I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and could not have been more pleased. When I called to place my order, they were very courteous and detail oriented. The arrangement arrived on time and was beautiful! My wife has commented several times that they are “the prettiest flowers I have ever seen”. My husband ordered an arrangement for me and it didnt come as expected. After speaking with the owner of Flower Hut, she apologized and promised to send a replacement arrangement ASAP on Mothers Day weekend so that I could have a centerpiece for my dinner table. I am so happy that she would care enough to do that. Highly recommend going straight to Flower Hut and not through any of the big name floral vendors!

I researched various flower shops and read the reviews before going and many had bad reviews and this one had 95% of good reviews so I decided to come here! My mom had always wanted calla lilies so her birthday was coming up and I decided why not this year... as soon as I walked in I had a great service, the staff was very kind and helped me find something for my budget... I picked them up and they were ready on time and they explained to me what to do to make them last longer and dedicated time to me.. I am so thankful with everyone for your reviews and to the staff for all the great help! I asked if they could send a picture of the arrangement prior to sending, which they did. I was not happy about what I saw and immediately called. They re-did the arraignment, sent another picture and I was absolutely pleased with what I saw. They were pleasant and worked quickly. I only use Flower Hut for my flower needs both in-town and out of town. I have been using them for over 10 years and their operation is a good as it gets. Reasonable prices, excellent service, GREAT communication and beautiful arrangements. We ordered flowers for my Mother in Law for this weekends Mothers Day. She is in PA. Bill e-mailed me to let me know there may be a substitute arrangement delivered since my Mother in Law lives in a small town. I get it, no biggie. But how nice to get a personal e-mail letting me know it could happen. So no surprise when we call Mom and ask about the arrangement. Mom loved the flowers and they were able to get her the actual one we ordered.In the past when there has been a mix-up or issue (yes, it does happen. none of us is perfect despite what you may think...) I have always gotten a phone call to let me know what was going on.Please take the time to read the website and see where things can be delivered (or not!) and what the specials actually mean.

Horrible, Unprofessional and RUDE service. I had an issue with what I ordered online and had delivered to my mother-in-law in Charlotte. I sent an email expressing my disappointment. A woman called me (while I was at work) she wanted my mother-in-law phone number. I told her I didnt have it on me, with a RUDE attitude, she said, you dont know your own mothers number? I told her no its my boyfriend mom and NO I dont have her number at hand. Later the owner emailed me his response, saying its not false advertising, but practicality. The flowers I ordered looked NOTHING like the picture.... nothing! He offered to puck up her flowers and exchange them for better fresher arrangement. I said NO please leave her out of this, the issue is with me and what I paid for. I asked to have a refund and charge me for the smaller arrangement she received. He did the most unprofessional, rude and cruelest thing a business owner could do.. She called me and ask why they took her flowers... No exchange, they just took her flowers ;( unbelievable. I have NEVER heard of such a thing, Im totally blown away and such rude and ridiculous decision.

For Valentines day I ordered 12 long stemmed pink roses, online they looked so beautiful because they were that light pink and wrapped in a beautiful lace to make for the perfect gift. I spent $60 on these roses. When delivered, I was so disappointed. They were white roses. NOT what I ordered. So I called wanting to speak with someone, I dont remember her name but I couldnt believe how rude she was being. I told her the issue and her response was well you cant expect it to be the same as what shows on the internet each time, we substitute. I understand not all flowers will be the same color BUT you could have stuck with the same color I ordered rather than just white roses. She did offer to replace them but for hot pink roses and the time of delivery was unknown. I kept asking a ballpark time because I dont work all day. She couldnt give me a time which I feel was so that they wouldnt actually have to deliver new flowers. I even offered to pick them up because I know they are busy on Valentines day. All in all I kept the flowers I was given but it wasnt worth all the money I spent.To be honest, I wish I would have used Flowers of Charlotte, because I called them by mistake and the woman there was so sweet and wanted to make sure that the Valentines flowers I bought were up to my expectations as well as hers. Next year I know who to go to.

Ive ordered from Flower Hut for many years, sending flowers regularly, for various occasions, to close relatives who live in Charlotte. Their customer service is impeccable. For example - once, I sent flowers to the hospital, only to learn later that the patient had already been discharged - by the time I contacted Flower Hut, they had already re-routed the flowers -- he received them at his home that same afternoon, and they were beautiful. Everyone whos seen their arrangements has been absolutely blown away - and the flowers last for ages (my great-aunt raves about them). It gives me tremendous peace of mind, knowing that I can order from a local business (even though I live in New England) and their service and products are so reliable. I ran across flower hut and was happy they could deliver same day on the Saturday before Mothers Day,ordered online since it was before business hours(quick and easy). I sent a dozen black carnations and an over the hill balloon to my daughter for her 40th birthday. I asked that it be delivered before 2:00 because she works at a high school. It was delivered at 12:00 which was perfect. Everyone that saw the arrangement loved it. I had never used Flower Hut and found it online. It will be my go to florist from now on.

Ive been buying flowers from Bill for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Most of my purchases have been made online. Whether it was my mom, my girl friend, my sisters, or my daughters, everyone has always been please with the product that was delivered.Even when Ive messed up and put in the wrong address for delivery, Bills called me to verify and we were able to correct the mistake in time.Heck, he even comped me flowers on the birth of my first grandson!The personal service, beautiful products, along with the local discount, make this the ONLY place I go for flowers.

