In town for work, and I forgot my spare vape coils at home! Called in the morning, and they had the exact ones I wanted. When I arrived in the evening, the super helpful young lady I spoke with earlier in the day remembered me, and had them sitting aside for me, ready to go. Looked like they had a great selection of everything smoke related and seemed very knowledgeable on all the products. Very happy to have found this place!

Had to visit their second shop and it’s completely different than their other location . Both shops carry the same products and some what different products so you don’t get bored of the same thing . Overall great place. Very helpful and friendly staff; they will always help you find what you need. The store is very clean and is almost always stocked with whatever youre looking for. CBD products are excellent and they have a large selection of e-cigs and others. Only criticism would be that the prices are a bit high sometimes but other than that its a 5 star shop! :)

It’s always a struggle finding a shop that sells devices that don’t function properly but this shop actually sells authentic disposables and the staff is great. Every time I walk in I’m helped right away and the disposables I leave with never taste burnt or damaged so this shop is more than reliable for me.

My tank needed coils that I couldnt find, so I opted to buy a tank. I dont mind paying profit just dont like it all being made on me.

I usually dread going in to these types of stores. Most of them are thick with vapor from the scruffy looking weirdos who always congregate in these places and never seem to leave while you are left standing around trying to determine which of the beanie-wearing hipsters with gauged earrings and a neck tattoo actually works there.Not the case at this store. Im always greeted and immediately attended to whenever I walk in. The service is excellent and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Its extremely refreshing to have a brick and mortar store nearby where I can shop and not feel ignored. I also like that it seems to be a family-run store.

We stopped shopping here over a year ago because they wanted to charge us more on a purchase than the listed price, the reason being my transaction was under $5 and the merchant didn’t want to absorb the card transaction fee.The smoke shops that I go to now don’t do that, in fact they also charge me a good bit less on the products I used to buy here.This was the first merchant in over 50 years of shopping to ever try to tell me I had to pay more because I wasn’t buying enough. Anytime there has to be a difference in price that difference needs to be clearly labeled on the shelf and not presented as a last minute surprise at checkout.After having spent hundreds of dollars over the course of a year at this place on mods, batteries, juices and a whole host of other products, to be told I’m not buying enough and have to pay more is insulting.

Very friendly staff, every time I come in I am greeted warmly and my needs are met with haste. The employees keep the shop very tidy, and the inventory is organized for easy browsing. I am always notified of new products and deals without needing to ask. The prices are also quite reasonable.

I didnt catch the guys name that helped me out today, but i came in with a bare basic knowledge of what I needed, and he came back to me with useful information and his own personal recommendation that would fit my wants/needs. I used to be a regular customer of Vapor for vape supplies but found a store closer to home, but im glad today I decided to go back to Vapor for the exxus snap cartridge vaporizer. They will certainly be seeing me back in the shop again soon.

Ive shopped here multiple times and I also go to custom vapes and e cigs in Matthews. I personally feel that the associates are awesome people. My complaint is it kinda feels like a weird setup for their shop. I wish they’d allow samples of juice In testers. And like a little place to sit and try them to make sure you get the juice you’re gonna love. I’m probably biased because I usually shop at custom vapes and e cigs which is a competitor for them. But I feel more comfortable here than some other places I’ve visited that can’t tell me ANYTHING about their products. So my only actual problem is samples and environment inside just feels slightly odd. If they made it more comfortable then I feel their sales would go up. I hope to see a remodel in their future. Vapor Smoke Shop is the best!! The store is upscale, clean, full of light, and stocks an amazing amount of items designed to serve their customers. The owner and his employees go above and beyond to meet their customers needs and are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I frequented this store before they purchased it, and they have improved it immensely! I also want to mention that this shop is not just for young people. I am in my 60s and feel totally comfortable and taken care of there!

This place is the bees knees. All of the products are top quality! Their inventory changes every week also! It keeps me coming back to check and see whats new. There is also a very sweet woman there named Sarah who always takes care of me. She truly knows her mods, juices, glasses and etc! Definitely have me as a continuous customer.
