All were so beautiful and she did an amazing job to help accessorize and show me options of how the dress could be styled. Thanks to her I found the perfect dress! I definitely recommend ladies of lineage and their great team of stylists!

I worked with Loren at my appointment and oh my gosh she was extremely knowledgeable and caring and bubbly. She really listened to what I liked and disliked. I liked the approach at this store vs a different bridal salon I went to earlier that day. Ladies of Lineage was very upscale. I was able to walk with Loren and view the gowns myself. Loren told me about each designer and the style of gowns. She even asked my permission first before trying on a dress knowing it was over budget, which is very respectful. Loren and the team really made me feel like a princess and Loren picked the perfect dress for me. I was “down for the gown”and ended up purchasing my dream dress. In addition, the store was super clean and crisp and beautiful. And the designers they carried had gorgeous gowns. 10/10 ABSOLUTELY LOVED Ladies of Lineage.

I had the most phenomenal experience at Ladies of Lineage! It was the first place I went to try on bridal gowns, and both Elizabeth and Courtney were exceptional. Ladies of Lineage was absolutely incredible! After a horrible experience at a well known bridal store in Cornelius, LofL made me feel special as soon as I walked in the door. It was more intimate and my stylist Loren and the whole team truly cared about getting to know me and what I wanted unlike the first experience. I fell in love with the only dress I tried on in the store, but still went to other stores after to see what they had. I thought I found another dress that night, but I knew I had to go back to ladies of lineage the next day to retry on my first dress. Loren texted me throughout the day checking in with me but wasn’t pushy at all. I went back in and wore the dress for over an hour (they didn’t rush me or made me feel like I was annoying) and the whole time gave me suggestions on how I could customize the dress (adding buttons, cowl etc) to exactly what I wanted since I was still torn between two dresses. My designer Alyssa Kristin has these gorgeous “wings” to wear instead of a veil which is so modern and cool that I haven’t seen anywhere else. After seeing the whole look and the kindness of the team I knew I had to say yes to the dress! If it wasn’t for Loren and her team really listening and understanding what I truly wanted then I wouldn’t have had my dream dress. Steven and Elizabeth were also dolls! I also tried on a dress at the fort mill location and Alex was amazing to work with as well! Highly recommend to anyone looking for their gowns in the CLT area.

They did an amazing job! I booked a private appointment so my bridesmaids could join. We had the place to ourselves and were served champagne/hors doeuvres while I tried on dresses. Lauren was incredible to work with and gowns are beautiful. I had hard time narrowing it down to one! Everyone bride should book the private appointment as it was an incredible experience.

The store is very nice. Not very big but so much natural light which helps when you see yourself in a dress. I was surprised at how many options they had since the store wasn’t that big. The dresses are beautiful and they can actually work with with you on the boots and pieces you like in any dress. If it’s possible they’ll do their best. Elizabeth helped me and she was phenomenal! I had no idea what I wanted, only one picture to die her of an idea and she picked out amazing dresses. It’s like she knew what I wanted before I did.

I cannot rave about this place enough... specifically Sam, one of the stylists!! She really made me feel as if we had been friends for years... talked wedding details and made it very personable and fun!!! She even pinned my hair back how I envisioned it for my wedding and swapped my hoop earrings out for a beautiful pair of dangly earrings!!! Wow cannot thank these amazing women enough for their help! 3 weeks before my wedding my initial dress was ruined at the dry cleaner. I showed up with my mom freaking out. Elizabeth put us at ease. They were having a trunk show and worked directly with the designer to get me a new dress within 10 days. They then went above and beyond once the dress arrived to assist with alterations. The best people, the best dresses, and the best customer service! Thank you Ladies or Lineage!

Staff is extremely helpful and nice, my mother was having her 30th wedding anniversary and staff worked with her great! She’s very picky but regardless they were great, after 50+ dress throughout different cities my mother finally decided to say yes to the dress here! Prices are expected but again staff will work with whatever budget you have. I’ll definitely recommend whenever I can.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ladies of Lineage! I first went to the Kingsley location and Alex was so helpful. I showed her a few pictures of styles I liked, and she helped choose a few gowns to try on. Alex suggested I also go to the Charlotte location to try on some Lis Simon dresses. Natasha (at the Charlotte location) was so incredibly helpful when I couldnt make up my mind and even started piecing together a customized Lis Simon for me. I eventually went back to Kingsley for an Amsale dress I couldnt stop thinking about, and Alex again was so helpful in thinking about how I could add some lace to the train to make it the exact dress I wanted. Of course, I decided to get down with the gown! I could not recommend Ladies of Lineage more!

