Im not a star buck fan. Nothing personal. Im not a coffee fan is probably what I should say. . I do have friends that love star buck so I drop in periodically to pick up gift cards. Thats why I was here this time. So the only opinion I can give is always nice and pleasant atmosphere. Appear to be clean. Over priced in my opinion.
Clean and not busy at all, granted I was there at 4:20ish! The Baristas extra nice... it was a great experience and I will go back to that location!
This location is amazing. Even with a long line in drive thri, we got our drinks in a timely manner. The drink also came out at the right temp and tastes amazing. This is the best location I have been to.

This one is horrible. Slow service, staff acts as if they dont care. Had to wait 30 minutes to get coffee and then they ran out of cold brew and couldnt fill my order. The young lady working the drive through seemed like the only employee that cared enough tohustle. I should have went that way.
I’m not sure what’s up with this location but it’s so iffy all the time. Most of the employees are super nice but there’s one named Nina that’s consistently rude to me when I go in. I’m disabled so I have to use a straw and back when they used to keep the straws behind the counter you’d have to ask for them. I would ask her for a straw and she’d catch an attitude and borderline throw the straw at me. Today, I asked her to remake a drink and she got very mad at me and remade it completely wrong. I was already having a very bad day and this whole interaction actually made me cry. I would come back for the other employees who are nice but if I see Nina in there I’ll be walking out.
Very disappointed in this Starbucks. As a previous Starbucks manager, I understand the corporate expectations during a rush. The baristas were not practicing proper sequencing on the bars and there was an overall lack of a sense of energy throughout the crew. Waited 15-20 minutes on two cups of coffee. Unacceptable.
Waited 15 minutes for a drink and 30 minutes for a ham and cheese croissant. I used to work at Starbucks so i understand when stores are busy. But when it is busy i dont think taking the order stickers and placing them in random places works 😕 just gets confusing and orders get forgotten.
I got a vanilla Frappuccino 😋it was so delicious and the person that waited on me was very friendly and gave great service.
This new manager Claire is the absolute worst! I come here every day. Today they were out of C’s to cups so she gave me a Trenti cup half way full. I asked for a refund, she said she can give me a remake. She hands me the cup with a Dab of whipped cream, I ask for more which I get the same drink the same way everyday. So, the extra whipped cream seemed to bother her. She the was very bothered and rude. This is not the traditional demeanor at this store and it definitely wasn’t appreciated!
I worked in food so I understand being busy and messing orders up. I just came to the store and ordered a pumpkin muffin. Got the pumpkin loaf. I just want a refund.

If you are depending on a anything close to an estimated wait time given at the the time you place your mobile order, a drink half way decent or to order half of the items on the starbucks menu, DO NOT visit this location. Slow is an understatement for the service provided and the customer service does not make it any better. The attitude of the team members are very nonchalant. However if you have nothing but time and desire water down drinks give it a shot.
Love Starbucks!! But they were out of the toffee nut syrup, which totally sucked!! But I got A white chocolate Vente with Brown Sugar instead 😋 and it wasnt so bad..Actually tasted ok! There coffee cinnamon cake is amazing! Good customer service 👍
I order 3 drinks. ice matcha latte, pink drink and white chocolate cream frape along with the impossible burger. I placed an order on the mobile app and waited 20-30mins for my drink during my 30 min lunch break. which i end up being late back to.my drink was not even filled all the way up. I literally only took 2 sips.I asked for VANILA sweet cold foam but there was barely any as you can see in the drink, picture below. i did not complain about that because I understand they were busy. I understand there are time where it’s busy but the orders were not in sequence at all. very unacceptable. if you have time to wait 20-30 mins, then this is your place. my drink doesn’t even taste like ice matcha lattte.very disappointed
This is possibly the slowest starbucks i’ve ever visited.. it does not matter if you order ahead and arrive super late your order will take about 45 mins to be prepared!! it never fails. i can only imagine this is to poor training of your staff.. the waiting area is packed with ppl piling in and no orders being prepared.a lot of movement behind the counter but doesn’t to seem to be productive movement. DO BETTER
They are all about the same but this one was out of whipped cream for my Frappuccino. Huh? Cant send someone down to the sto? Also my caramel crunch frap didnt have any crunch. Service was slow too.
Please I will not support this Starbucks ever again. I ordered medium caramel crunch. I ask for extra caramel. She put extra cool whip at the bottom on top of the caramel. I took 3 sips and the drink was gone. A bottom full of whipped cream. I don’t understand how they make all this money and cheating people on the drink. It’s ridiculous

This Starbucks is conveniently located but in a very busy spot. Getting in and out of parking is a chore as there is always traffic entering and leaving the complex.

I don’t know if she was the store manager her name is Nina she had a horrible attitude with me . All I asked was a question about the cups and she snapped at me saying she doesn’t know. Then I went o grab my coffee she did not call or a name and it looked like the one I usually get and she snapped at me again saying thats not mine and I apologized. How am I supposed to know whose is whose if you don’t call the name.?! I usually go to drive through learned from my mistake.

