Me and my boyfriend recently went here to get a balloon for a Halloween costume.The lady working at the store was extremely helpful when we called ahead. She was really nice in person and went above and beyond our expectations. My boyfriend decided to get another balloon that unfortunately got a hole after we left. We called and explained the issue and she exchanged it for no charge. We will definitely be returning for any balloon needs in the future. They have such a wide variety of options for balloons as well as other decor!! Thank you guys!!

Go party filled my order within 1 hour and dressed up my balloons with beautiful tool ribbon and details. The service was exceptional and prices reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!

Visiting is an EXPERIENCE. They offer a large variety & ideas to help you fulfill your needs. You can’t/won’t get this type of personable service at a big box store conversation. It’s like going to a private boutique without the additional cost. It’s the the great conversation & friendly atmosphere for me 🤗

GoParty Decoration is great for all your party needs. I needed birthday balloons kind of last minute and the owner was very nice and helped me create a balloon bouquet. She had a lot of options and designs that were super cute and different than what you normally find a other stores. The balloons last until the next day without any deflation.Due to COVID, you are not able to walk around the store and browse but they have a lot of great party supplies from table clothes, to banners, cups, plates, and of course a wide variety of balloons.They also provide custom balloon garland and sculptures for parties or events. They are very affordable for balloon bouquets in comparison to other stores.

Amazing party decorations Store! I gave to the staff an idea of what I wanted and they understood perfectly what I like and made this beautiful perfect piece.. The difference between this party decoration store and the other ones out there is that they can customize your decoration/gift and be creative so you have an unique piece, they also have a lot of stuff on the store, even piñatas and baby clothes! I really loved the store, extremely recommended. Ill definitely be back!

Called from LA a day before I needed balloons delivered— Janet went above and beyond— delivering exceptional and sophisticated balloons to my dad. Adding details like a homemade card. Outstanding service, beyond nice and made my dads day! Quality of balloon was perfection.

Im so glad I discovered this place. Its an event planners dream. Their service was great and they had really cool balloon options. They use special balloons that stay filled longer than usual, and they do balloon art. I got light up balloons and some other accessories Vintage Dude themed for a very small birthday celebration. The inflatable cake topper was a perfect alternative during COVID. I dont want anyone blowing on anything I have to consume. LOL!

Jose is awesome he was very helpful. He was patient with me and my friend as we went through all of the different options for our last minute party decoration needs. I would give him 10 out of five stars if I could.

I was very disappointed with the service from the Go Party Decoration ( at 5817 Prosperity Church Rd. Charlotte, NC 28269). I ordered balloon arrangements four days prior to my sons graduation parade. I was told the items ordered would be prepared before 10am. My sons virtual graduation started at 12pm. The balloons were not ready when I arrived. I waited for over an hour only to receive balloons with the wrong wording printed. Because of his negligence, I missed my sons graduation. I was in tears as I setup the yard and my son went through the virtual ceremony without me. I will never trust The Go Party Decoration designers with an important event again.

If you are looking for something unique and that people will go wow this looks amazing, go party is the place for you to shop at. Jannet and her team are really sweet, they will help you. I was very pleased with the decorations she did for my husbands birthday . She provided everything I needed I will definitely go back for my future events you can go too, you won’t be disappointed.

We had our granddaughters party done by Go Party Decoration. We love them. They are very reliable, amazing and efficient. They have great ideas for decorations and balloon designs. We recommend them for your next party.

I love this store it has everything you need. Above all the owner and the staff were great excellent service, the owner sooo nice and very passion to help you with the decoration, giving ideas and everything, with me she was very personal I felt like I knew her for a long time she went above and beyond to help me. Everyone that came to the baby shower loved the decoration. She is an Amazing and real person, I give her 1000 star!!!!

Cute store run by a small business owner. They have a ton of stuff for bridal showers, weddings, child and adult birthdays, football parties, seasonal and color themes, etc. The owner tries to get things you may not see in the big box stores. They have a good variety of mylar balloons and she even does some cute special requests on hanging lanterns if you order ahead. The prices are extremely reasonable and they even have a photo booth at the front of the store that I believe you can rent.If you are in the area, check this store out and help support local business owners that live and work in your neighborhood.

Jose and Janet the owners were A+++ people to deal with. Jose had a lot of creative solutions for my anniversary party. Our friends were so impressed that they are hiring them for there business future parties and even a promotional marketing campaign, this couple is magic.....see what they can do for you.

3 stars because they have a wide variety available and the owner (I think?) was friendly and wanted to help. Unfortunately, I dont foresee this business lasting.First of all, the decorations are expensive for what they are ($5.99+ for disposable table cloths, $4.99+ for plastic forks, $1.69+ per balloon), and with Dollar Tree almost in the same parking lot with similar items, its hard to compete. In spite of this, I bought a cute table cloth (supporting small businesses! I try!) and a set of 7 balloons for a small event I had the next day.The owner was not confident helium would last the 24 hours I needed (I was going to purchase the balloons either way, and just use air if I had to). However, she offered to have the balloons ready for me for pickup the next day for me. She took down my name and phone number and said that 1:30PM was a perfect time to pick up. Less than 24 hours later, I came to the store to pick up my balloon order. The owner looked at me as though I was a stranger, asked another employee, Oh, we had an order? and then found my (still un-inflated) order sitting in a bag behind the desk. I was going to be in a rush at this point, so I ran to get another item I needed from Publix and came back for the balloons. I didnt ask for an explanation but as she handed me my order she said, Sorry, I was distracted.I was thinking I may come to support this business again in January when my daughter turns 1, but I honestly dont think itll still be around. If youre going to charge a premium at a boutique shop, people will be willing to pay for it as long as your service is good. Disappointing experience, and I wont be back.

Go Party decorations is awesome. Janet and her staff were able to create personalized decorations within a week. The decorations were classy and reasonably priced. I plan to use Go Party again and would totally recommend them.

GoParty Decoration stores layout is full of color! I really enjoy walking around and shopping at this store for family and friend get togethers and seasonal parties. The staff is super attentive and even helped me create a vision for my party. I cant recommend more highly! Im so excited that theres a local store to get party supplies and ideas!
