This is an excellent eye care clinic . The front desk staff is so courteous and friendly, they make you feel welcome immediately. The ambiance is great, neat and clean place . Then the doctor David Lupinski, is an excellent ophthalmologist. He is well mannered, makes and effort to know you . The optical unit inside has excellent staff too . I would definitely recommend this place .

Great service!!! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. Sarah was great! Dr Lupinski was fantastic and after 3 months of me trying contacts (at another office) he was able to get a contact prescription that works for me on the first try!! Highly recommend this practice!!

Amazing service! I was in town for the holidays from Florida and forgot my contacts! I called 15 different locations over the course of an hour and a half and no one had my brand. Natalia took such great care of me! Not only did she have my brand but she made it easy to email my prescription and pick up my contacts the same day! Thank you so much for making my holiday trip wonderful and helping me when I was in a tough spot!!

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure every person completely satisfied. They eye glass specialists were very helpful at finding a good pair of glasses that I really loved.

I was on the search for a new eye doctor and was referred here by my PCP. I couldnt be any happier with my experience. Dr. Lupinksy and his entire staff is amazing! I dont think Ive ever said I enjoyed an eye appointment before but this time I truly did. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with masked smiles and kindness by everyone. Before anything was ever done, I was walked through all pricing, out of pocket costs, and my insurance coverage, etc. just to make sure I was completely comfortable and understood. After I had one of the most pleasant and thorough eye exams I may have ever had, I was sent to the eyeglass tech (my apologies for the wrong title and forgetting her name) but we had the best time laughing and chatting as she picked different frames for me and helped narrow down my choices. I can honestly say that if you need a caring, knowledgeable, and respectful eye doctor with a staff to match you wont go wrong choosing Dr. L. and Vision Source Studio 20/20!

These are wonderful people that are very good at what they do. After years of being a well cared for patient I feel I should share this with the folks that rely on reviews to help trust professionals with their eye care. To me they are the best and I do tell everyone that very thing in person. They have been impressive at every opportunity in caring for me and my family. I had a great experience today at Nuvue. Their staff is super sweet, they have great options for glasses & the office is super clean. The Doctor that saw me today was very thorough & explained everything to me. They also helped me get a huge rebate which I appreciate.

I continue to receive thorough eye exams from Dr. Lupinski. In 2013 he recommended special prisms for my eye alignment issues & they have truly helped me socially and professionally!He cares and gives you the time needed for accurate diagnosis and recommendations.

I had a full comprehensive contact and glasses exam. This was my first visit to this office, as I just moved from Texas. I did not have to wait at any point in the exam, from paperwork to machines to exam room to optical shop. Everyone was professional and very accommodating and my eyes are NOT easy!!! My eyes and I left very satisfied!

Great experience at Studio 20/20. From front desk staff, to optometry technician, to Optometrist, to Optician! I felt I had a more complete eye exam than I have had in a long while. Selecting eyewear was made easy by their expert Optician. Overall a very good experience!!

Found this place by a chance, they carry particular eyewear I have and needed adjustment. Even over the phone the receptionist was so nice. They scheduled me in no time. Once there today, again, wonderful greeting and the doctor Lupinkski went above and beyond to help me. Five star service aside, their eyewear selection is so beautiful, and fresh, not your typical brands!!! I do not need prescription glasses but will totally return for new pair of sunglasses. Thank you again!!!

I have had trouble getting glasses that really worked from a different provider and wanted to give Varilux a try. What a difference in how I see. You can go on YouTube and check out how Varilux makes a difference. I had been going to another provider since the 80s but wasnt happy with the product. I cant say enough about how great these classes are. And yes, the Dr. and staff are thoughtful and nice, but it is the glasses that make our lives better and these have changed how I see the world. Thank you Dr. Lupinski, O.D., Ashley, Jennifer and Patrick you just made my life better. We live in a digital age, and this office has some of the latest gear to help us see better.

Dr. Lupinski is great. I went there after laser surgeries left scar issue. I was so disappointed and frustrated with my vision. I went in thinking there is nothing that could help me see. But Dr Lupinski was confident and gave me hope. With his help, i i und contacts that allow me to see 20/40 and sometimes better. He does not give up easily.

Worst customer service last week by one of their doctors. Dr. Ariel is very rude and unprofessional. She’s very salesy and pushy. I did not appreciate it.

I happen to be visiting North Carolina on vacation and was forced to set an appointment with a Optometrist asap due to discomfort from my contacts. I found Carolina Family Eye Care via Google and it was the best Find Ever. I then called for a appointment, they set me up for the next day and even emailed a Link with the Patient Form for me to complete and save time upon arriving, The Entire staff upon arrival was extra friendly and professional. Doctor Amir Khoshnevis and his assistant were beyond Professional, Friendly and Extremely Knowledgeable. They not only answered all my questions but also took the time to educate me on my eyes condition in complete detail. They also provided me with a free pair of trail contacts, while they ordered my pair which were not in stock. I would recommend Carolina Family Eye Care to all and hope this helps anyone as the previous reviews assisted me.Thanks to the Entire Staff of Carolina Family Eye Care in BALLANTYNE! 5 Star Office for sure!
