We have been using Quench Water for several years at our business. They maintain our system yearly, coming by for routine maintenance on a regular schedule. The service worker is always knowledgeable and pleasant. We love the taste and the ease of getting hot, cold or room temp water with the push of a button. Would highly recommend them for your business.

We contracted with Macke coffee/ water service they gave us years of great service. Quench took over that company- service was awful. We cancelled service in 2017 with the help of upper management.Recently a tech came out to service equipment we haven’t had for over two years. We then receive an email from a manager saying we have to pay out a contract and return equipment we haven’t had for over two years. Actually haven’t received anything from them for over two years. She didn’t leave her phone number only a not very nice email. I reached another person to escalate this to district or regional management. Poor customer service to say the least.
