She did amazing when it came to working a deal that fit my needs even if it was a little less than conventional. I didn’t feel like I was being forced into an upsell. She was amazing! The rep did a great job and helped make the whole process move smoothly. I told him what I was looking for and my price limit and he showed me exactly that with a couple different options and I didn’t feel like he was trying to up sale me or pressure me to get something I didn’t really need. I had the best customer experience in this store! It was a one woman show so I had to wait around just a little but sooo worth it! I wish I had written down her name ughhh her service was great. But I knew what I wanted, she found it in the system, ordered it and arranged for me to pick up same day. It took less than an hour! Explained I was looking for a mattress as quickly as today. I was told the one I wanted had several arriving this week. Ended up waiting 3 weeks for my mattress to finally arrive just to later find out their financing is no different than a credit card. Thank you for opening a new credit card. Would have just paid in full. Would not recommend this store. Seems professional while youre there, but overall poor sales ethics.

Let me start off by saying Erin (Charlotte store on S Kings) has the best customer service I’ve ever received . I say that because us as customers always think it’s a clear path to purchase things but Erin knew the loop holes honey . I needed my mattresses that day & she didn’t have delivery until Sunday she called other stores so I can pick them up that day . I forgot my id she allowed me to do it from my phone so I wouldn’t have to go home & also made sure I got what I wanted with my approval amount. Looked around a lot at memory foam mattresses before deciding to go with a traditional mattress so I could sleep cooler. Mattress Firm store locations made shopping there convenient for me. Sales gal was helpful but didn’t try to push me into more mattress than I wanted. Got a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. Free delivery to my door two days after the purchase. Easy peasy. Highly recommend.

I purchased 2 mattresses from Mattress firm. The biggest mistake of my Life! The customer service was so poor that If i didnt have to give a star to process survey I would not. I liked the full size mattress, but the Queen size which they tell me was the same brand is card board hard. I have not slept right since i purchased in early May today is May 19thI wish I would have stuck with the original sales guy that i encounter at the Matthews NC store. I was not given an option to finance. I did a credit card sale. I went back to the Matthews store and the construction crew said it would be about a week before the staff returned. I then went to the Albemarle Rd store and the worst sales womem made me so made with her poor customer, which is why i want to retirn anything i can. Im done with Mattress firm. You only get one time to make a first impression!!I asked for a district mamager and was told hes off until Saturday. Smh!!

I recently walked into one of your stores for the first time. I walked in with the idea that I was window shopping. I have never purchased a bed on my own. It was always gifted to me. So I didn’t know what I was looking for but I was sure I wouldn’t find it that day. However Reyhan Kose greeted me and made me feel right at home. She was extraordinary. I fell into tears after leaving the store. Because I was not a customer to her, but a friend and sister. As a manager in retail I have learn the talent of service. So I know everyone just don’t have empathy. But she nailed it. Thanks mattress firm and thank you Reyhan. I walk all the time because I don’t have a car. I broke my foot 3 years ago and so my spine hurt everyday and sleep 3 to 4 hours a night because of how uncomfortable my bed is. It has been a long and miserable experience. So thank you for having someone there that got to know me first to find the best fit. She never made me feel like she was just trying to make a sale. And that is everything to me. Okay I am crying again but okay thank you thank you again.
