Been with Crystal water for 3-4 months and they are NEVER on time. Poor delivery service. They suppose to deliver every two wks, but always the next week, which makes it 3 weeks. Then on the 3rd week they never come, you call and its the next week which makes it 4 weeks. So why do I have a water service if I still gotta buy 5 gal water at a store. Isnt that why you have a water service so you dont have to buy it at a store......Poor management, poor customer service, poor delivery service. So how does such a company stay in business??? CS blames its on the covid, not every delivery guy has the virus. Just trying to stay healthy......
I love Diamond Springs! Ive been an office water delivery customer in Charlotte for almost four years, and they always do a fantastic job. The water tastes GREAT, Brad who delivers our water is wonderful, and their customer service reps who answer my calls when I have a question or request are always the best. Great customer service can sometimes be hard to come by, but in my experience, Diamond Springs nails it. Their customer service reps are always friendly, cheery and very helpful. They just sound like they answer the phone with a smile - and I love that.Diamond Springs - youre doing a great job, and have a customer for life over here at Blue Corona! I have used this business for over 20 years just because they are very polite and have patience with me and I know I could have bought 3 are 4 water cooler by now. As a business owner I want less to have to deal with, they are on time with water delivery with very nice employees delivering. It’s like this I DO NOT LIKE LIFTING THE HEAVY BOTTLES OF WATER FROM STORE TO SALON Thanks Diamond Spring
Once they were bought out, theyve missed multiple delivery windows and they cant reschedule to get it to us earlier than a week out. Whats the point then? Were forced to buy our own water to supply when they miss the delivery.
Diamond Spring Water was great before they were bought out by Nestle and now it is known as Pure Life. There hasnt been one time that Diamond Springs missed a delivery.Pure Life has missed every delivery day. After making a phone call for the missed delivery; we were told we would get it tomorrow. I guess tomorrow and a week are synonymous to Pure Life.This week the delivery driver showed up and he didnt have the water bottles stocked in his truck. What? Of course yesterday was tomorrow for the re-delivery...still no water.Nestle Should be ashamed of the mess this branch of its business.
Great tasting water. Very friendly staff (both in the office and the drivers). Very dependable - we always get our deliveries on time and when we sometimes run out of water before our next delivery in the summer, they do their best to get to us early. We love Diamond Springs!!
I have been getting water delivered to me with this company for 3 years now. The women I talk to when I need something extra (cups and such) are always super nice and know me by name. The guy who delivers is amazing. I feel sorry that I cant help the guy delivering to me due to an army episode overseas. You cant get a better company. Their water is great, their associates are outstanding. If your looking for water delivered I recommend this company. If you had a bad experience with this company trust me when I tell you that the ladies who answer the phone would love to make it right.
I had scheduled an initial water delivery with another company, and they didnt bother to call or show up, so I called Diamond Springs and explained what had happened. This was on Friday, December 23. I expected a return call to say theyd be to our office after Christmas. Nope. They made the delivery 3 hours after I called!! The delivery man was very thorough in his explanation of services, when payment was due, and the choices we had in making our payments. He was in no hurry and was very nice. Thank you, Heather and James, for making this so simple!
Diamond Springs was a great company. Nestle bought them out and they are a complete joke. They consistently mess up our deliveries and their website portal does not work.
I love this company!! They are so flexible and helpful with all of our companies needs. They have wonderful customer services reps who are polite and helpful.
I have been a customer of Diamond Springs for 15 years, but now they are Nestle. Whenever I ran out of water, I could call Diamond Springs and they would bring it the next day. They missed my March delivery and when I called on a Monday, they informed me they were now owned by Nestle and that they would get me some water. I called again on Wednesday after no water delivery and was told that I would have to call Nestle directly. I wasnt in a place where I could write down a phone number so I hung up. On Thursday evening, Nestle called me because they were responding to my call from Monday. The rep could have cared less about me being out of water for the past week and could only arrange a delivery for the next week. After 15 years, I canceled my service. Why did Nestle acquire Diamond Springs if they dont care about the customers????
I have order for my Church now for about 2 years, and have always received great service from everyone. Diamond Springs water taste great also. Thank You for such great service.
Diamond Springs delivers to our uptown office; the service is dependable. When I call their office, customer service is friendly and answers quickly. We highly recommend Diamond Springs.
This review is for their Charlotte office customer service. Our deliveries have always been great. I’ve called twice and both times spoke to the same person. Very curt and unhelpful. We’re completely out of water due to their delivery schedule errors. No apology, nothing. Acted like I was bothering her by calling to ask when our water would be delivered. BOTH TIMES. In this day and age poor customer service is unacceptable.
Earl the Route driver was always rude so I canceled service. I expressed my concerns with management and the situation was downplayed. LeBleu has better tasting water FYI.
