Not sure why everyone else got bad service. The 2 guys there were polite. They didnt bust out in song and dance, but its an airport fast food joint, not Emerils Delmonico.Got a pizza and a 20oz drink. Again... about what youd expect for $10.Service was quick too!

Not sure if they have new employees but we did not have the same experience as many others have complained about. The frappe machine was broke, they did not have soup but because I wasnt rude neither were they. My cold coffee was good, better than Starbucks! Husband said his pizza was typical fast food pizza.

I had two meals ...going and coming back home. The employees on staff 7/27 at 5:50 had the worst attitudes. Guy was cursing because he was mad at something. Used the f word. Lightly slammed my sandwich on the counter. Woman had an extreme non chalant and dry attitude. Not friendly at all.the food was delightful and reasonably priced comparative to other airport joints and I enjoyed the food. Such a shame you have disgruntled employees. 5 stars for food. None for employees... avg is 2.5... thus my rating

So happy to find a few healthier options in the airport!The bistro tossed salad was a great size & had fresh mixed greens with fruit & nuts. Mediterranean chicken salad was delicious!The Turkey Swiss & cranberry sandwich stole the show tho! So yummy

The attitude of the two employees at the Charlotte airport is the worst one Ive ever experienced in an airport. The servers demeanor was not customer service oriented, as he just put the order in a bag and threw it on the shelf. He never asked if I wanted the pastry warmed-up or anything. I asked him for a latte and a cup of black coffee, and the latte machine was broke and never bothered to offer an alternative. The black coffee was cold. The cashier was worst, as she stopped using her cellphone, asked me if I have ordered any coffee from the server. I told her that I was waiting for a black coffee and then she asked the server if that was true. I asked her if she had any issues believing me. She said she was double-checking, and then went back to play with her cellphone. If you think of eating anything here, please go somewhere else!PS. None of the employees were wearing a face mask, and they are working in an airport!

The worse employee ever at the register. No customer service skills what so ever!!!! Rushes every customer, doesnt listen to anyone. Got an attitude as soon as I asked her for receipt. And good thing I did I ask for it, I was charged for a wrong sandwich. When I pointed it out to her she start to yell and cursed me out. When was asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was one(another lie). Finally a person with better attitude showed up and got my refund of $10.So if you would like to experience the worse service I definitely recommend this place.

Food was okay, but a little cold, overpriced, and of course they gave me the wrong Stromboli. Very unsatisfactory. But it was edible.

I don’t know what you guys are doing in terms of cleaning but this morning at the opening, I saw a tiny mouse poke its head out from a hole underneath the display table. Absolutely disgusting. Please get some pest control.

Sandwich was good. Staff were unfriendly. They were out of a couple of things we wanted.

I was not able to get a cup of coffee here. I was told by the guy standing behind the sign saying all orders taken here that he did not take orders. Two others were standing there were also flummoxed. I came back after not finding coffee elsewhere and got displeased looks but got my coffee. I didn’t say thank you and got mocked by the cashier.

The food was okay, but the service was very poor. The cashier ignored us and continued to text on her cell phone while a line of customers waited. When she finally decided to return to her work, her attitude was deplorable. I would not recommend this location at all. Of all the abundant selections of dining opportunities at the Charlotte Airport, I would give this one a big pass.

Extremely rude and uncalled for behaviour from the employees. I walked away appalled at how they treated customers. Both of them are in need of some major customer service training/need to be fired. The lady warming the food did not have her mask on correctly, the gentleman at register was not wearing a mask at all. Hope someone from the corporate office is reading this, doesnt seem to be an isolated incident.

Their bacon egg and cheese croissant was amazing. Light, fluffy, and flaky and it felt like a very warm hug on the inside. The people were also really nice.

The lady at the register in the Charlotte Airport was extremely rude! I did not eat with them but watched the way she talked to the customers walking into the line. She refused multiple people including two captins service. At 9:28 yelled out we are closed and when a line started to form kept yelling were closed I am not taking anybody after this person. It was very tasteless and uncalled for.

Food and service was good and efficient. Employees were not friendly and they looked upset.

Cafe food and the scene at this place is excellent. Dont fret if its busy, it is worth the wait. This place has a nice atmosphere. I see why this place has a lot of great reviews.

They dont care. I dont think they could be paid to care less than they do. They just dont care, about anything.

Croissant was dry and overcooked, but service was fast and the coffee was good.

I had the Spinach Feta flaky pastry and my mom had the bacon and mozerella pocket. Both were heated and perfectly delicious.The staff was friendly, attentive, and got our food out to us quickly. A nice airport experience.

This place is worth a try. They serve big portions for affordable rates. Constantly clean and with fantastic atmosphere. Will visit here again.

Quick and easy. I enjoy the tuna salad snack pack from the grab and go cooler. Always consistent at every airport and very good quality.

The food was good. The cranberry roll was amazing. The only downside is they are pricey for the amount of food you get.

The restaurants/service near Gate E27-E50 are horrible. Started at Starbucks and worked our way through BK and then to Brioche. Expected better from Brioche but they opened late and were rude to an elderly lady. Stood around talking instead of opening while people were waiting and seemed really annoyed when someone simply asked what time they were opening. They turned away people losing quite a bit of business and were the slowest I’ve ever seen.

Fairly good food in the Charlotte airport, but the manager said its against company policy to sell us an egg. Eggs in all the salads my vegetarian wife couldnt eat but when we requested an egg for her salad we were told it wasnt possible? Not happy with this customer service!

Pretty straight forward sandwich shop with some soup. I have a variety of pastries muffins croissants. Sandwiches rain from Turkey ham and bacon to Mediterranean chicken salad sandwiches and tuna sandwiches. Customer service was spot on and very friendly very fast

Offered my own mug for a hot tea in order to save them a paper cup and was told they are not allowed to handle the mug. #waste

The turkey & swiss sandwich on the cranberry bread is one of the best sandwiches Ive ever eaten. I stopped into the airport location while waiting on a delayed flight and being iverly exhausted. The girl behind the counter was super friendly. I will be on the lookout for other locations.

Everything looks good ..I tried the blueberry scones..best ever. And also spinach and the caramelized onions a must try!

Absolutely awful service. Minimal staff available were in lobby talking on the phone unless a customer was waiting. Nobody including a manger like figure wore their mask covering their nose or mouth. I went to Burger King Instead because of the unprofessional, unhygienic behavior.

Preprepared food was high quality, but execution was terrible. Heated sandwich was cold in the middle. The employees were handling the trash without gloves, and the cashier got confused in processing my credit card.

They got really confused and flustered when I tried to order a dirty iced chai latte, which I explained is just a chai latte with a shot of expresso. Somehow I ended up with sweet tea and a shot of expresso in it? The ham pocket was pretty good and relatively affordable for airport food at 4.99 for a decent sized hot sandwich. Sandwich guy was very pleasant, didnt love the obviously overwhelmed new girl with her trainer rolling her eyes behind her. Maybe stick to Starbucks for your drink.

Small chicken parmesan....just a littleore than $10 bucks but hits the spot before a flight

Workers here steal your credit card number and then makes small charges in preparation for a large one.