The app is the best way to survive here. The line can be super long and terrible. Highly recommend ordering for in store pick-up before you leave your house and just getting out and grabbing it. The staff at this location are friendly and efficient as they can be. They haven’t messed up my order yet.
I have had so many issues with this store in the last year. I order from here all the time, and my drink tastes different literally every time. This location also closes their dine-in without warning all the time. This is very discriminatory against people who do not have a vehicle. Sometimes I am unable to get my drink that I mobile ordered and paid for because I cannot go inside to pick it up and I am unable to go through the drive thru. Other times when my drink is made incorrectly I am told to just “stir it and that will fix it” when even after I stir it the drink still doesn’t taste right. I am about to the point where I will go out of my way just to avoid having to deal with this Starbucks. Do better.I will say, most of the issues with this store are nothing to do with the staff themselves. Most of them are very nice when I go in. The issue is that the store is short staffed.
What kind of Starbucks that runs out of dark roast coffee before afternoon, and no caramel drizzle, and waiting half an hour for an order, and tell you sorry we run out, and they even got it wrong..... worst mangmet ever, like people do your job!

Extremely LONG wait times at least 15-20 before you can order.. then an additional 5 minutes once you reach the intercom. Unbelievable. The Drive-Thru should be the most important!
This Starbucks is probably one of the worst ones in all of the entire world. They are extremely slow, very disrespectful, and never have the items I want. I waited as the ONLY person in line for 15 minutes just for when they finally waited on me them to tell me that they cant sell me the item I wanted. Literally Starbucks has gone so far downhill in The last 5 years that its not worth the prices that they charge. Almost every Starbucks Ive been into in the last 5 years has been ran down and poorly staffed with rude people.
This is the second time I have been to this location in two weeks. The line even when short takes more than 10 minutes to build a drink. Customer service is poor at best. Unable to sit, and informed that this was a grab and go location only. Drink was made wrong, way too sweet, for the price this seems unacceptable. Inconsistent quality, focus seems to be on mobile orders as well as the drive-thru.The Starbucks up the street on n. Tryon is just as slow. All reviews below are ultimately correct. This will be my last time with my patronage here. There is no fast in this customer service..5 workers and no one getting orders out. At least 15 people waiting for drinks at the slowest part of the day!

This Starbucks is so slow, got stuck in line. It wasn’t moving & made me late to work. This is a busy part of Charlotte. There needs to be more help so this doesn’t happen. I got to window & still had to wait ridiculous.

This is probably the worst locations in the history of Starbucks locations. ALWAYS slow. I could be in great timing to work but then this place literally makes me late every time. Unfortunately, it’s the closest to my job which is why I go. I went on 1/15/2021 & the workers make petty comments when you ask for a certain order. I asked for a sandwich with no bread and she said “you know this will be messy right” that’s literally NONE of your business whatsoever! You’re not the one that has to eat it! I asked for a BLONDE espresso americano and she repeated my order and still got it wrong. I literally had to pour out my drink because it was so disgusting. I had such great service on the morning of 1/14/2021. I wish I could have gotten their names so I could tip them. They gave me an extra egg since I don’t eat bread and made it into a sandwich for me. It was so sweet. They also made my drink perfectly but I literally hate this location.
Friendly staff. Coffee tastes different every time I order. In here they say dine-in is available but it is not.

As a business operator for many years, I have never seen a store so poorly ran. First off, there is a huge misleading Were Open sign in the front window, but when you try to walk-in the door is locked. Apparently, they only cater to people who have cars and can use the drive thru. So, if you are on foot I would highly advise to skip this store. Just another chain operation that only serves the needs of a certain socio-economic group.
Its a God Starbucks location. If you go during prime times be aware that the drive thru can be backed up badly. The staff are always pleasant despite how busy it gets.

This Starbucks location is a hit or miss. You never know when you will get a good cup of what you ordered, sadly inconsistent. However the staff is always super friendly but I would love to not have to pay $6 just for friendly service when it comes with a not so good cup of coffee and a really long wait time (30 minutes in the drive thru).Please do better.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Lines are always terrible, half the time the inside is closed so the drive thru backs up enough to block off all the other businesses it’s attached to. Their app claims to have a lot of items out of stock consistently, but when you actually can walk in to order they do have it. The drinks are inconsistent, and often not made correctly. Take an extra 10 minutes to drive and go to the location beside Ikea instead.
Im giving this location 1 star because of their incompetence. My boyfriend ordered me a venti iced mocha macchiatoAttached youll find the recipe on their website the only modification is the soy milk. Apparently that was the most difficult drink they couldve ever made. They ended up giving us a caramel macchiato with mocha drizzle (that they charged extra for). The day before I went to one of two of my usual locations and they had ZERO issues making the drink. They knew exactly what went in it so why was it so difficult for this location to figure out??? And what I really would like to know is if you didnt know how to make it why didnt you look it up and find out?? Customer satisfaction should be key. Ive accumulated almost 1000 points in less than 6 months. The worst part about it is I tried calling while he was in the drive thru and their phone doesnt even work 🙄 I hate that there isnt consistent quality and training across the board for Starbucks. I will never return to this location and if I do Im ordering the same exact drink and teaching them how to make it myself.

