This was my first time going to Eagle Automotive and I wasn’t sure what to expect. My Toyota was telling me it was time for maintenance, so I brought it in expecting to be told I needed a bunch of things. When I picked it up, I was told they checked everything and all I needed was an oil change. So refreshing!

Eagle Automotive & A/C were recommended to me by a friend. They did a great job fixing my A/C and an oil sensor gauge...fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. They also recommended an exhaust specialist to fix another issue because the other repair shop would be cheaper than what they would need to charge- saved me a lot of money. I was grateful for their honesty and their recommendation worked out well too. I will definitely go back to EA&A/C should I need any other work done in the future.

After a trip to the Dealer and a $500 repair bill my car AC still didn’t work. I looked long and hard to find a good, reliable Automotive AC shop. I’m so glad I found these guys. At less than half the cost of the dealer, and a fraction of the time the dealer had the car, these guys had me chillin’ in less than half a day! If your Auto AC is not keeping you cool, here is the best place in the Low Country to take your car.

Came here to fix the a/c in our Fiesta. They fixed it quickly and at a good price. They even gave me a ride home while they were working on it. Will goto again.

The folks at Eagle Automotive are excellent to work with. They provide (in my opinion) honest, affordable, and quick work. I would definitely use them for my A/C needs again.

Have been in the Charleston area a little over a year and went here for new brakes after my manager recommended them. After dealing with Brakes 4 Less and being quoted an absurd amount for service, I am so pleased with the service I received at Eagle Automotive! They squeezed me in sooner than expected, the work was done for $300 cheaper than I was quoted at Brakes 4 Less, and they even changed my oil! Honest, informative, and easy to get in touch with- will definitely continue with these guys for future car services!

This location is located behind the shopping center with Bestbuy, Michaels, Wells Fargo Bank and other businesses.The parking lot is small with limited parking spaces. Great location close to the highway and not far from the interstate access area.

Ive lived In Charleston for five years plus. Ive been to several mechanics. This one hands down was by far the best one Ive been to. As a single female it’s easy to get swindled however i feel 100 percent satisfied with this company’s prices, service and suggestions. They were able to fix me up with short notice so i could go out of town. They also had great personalities. Made me laugh and made me feel welcome. I will be returning!

I absolutely recommend Eagle Automotive. Ive never felt so taken care of and cared for. My 2017 Ford was having random issues that all traced back to a fuse blown. The Ford dealership quoted it at $570 just to diagnose, not fix. They also were going to need to hold onto my car for 2 weeks... Eagle fixed it for $213 and had it done in 1 business day. They seriously SAVED me. Im a pre-school teacher and was fretting over a whole paycheck going to this problem, but they saved me so much money and time. I will never take my car anywhere else! Not to mention, they were so reassuring, kind, and patient with me as I cried on the phone overwhelmed with stress. A++ group of employees!

Eagle was recommended by several co-workers, so I gave them a try. They did a great job converting my older cars A/C and giving her a once over. They recommended an upholstery shop, who did great work replacing the convertible top. Unfortunately, my cold A/C wasnt blowing cold after I picked her up from the upholstery shop. I called and talked to Bill and he said to bring her back and they would identify the issue. There was a leak.I am not knowledgeable about cars and am wary that I will get taken advantage of because of it. However, while my husband can do basic repairs, he cant do it all. He assured me that I can trust them to be fair and reasonable about prices and not upselling me unnecessary work because I dont know better. Ladies, dont hesitate to take your car there. Theyll take great care of your car and likely Bill and John will give you a comedy show too! :)

My girlfriend and I where on a trip and on our way through Charleston, her Jeep locked up a rear brake caliper.The guys here where great! They got us right in, and fixed the Jeep. They where really busy and didn’t really have time, but they went out of the way for us, since we where out of town and really just passing through.I’d 100% recommend these guys if you are in the area or live in Charleston and need auto repair work.

A shop owned a run by an upstanding, honest, and hard working group of people. The crew at Eagle Automotive when out of their way to provide excellent service while keeping me informed every step of the way. Their work was more than reasonably priced and they went above and beyond to make the situation as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend this shop as it was highly recommend to me. The men at Eagle are my go to guys when it comes to my vehicle from now on. My only word of advice is to arrange secondary transportation for a day or two because they often fit repairs in between working on police patrol cars, ambulances, and other government vehicles. However, they are well worth the short wait and will make you a priority if needed. They even went as far as providing me a ride home after dropping my car off.

I have taken my car to get serviced here several times,with only one positive experience. This time, I set up an appointment at 9 am in order to get in and out quickly so I can run errands. Fast forward 2 and half hours, they still have yet to see my car. Another 4 hours later they finally call to explain what they fixed. I get in the car and find out they havent fixed a headlight I asked to be fixed. They call me back, explain that it worked, however I was looking right at it and it was in fact out. This was the last time I will take my vehicle there.

These gentlemen are pure gold. You will NOT find better mechanics in Charleston, period.

So far its been awesome my AC quit blowing cold I googled this place five stars so I came here and they got right on it and Im waiting hope its nothing major fingers crossed

The guys at Eagle are really knowledgeable mechanics and support staff. They replaced my A/C condensor in my 2014 GMC and knew exactly what caused the problem. The repair was timely and they nailed the repairs the first time. The first sign to me that this was an exceptional garage was the cleanliness of shop. Eagle truly sets the bar high for other shops in the area.

My AC wasnt working and I was very frustrated until I took my car to Eagle automotive. I wasted money and overcharged my system by making the wrong decision, going to buy a freon can thinking that would solve the problem... It wasnt the problem. They fixed the problem for a good price. They were great, I highly recommend them.

Awesome people and service! We were just passing through on our way to Tennessee for a job and our ac wasnt working. They got us right in and found a u-joint about to fall off. The mechanic stayed late to get it fixed and they gave us a ride to our hotel then picked us up the next morning.

Ive been bringing my cars here for years, and wont go anywhere else. I know when I come here that the staff are good at what they do, knowledgeable honest and ethical. They dont try and upsell you stuff you dont need, and I dont have to worry about suprises on my bill. They advertise air-conditioning but they do it all, from oil changes to transmissions. Its nice not having to worry about getting ripped off when it comes to getting my car fixed. I hear a lot of horror stories from people, so I refer everyone I know to them.

Called in when opened...Do I need to make an appointment? Answer NO bring it on in. Dropped off immediately. 3 pm in the afternoon..no action taken.