My consultants was named Samantha and she was fabulous! She made me and my guests feel extremely comfortable. She kept throwing me curveballs for different dresses to try on and each one showed me something different and helped me see myself in a different way. I had the entire salon to myself and every consultant contributed to my amazing experience. Samantha helped me understand the differences between similar dresses and stuck to my budget as well as my requirements which was being able to dance in my dress. She was very knowledgeable about each dress she put me in and was very helpful getting me in each dress. The dresses were bigger than me (instead of too small that I couldn’t feel comfortable in it) which helped me see how they would fit after she pinned and clamped the dress to conform to my body. Every aspect of this visit far surprised any other bridal salon I had been to that weekend.

Im a wedding stylist. And I always take all of my Brides there first. The three or four lines they have in there or different yet cohesive. And all above board as far as style and sophistication. El Hubble Who is the manager at the location on East Boulevard? Is always accommodating and knows which person to put with which client. . And its also a personal selection there. Theres not a lot of people in there while youre in there trying things on and a great commentating with the family. And of course me..

The women working there were very kind and seemed like they were truly trying to help me find the right dress rather than make a sale. The only reason I took off a star was because when we made an appointment for July 2019 they recorded it for March 2019-- which obviously is incorrect because it had already passed. They were still sincerely apologetic over this and still worked with us that day since we had traveled 2 hours to get there. That is the only thing, but with everything else they were pretty much perfect!

We went first to a large bridal store and tried on a bunch of dresses, but didnt find the perfect one for my big day.The next day, we started talking to a cute, sweet, friendly woman, who told us she had wedding dress consignment store. This was of course Natasha, and we set up an appointment for Lineage. It was fate!We walked into the store, and we were the only people there (thats how they operate). Natasha sat down with me, asked me questions about myself and what I envisioned for my dress, and then let me pick out dresses and also suggested dresses for me to try. She helped me in and out of each one, and told me a story about each one as I tried them on, helping display the trains and adjust them.After trying on a few, I had some top runners but no clear winner; then her business partner came in, asked me to try on one again, and when I tried it on again, I realized it was the one for the big day--and even better, it fit perfectly!I cannot say enough about how much I loved the experience; Natasha made me feel so special, and it made me really excited to shop for the my dress. My sister and I booked our appointment and were immediately greeted and offered champagne by Natasha. From then on, it was such a great experience. Ladies of Lineage is every girls dream, a dress shop that caters to you the second you walk through the door. There is no pressure from the ladies, there is no commitment until you want to make one. The dresses are gorgeous and the shop is as well. You are personally catered to during your appointment, with knowing your budget and your style, the women there make sure you become their friend before leaving. I tried on the dress, that I ended up buying, and wasnt ready to decide. i ended up leaving empty handed and had such an amazing experience that i went back for a second appointment and left with the dress of my dreams! A beautiful shop with lovely experts willing to help you look your best for your wedding. I purchased my dress out of town, so visited Ladies of Lineage for accessories (veil, hair piece and jewelery). They have an amazing selection and took such great care of my mom and me. It was just as magical and memorable as finding my dress. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

While I was very excited to go looking for my wedding dress, I was also pretty nervous. Not only am I shy, but I also have an anxiety disorder that makes being the center of attention stressful. Ladies of Lineage was the first on our list of places to go for the day, but it turned out to be the only stop we needed to make. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. I worked with Natasha and she was wonderful from start to finish. She listened to everything I said, such as wanting to be comfortable and needing a dress that was on the less expensive end of things, and found me the perfect dress. Even though I tried on a few dresses, the first one she picked for me to try ended up being the one I got. I also like that it never felt like Natasha was trying to push a more expensive design on me. She honestly just wanted to find me a dress that would make me smile every time I wore it. Every visit to Ladies of Lineage has been wonderful. Every staff member has been a pleasure to work with. It is obvious that they are very committed to making sure you are happy and have the best experience you can possibly have. I know that I will always suggest them to anyone I know who is getting married :)!