So apparently they open at 6am and not 5:30am. I went through the drive through and waited 10min before calling and asking if they were open, the lady that answered said they were open and they were going to get my order soon. I waited another 5min until I finally drove to the window for them to tell me they were close and that they open at 6. Something as simple as telling me they open in a few minutes could have saved me waiting almost 20min to place my order. Horrible customer service.
Starbucks is Consistently good.
99% of the time everyones super nice. Always clean. unfortunately the drive thru stays busy at the very least so sometimes the walk up service is slower because of it. Convenient spot next to light rail & UNCC.
Not only are they rude when talking to you on speaker, but they also have false advertising on Google with their hours. They do not close at 9:30p. They close anytime they want to.
This staff is amazing! I came in this morning and they were so kind and patient. I dropped my drink right outside of the door and the gentleman walking in for his shift asked me, unprompted, what my drink was and told me to come inside so they could make me another. Each morning I come here they are so nice and my drink is amazing!
Drive thru is super ineffecient and the inside is closed (even though other locations nearby have walk-in). Be prepared to wait a long time.
This location ruins the coffee experience. I will never return. Ive been A few times and will just go to Concord. They are always slow in the drive thru. I waited 25 mins 1 day and was stuck. This last time I went inside and waited 15 mins for A carmel machioto and 2 cake pops. They forgot my cake pops and I realized they are so unorganizef its pathetic. New management and training needs to happen. A performance audit needs to happen as well.

They fill your drinks halfway. If they feel light, definitely say something before driving off. If you ever call to complain, make sure you get a name, because otherwise they can’t honor their promises to rectify any instances of where they’re cheating their customers. Good luck.

Its a busy restaurant, minimum wait time is 20-45 minutes, its better to drive near by starbucks which is on mallard creek church rd they u can get in 5 minutes.
This is the only Starbucks drive thru within 5 miles of me. They are consistently cheating me out of my drinks. Consistently. These are expensive drinks to begin with. Don’t think because Starbucks is popular and they make good tasting drinks most of the time that cheating people out of product is ok. It most certainly is NOT! I’m tired of it. I can’t be the only one. What’s the matter with ya’ll??? You know it’s not right. You hand people their drinks. I know you can feel there’s barely anything there. Clean up shop because this is getting ridiculous.

This location & their staff is great but I will say the drive-thru for mobile order pickup & new orders together is not my favorite feature of Starbucks in general... really the only downside. But staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and fabulous baristas making tasty selections correct to the orders all the time!

Starbucks is Starbucks but the location is not ideal. If youre going to be walking in then park in the lot opposite of Starbucks on the plaza. Its jam-packed with students and others getting work done or grabbing a quick drink (but thats Starbucks for you). If youre going thinking of doing a quick drive through forget it. It gets backed up quick and everyone ends up blocking the exits/entrances. Definitely not for the faint-of-heart driver. If Starbucks is worth the risk to you, or if you absolutely are about to DIE without your coffee. Then you gotta do what ya gotta do.Great service.
Stopped in for a peppermint mocha coffee as we were all exhausted from shopping for a busy Thanksgiving dinner. My sister and I love these and often stop for them. The service was very slow that day and the coffee was made to sweet. I will give it another try if I am in the area as we all have a bad day, but would not go out of my way to go to this particular Starbucks.
Today, I ordered what I usually order, 2 shots of espresso with 5 pumps of white mocha in a venti cup. Instead of that order, I go a venti double shot with one pump of white mocha. She wasn’t understanding how I was ordering so I did tell her that it was similar to the drink she punched in for me but I did tell her multiple times what my drink was. I got the wrong drink and confused cause I told the barista multiple times my order and yet she preced to do whatever she wanted. Everything else was right but the drink I actually had.

Our Frappuccino was very icy and we called to replace our money for the Frappuccinos and they said the only way to get a new coffee is to let them have the cup. We are in two different towns and that manager did not say, hey trash that icy coffee and come get a new one next time your this way. He said well their not anything he can do other then when you come back say you want it not icy WHAT!!! MY FAMILY WILL NEVER COME BACK SO STARBUCKS GOT #THE RANKINS FOR $19.46
The people here are VERY nice and helpful. However, the drinks are not memorable at this location. It’s very frustrating. Whenever I order the nitro cold brew with either cocoa almond milk or the vanilla one I believe it is, it ALWAYS comes with ice and doesn’t even taste the way it should. If you’ve had a nitro cold brew from Starbucks before, the taste is easy to distinguish and it never comes with ice. Wish they’d fix this.For COVID, they have all precautions in place which is great.
The drive thru is always so long, so I did a mobile order. Apparently when I got there, they were already CLOSED!!, 1 hour before closing time! At 8:30pm. One barista approached us outside and rudely said “we are low on staff and we are not taking any orders, you can leave”. And there was literally 4 other workers inside. But they were just cleaning up. Nothing has changed, very poor management.

The staff wasnt very friendly and their was a long wait time. Several customers jumped in front of me while I line. I guess they had been there before. The best Starbucks that I have been to is in Huntersville near my childrens pediatrics office. Friendly, engaging, and the line moves quickly.
