place does not even carry the most basic street bike parts. I called them about a oil drain plug gasket for a 2007 v-star 1100 and they said it would take at least 1 week to get it or maybe longer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went in there for the first time today. Im not crazy about the impression that I got. They sell Cruisers, but when I asked them if they could service my Harley they said they dont service Harley-Davidson. I found that to be disappointing.

I just bought a used dirt bike from the people at Dohms and was pleasantly shocked at how much they try to help people these days. I was at one time against using them and would go anywhere else to buy bike or parts due to their lack of respect towards customers. However it would seem that the people who didnt care have been replaced with new people that actually want to help a customer, there are a few that could still do better, but other than their prices on parts being kind of high compared to what you can get on websites or whatever I would say they have turned a new leaf and I will be shopping there from now on out (It helps that they are the only Honda Dealer close by too). Just like most customers from the late 90s to early 2000s they rubbed me the wrong way and I had given up but I am glad I gave them a 2nd chance and you be too...just my opinion

Prices are absurd, $110 to change a front and rear tire! I brought them the wheels off a bike along with tires I wanted them to install. They told me that this was the price since I did not buy the tires from them. Poor customer service. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

I ordered a part on Friday 12/23. Was told it would be here Thurs 12/29. You all received a truck on Wed 12/28 and the part was not on it and the part did not arrive on 12/29.You guys need to get control of your supply line from the OEM. Taking 7 days to ship and receive a part in todays world is ridiculus. I will have to consider my options for buying from on-line sources next time I need a part if my brick and mortor stores cannot supply parts in a timely manner.Also, I am paying $149 for a OEM part, but was never given the option to buy a 3rd party part from the parts department, although I was given, as an excuse for the slow shipping, that it was because I ordered and OEM part. OEM or any other 3rd party part, does not matter to me. Your parts department should notify customers that there are 3rd party parts available that can be provided in a much faster delivery time.I am extremely unhappy with this order and this situation.

Absolutely horrible. The parts kids are uneducated and rude. Parts are absolute retail. Ive also called them about 6 times and get put on hold for an average of 20 minutes every time! Pathetic, if I could rate them a negetive I would.

Service is awful. Waited five hours to purchase a bike and they waited on people that showed up after me first. I then got home and found a couple hidden charges. Wasnt to happy with my experience with this place. I wont go back.