I cannot rave enough about The Ladies of Lineage! I started my bridal dress quest with Natasha and immediately was treated like royalty! From start to finish she was unbelievably knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted without me even knowing myself. I went to two other bridal stores in the area and honestly could not compare to my experience at Ladies of Lineage! When I went back to pick up my dress Elizabeth let me try everything back on and even walked the dress out with me to my car. These girls are so passionate about what they do and it shows immediately upon meeting them! I wish I could do it all again! I will definitely be back just to visit with them : )

Natasha is absolutely wonderful. I came to Ladies of Lineage with almost no hope. I had been dress shopping at several different places and had no idea what I wanted or what I liked. Natasha took the time to sit down with me and talk about what I envisioned my wedding to be. She picked several dresses and even some I didnt think I would like. She made me feel so comfortable with everything. Absolutely loved this place! Elizabeth was great at offering suggestions and her patience with my indecisiveness was incredible! She not only remembered each dress I had tried on at my previous visit two weeks before, but she also remembered (and reminded me) of the comments I had made about each one. After shopping around at a handful of well-known places, I truly feel that this is hands down the best bridal shop in Charlotte...by a long shot. Their dresses are beautiful and the women are all so knowledgeable! I gave them my budget and they carefully and politely respected it, while other shops did not. Their expertise, time, and attention to detail were so impressive and extremely important to me. Elizabeth was my absolutely wonderful style consultant and Jodene provided helpful insight throughout the process. The whole experience felt so personal and special and I am so thankful for that. Ultimately they helped me find the perfect wedding dress. When I got anxious about making a decision on my accessories and veil at the last minute, they were super accommodating and made me feel so much better. I had a wonderful experience at Ladies of Lineage. I actually found a dress online that I loved but quickly found out that it was out of my budget. I spoke with Jodene about the dress and she told me that she had the perfect dress for me within my budget. When it came time for my appointment, she showed me the dress I called about but then showed me a dress very similar and I knew before even trying it on that I loved it! She captured what I was looking for within my budget. I would recommend this beautiful wedding shop to anyone :)

Looked up prom dresses in Charlotte, this location popped up. Did not say by appointment only. Walked in, no one in the store and refused to allow us to look at dresses. No customer service.

Natasha was a dream to work with! She totally understood my vision and was so helpful in selecting dresses that fit my desires! I ended up choosing the first dress she selected to try on. She made me feel so special and it was honestly a dream come true to find a dress in their store and looking forward to working with them throughout the process! Wonderful experience. I came all the way from Miami to search for dresses while visiting a friend and the first store we stopped at was Ladies of Lineage, she was just fantastic.. Super helpful, gave inputs and ideas, very sweet and funny. They served us champagne while trying on the dresses. Their dresses are top of the line, hand picked unique pieces. Anyone searching for dresses has to stop here, I promise you wont want to leave and when you do, youll deff go back..

AMAZING! When I first walked into Ladies of Lineage I was greeted right away and my family was seated and given champagne. Anna (our bridal consultant) helped me pick out a few dresses she thought I may like, as she listened very well to the type of dress I actually wanted. The first dress I put on (and now purchased) was the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. I fell in love right away and cried when I had to take it off. I never thought I would be the type of bride to actually have a bridal moment but I did! Also, the manager is a rock star and made my experience at Lineage an amazing one. She called me the ninja bride.Also, they will give you a great deal and make any adjustments you need (I was able to add straps to my dress for a very little cost). I absolutely love this place! Good job Lineage!

This place is amazing! Natasha was so kind and very knowledgeable about all the dresses. After speaking for just a few minutes with me she picked out a handful of beautiful gowns for me to try on. I highly recommend this boutique to all brides everywhere!

