Excellent customer service from Dan… he took a lot of time explaining details about each model, learning what was important for us during our search for a mattress. Most of all, he was informative and helpful without trying to do a hard sell.

Rachel Yoder, at the South Park store in Charlotte NC, was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I would highly recommend talking with her so you can make an intelligent decision when making an expensive purchase to improve your sleep health!

We went to the Temperpedic store in SouthPark today. We were greeted right away by Rachel. She answered all our questions and was very helpful! We were able try out anything.It was so easy to determine what we wanted. We ordered a bed and will have it delivered soon.

The lady that helped me was super nice and helpful and amazing. However the Tempur-Pedic neck pillow I ended up with that I thought would be great for me is terrible and gives me incredible neck and shoulder pains. $100 and I can not return it. Im left trying to sell it to friends or online at a discount to try to recoup they money. For such an expensive product you would think this company would stand behind what they made..

This place is beyond amazing! I walked in not knowing anything about the store other than that it was a bedding store, but walked out completely in love with the amazing comfort and tech that goes into every bed. Today I stopped by the South Park mall Tempur-Pedic location after calling ahead. I have a king size bed and had been looking for a comfortable topper since it’s semi firm. A lot of places don’t have a display to try the thickness/softness of their toppers. I called and Rachel helped me out. She said that we could order the king size but I could come in the store to check out the comfort. They were clean and used disposable covers so I could safely lay on the topper. I had been suffering from lower back problems for months. Out of desperation, I walked into the Tempurpedic store to learn more about foam mattresses. Dan spent so much time educating me on the benefits of these beds. I decided to buy one and have not looked back. Best decision I have made in a long time. Rachel was excellent; knowledgeable about all the models I was interested in and very friendly/courteous. The store layout looked great and had floor models for everything I could possibly want to try. Very good experience, with added bonus of time-efficient as the TP website allows you to reserve appointments in advance of your visit. I would highly recommend visiting here rather than a generic mattress retailer if you are specifically interested in the Tempur-Pedic brand.

Dan Tharp, store manager is the definition of customer service. Dan is not only helpful, professional and knowledgable but he recognizes that you are a person, not just a sale and his goal is to ensure you have the best possible experience. I like the tempur-pedic products and have been a customer for many years but this location and the staff are outstanding. If you are in the market for their products I suggest going to this location you will be pleasantly surprised.

We went into the Tempur-pedic store at SouthPark today. Michael Brook spent well over an hour showing us every possible bed we could consider. He was wonderful! Even though we told him we couldn’t purchase the bed from the store and he would get nothing for his effort, he was amazing. I immediately let the Store Manager, Dan Tharp know that it was going to be an employee purchase that would be made through the corporate office. I assumed I would be on my own once I basically said, you wont get any compensation or credit for my purchase. I was pleasantly suprided that Dan didnt seem to care about getting credit. He helped me as if I was a customer paying full price. I dont know if I would have made the right purchase without his help. Thank you Dan.