There aren’t any recent reviews here on Google so hopefully this will help you decide before making a mistake. I ordered a specific arrangement from Teleflora for my sister’s birthday and left it up to a “local” florist to fulfill. Why this flower shop “Flower Hut” accepted the order when they couldn’t create the arrangement to look like the picture I’ll never know. 🙄 I received a thank you text with a picture from my sister and I was so embarrassed by what I saw. Instead of the arrangement looking “energetic” as described on the Teleflora website, it looked like a horizontal funeral spray!?! No polka dot ribbon, no hot pink roses or light pink glass cube vase. So I called Teleflora and they apologized and credited back my money. In order to do that they said the florist would need to pick up the flowers. I think a bad business move but in order to get the $60 back it was required. I called my sister and as embarrassed as I was by the arrangement now was twice embarrassed to say Flower Hut needed to pick up the arrangement. I then called Flower Hut around 2pm to share the situation to an employee named Amanda (I think) and said the flowers would be on the front porch after 5pm. She asked me to share pictures via email and I did so the owner Penny could see and discuss with the designer. I NEVER received a reply via email nor did Flower Hut after 2 days pick up the flowers. I also sent a second email and still no reply. A third embarrassment as neighbors pointed out there were flowers on her front porch!?! “Yes we know thank you.” Don’t use Flower Hut as you’ll receive funeral arrangements for a birthday and probably an energetic polka dot pink and white arrangement for your funeral needs.”

I ordered online and the process was pretty smooth. I called a couple of times for clarification purposes and both times the people I spoke with were helpful. This was on Valentines day so I imagine that it was pretty busy. So for that I was very satisfied. The flowers themselves were the only things I was disappointed with. Most of them looked and felt dried out and near the end of their life (granted they were mainly the filler flowers) and one of the roses actually had its head drooping over because it was broken. Not exactly a homerun bouquet for my wife, especially for the money.

Im enjoying designing flower...it gives me great pleasure to know that people enjoy receiving flowers that I created for them...keep coming, I cant wait to see you....CREATOR OF HAPPINESS

Told them designers choice.No text from the wife all day....call her when I knew shed be driving home....and ask her if she got flowers ??? NOPE.... Flower Hut didnt delIver them...and didnt have the nerve to call...I had to call them !Lady said owner would call me back and never did...so I went into the store and heard the calls ....after calls....about missed delivery. Pissed a lot of ppl off that dayThey half ass apologized. Thats why Im at least giving 2 star not 1... Gave me a arrangement that was double the price but still ruined the surprise of getting flowers at work...

I had a bouquet of flowers sent to my Aunt on her birthday. They arrived as ordered but they put an Anniversary pick in the arrangement along with a Happy Birthday pick, side by side. I wrote to the manager and complained that I wasnt impressed with the sloppy care of detail.He wrote back asking me to send along the picture my aunt had sent me of the arrangement to confirm the mistake. I did. He wrote back again to me apologizing for the mistake and then sent my aunt a bud vase arrangement free of charge with an apology!Who does that anymore?Great customer service, very nice people.

Just had an unpleasant conversation with the so-called manager/owner. Because my husband and I live in a gated retirement community, I called to suggest that when flowers are delivered on week-end and they are left at the desk, the delivery person should call and let them know they are there. A friend just happened to be passing by and saw they were for my husband for fathers day. All I wanted was an apology that that happened but instead the person I spoke with on phone wanted to argue that it was the guard at gates fault. Doesnt matter whose fault it was, just apologize and tell me it wont happen again, but instead the person was very rude and short with me. Unpleasant experience!!

A carnation in place of a red rose, a spider pom in place of a gerber daisy. The owner told her she would give her 10percent off her next purchase!!!! WHY WOULD THERE BE A NEXT PURCHASE?????? I then read the shops page and how they are locally owned and friendly and just want their customers happy; I also read reviews on this shop and it seems the owner makes excuses for every bad review they get :-( Shame on you Flower Hut for taking advantage of a young struggling college student! I have now advised her to report you to the better business bureau!

I ordered the deal of the day online at 9:30 am for an employee anniversary and it was delivered before 12:00 same day - the arrangement was beautiful and I was very pleased with the purchase and the service!

My journey started with a delivery in my neighborhood. I spoke with the driver, interested, he told me that the roses were 12.99 and delivered for 10$. I was like, okay cool awesome. Let me look them up and surprise my woman some more.(shes also getting flowers from 1800flowers and edible arrangements, I spare no expense). Phenomenal products, amazing people, and quick; however, there is an issue, the owner.I Just looked at the crummy review you gave my company without even seeing the products or experiencing our service. Clearly, the relationship between us is not destined for success.Our website clearly states where we deliver, and what our promotions are. We do not normally deliver to Waxhaw, but I was going to bend my rule because of your note.Not any more.Your order is declined.Bill MillerOwnerHe did not inquire to why the crummy review. Why have a review company do reviews and not take care of your customers. The review was 3.5/5 stars. I didnt get 5 star service. I ended up spending $80+ for the let our designer create. I dont know, I am a very romantic person and this company just lost out on some good repeat business. Why with due diligence and planning, must this happen? But thanks again Pablo for being really patient and answering my crazy questions. The staff took the time to email me confirmation, search and specify what flowers would be used if the flowers listed had run out, detail my letter (even thou it wasnt all correct lol), deliver it, give me confirmation when it was delivered and arrived, and of course sending me an image of what the final outcome looked like prior to sending it out. Will deff be using you guys in future and appreciated tremendously the service for the first time delivering flower arrangements. I hope you guys have a referral program because I will deff be telling my friends and family about you guys. Thanks again. :)P.s. I needed same day delivery and they were able to make and deliver within 2 hrs of my order being placed.