Ladies of Lineage is amazing - from start to finish. I have nothing but the best things to say about the boutique, the dresses and the service. Elizabeth is the woman I worked with and the service she provided me was bar-none.I was treated like a princess from the moment I walked in the door. First thing to note is the way the store is setup which is different than any other bridal boutique Ive seen. I did not have to go back and forth from a dressing room to a mirror. Instead a curtain is pulled in around you and thats where you put on the dresses. This is nice for multiple reasons - I didnt have to move around the store and other people; the people I was with just stayed where the were the whole time and I never - NEVER - saw a clip in any dress. I only ever saw the dress as it would look when it fit.The boutique is also radically different in the level of service. I was pampered and made to feel very important. I brought 3 people with me and we were all offered water or champagne on walking in. Then Elizabeth talked to me about what I was looking for. She is the one who picked out the dresses based on what I said. She was so knowledgeable and straightforward. She helped me into each and every dress. I never had to take one off a hanger or put one back on. Further, this is the only boutique Ive been to where they not only clipped/pinned the back of the dress so I could see the final product from the front but they also turned me around and pinned the front of the dress so I could see the final product from behind! This was incredible as the backs of dresses these days are stunning. In other boutiques I never got a good feel for how the back of the dress looked.As I stated, this boutique offered me the exact experience I was looking for. In fact, nothing else even came close. During every other appointment I had (and there were many), I always commented, This isnt Ladies of Lineage and this is definitely not Elizabeth!

Amazing service from two inspiring women – I would recommend Ladies of Lineage to anyone shopping for a wedding dress. I have always imagined being married, but have never spent much time thinking about my wedding. When it came to dress shopping I was some combination of reluctant and clueless. I went to another boutique in Charlotte and their process was to have me pick out 5 dresses that looked nice and try them on. When I commented that I was tall and the dresses didn’t do much for my body type the response I got was “yeah I agree”.I had a friend who suggested I try Ladies of Lineage as they were a newer store with exceptional customer service and a different approach. After talking with Jolene at Ladies of Lineage I actually felt excited rather than daunted by the process. She walked me through everything they have and highlighted dresses that would be flattering to my body type. She also took the time to get to know my personality and style, and based on the dresses she selected and the feedback she gave me I just felt like she “got” me. Jodene is fun, intuitive and classy. She helped me find a dress that is so me, and made the process easy and enjoyable.Go there!

Ladies of Lineage is incredible! Although I did not find my dress here, I was very close to it. I wanted to take the time to write a VERY POSITIVE review about Elizabeth. These women were so accommodating to my size (I am normally a size 12 and I am 6 tall, which makes for a much larger bridal size). They made me feel glamorous and incredibly special while I was in there. They even planned with my mom and helped her fly into town to surprise me when I did not think she was going to be able to make it with her torn ACL. I highly recommend this place and I am so thankful that they were part of my bridal experience! Thank you, Elizabeth!

Best, personalized service I got all day. Natasha was wonderful and made me feel like I was the only bride in the world! She listened to my style & taste and immediately pulled dresses according to my preferences. However, she threw me a curve ball with a dress she thought would look terrific on my shape and she nailed it. I walked about having purchased a dress I would have never dreamed I could wear. Because of the excellent service, I was confident and poised in a gown that I fell in love with but would have passed by alone. Ladies of Lineage is the ONLY way to go in Charlotte!!

The atmosphere here is great. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The dress selection was very unique compared to other salons within my price range. Natasha was excellent, highly recommend.

The space is a dream come true for any bride-to-be. I went with two of my bridesmaids and all three of us were greeted with champagne and welcoming smiles. We were efficient but not rushed. It was a fantastic experience I would recommend having.

Loved it. Literally cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jodene. The shop is adorable; she is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful; and the dress selection is great. I looked at a few stores in Charlotte that were all nice places but this was definitely the best. I will say that I only brought my mom so if you are planning on bringing like 5+ people with you, the space is kind of tight but that wasnt an issue for me.

Shopping at Lineage is exactly how shopping for such an important day should be. They have an incredible selection of gowns and a beautiful studio to showcase them in, plus some truly fantastic owners who are gracious, attentive, and really seem to love what they do.I tried on several gowns and narrowed them down to two final choices. While I couldnt have gone wrong either way, Natasha helped me find the dress of my dreams. She was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful but was also very patient, professional, and a lot of fun to work with (especially with a pretty indecisive bride).
