It looks like this place might have a new name. This place just re-opened after a COVID shut-down. Open for take-out. My first visit here. I got a Latte Mew which the owner custom made for me on my request. It was the best coffee Ive had in a long time. It didnt have that dark, burnt taste that the big companies have. The coffee here tastes like how coffee is supposed to taste like which is why I decided to post a review.

Love this coffee shop! This was my first time visiting. The ambiance is very warm, cozy and super chill. The owner was so polite and its easy to see that he takes a lot of care in preparing coffee. I tried the hazelnut coffee and it tasted like love. Cant wait to visit again.

Quaint local coffee shop. The coffee was good. Pictures show baked goods, but all of the displays were empty when I visited. Definitely worth visiting again, hopefully its a little more lively.

I absolutely LOVE Coppa Coffee Shop!!! ☕️I started going last year and I have become obsessed! They have excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and delicious coffee and treats! I love their “Panther Pride”roast. And the “French kiss” is HEAVEN!! 👌 I go to the Mountain Island location as well as the location at my school campus at cpcc central. So convenient! I pop in almost weekly now ! If you’re looking for a warm, cozy, and professional in environment, definitely give this place a try!

I had family in town and was looking for the closest coffee shop between 485 and Stanley. Coppa Coffee popped up on the screen. We checked it out and we’re so happy to find it. They have delicious coffee and tea with non-dairy options!!! Plus they have tasty baked goods.

Fantastic local coffee location. Fresh roasted beans makes the whole difference in quality and flavor in coffee.Would highly recommend anyone check this out you will be pleasantly surprised at this local wonder!This place is also a great stop for a muffin they are absolutely MASSIVE!

Review #50 and the strongly positive ratings are well-earned at Coppa Coffee! Ive been to Coppa now about 5 times mostly for business meetings since it is close to home. One of the things that really stands out is the servant leadership and personal attention that Jeff and his team extend to their customers. Although Ive only ever ordered the Jasmine tea, which is excellent, my business partner came to town and enjoyed the coffee. Jeff made a recommendation of the soul food restaurant across the plaza, which my business partner raved about. This demonstrates commitment to serving the customer as he could have tried to steer her toward something in-house to increase sales. He instead listened to and served the customer to the fullest extent. This is reminiscent of the book QBQ, which is about delivering superior service. Thank you Jeff and the Coppa Coffee team for exemplifying customer service, experience and servant leadership. Keep up the good work!

Way better tasting than the overrated Starbucks. I purchase on Saturdays when their Coconut flavored coffee is made. I hugged and sipped this coffee until gone and wanted to go back for more. Next time, a bigger cup will be had. So Delicious. They have a variety of flavors too!

The coffee is good, otherwise they could do better. There was only one guy working so that it took a while for people to be served. Smoothies were way too sweet- just a ton of syrup on ice with some milk powder. The apple muffin was kind of soggy.

Great place with great baristas. The barista working today was exceptional. He even held the door as I struggled with my childs car seat.

Their coffee and tea is the best Ive ever had from a local cafe. My FAVORITE blend is the panther pride. I love this spot because they give you quality! Their coffee doesnt give you that post caffeinated energy crash, not even the stronger blends. Thats something myself and my husband appreciate. I would frequent this warm and friendly place more often IF I wasnt keen on making my own drinks.

This is an excellent location to have coffee St anytime of day. The food items are so delicious. The coffee is always fresh and truly worth the price. The customer service is outstanding.

Expensive refills. Most places give them way cheaper or for free. Also since when to use the WiFi I must be a customer??!! The lady who served on me was nice.

Going to head out to Mt Holly Huntersville location today to purchase coffee for my new diffuser...Coppa is the Best coffee i have had!!! Hot coffee in a variety of roasts and flavor, Coppa far exceeds competitors. Cold brew coffee and espresso is exceptional! Coppa recently closed the east blvd location for retail sales and use for events only but coffee is so good i dont mind venturing out further to get some of the best coffee in the Charlotte area.

So unfortunate that this place has gone down hill. A lot of the reviews are from the previous owner. Very long wait times now as there is only one person working. Sad to see such a great place stuggle. Drip coffee tasted watered down. I will try again in a few months.

Place is great (though re-fills a bit pricey) but the location is getting a 3-star because in the two years Ive gone, hours have drastically changed back and forth too often. Too many times I was headed there in the past, ended with closed doors, different hours, and having to settle for that grocery store Starbucks. This inconsistency has made it so my default is to not bother driving to that side of the shopping center.

This was probably the worst coffee shop Ive been to. The coffee was terrible. I ordered espresso and it tasted like coffee flavored water. The guy at the counter was nice but I was the only person there and even though I had to repeat my order 5 times he still made it wrong. I dont know how this place has high reviews.

Amazing coffee. Generally positive staff, although I had one instance of dealing with an employee having a bad day, which almost made me not want to come back, thus 4 stars. Service with a positive attitude is as important, if not more important than the coffee itself.

Great coffee and drinks and a overall nice atmosphere. It can be rather distracting inside, which does not make it a great place to meet a client. For non-business coffee though its fine.

Great coffee selection, especially regarding the daily brewed coffees and purchasable roasts. Barista turn-over rate is high--- difficult to feel like/be a regular.

The service was good and the place was nice, however the pastries and coffee are extremely sweet. The flavors are overpowered with sugar which is not or cup of tea.
