I walked into the store. I was not greeted at all. I asked if the price on the tag was per yard and the girl/guy? at the register looked at me and nodded without even speaking. I mean what!?!? Not friendly at all. I took a picture of the tag and will go online and order slightly imperfect material for 1/2 the price!!! No thanks, Calico!

Jane was awesome. Very helpful and super sweet. She listened to my design ideas and made great suggestions while trying to keep costs low as well. She was truly a pleasure to work with.

My daughter is expecting our first grandchild and we are decorating the nursery. When I went to Calico in Orlando, FL I received the royal treatment. 150% customer service. The store in Charlotte was the opposite, nobody greeted us and nobody offered help or suggestions even though we were expecting to spend a good amount of money because we need to upholster a chair and make curtains and other cute things and all was going to be bought there. I will make sure I NEVER go back to such rudeness and I am taking my business elsewhere.

This place has a lot of fabrics, but keep in mind this is for upholstery and window treatments...It came up in my search for quilting stores, and definitely was not a quilting store.
