It was actually an above-average experience for a Walmart in this area. The store wasnt overcrowded and I didnt have to wait in a long line to check out. They had most of the things I was looking for

Spacious- most aisles wide enough for two carts. Sections are clearly labeled and well organized

Way better than the one on University. They actually had stuff there on the shelf. I was profiled and followed about 82% less as well. I will be shopping here for now on. I wish I wouldve ventured out sooner

First time visiting this Walmart. We stopped to look at laptops before going to the airport but there weren’t to many that we could get with Affirm. This location was clean and organized.

This location often has unreplinished stock. The location is not always clean. They experience a great deal of inventory shrinkage so common items are behind locked doors. Once removed from the designated location the items are placed in a portable locked box for delivery to a cashier. Cash transactions have to be completed by a clerk. The shopping experience is not typical for this chain.

Curbside pickup is non-existent here. Employees never bring orders out and just wait till they can disappear from pickup area at 745 since pickup closes at 8 even though the app and website says pickup/curbside is open until 10pm.

Great place to shop if you shop before Saturday afternoon and after Tuesday night. You are lucky if the cleaning robot doesnt get confused when it is between 2 customers, and dont know what to do but run into someone, if you get by, watch out for the stockers coming out of the storage area. If the........shoppers dont run over you,you will enjoy shopping at walmart.

I used to live 7 min away but still drop in when Im in that area. They do pretty good although alot of over counter products, cosmetics, n personal care items are locked up or attached to alarms if hold open to long alarm will sound bringing attention to you. I know its for security reasons but just takes a bit away from ur shopping experience.

I was in a handicap buggy because of my legs. The cashier was very unkind and wouldnt help me put my bags in the buggy from around her little turn around where she put the bags. She told me that it wasnt her job to do so. I was very humiliated and it was very unkind the kind of behavior that she presented me. I thought that when you are handicapped the cashier would be more kinder. They normally are. She was cashier number 8. I tried to report her. My experience was very bad. It was the Walmart on Ashley Road and Wilkinson boulevard.

No carts available to shop with at the time of my visit. They were all in the parking lot and cart return area. Associates hadnt retrieved them yet at the time of my visit. I had to get one from a customer leaving the store.

This Walmart always gives me anxiety when Im there. Simply because I dont know what to expect. From the not having my size in something to the rudeness of one of the pharmacy technicians.

I stopped into this location during a quick pass through the Charlotte area. I was surprised to see so many items locked up and requiring an associate for access. Im sure theres a necessity for it, but I had never seen such a wide variety of items locked up that way. They did have everything I needed.

Went to look for insulated bib overalls from walls that the website for that store stated they had. Unable to locate even with the help of an associate. The store was a total disaster

This is sad that the money center only had one employee with a long line! Rosiland did an awesome job! Thank you so much for being professional! The reason I gave a one star is because the manager know better putting one employee by themselves! Once again keep up the good work young lady 💪🏾

Loved shopping at Walmart. Store was neat & clean. Plenty of associates to help locate things. They just need more cashiers during peak hours.

It’s a Walmart. 20,000 workers standing around, 2 cashiers, and long ridiculous lines. Toy section is pretty much one big mess of stuff, almost like all the toys were returned and just thrown on the shelf.

I love one stop shopping, and I believe that this location is one of the largest super centers that my family, and I have ever been to. The thing that impressed us the most was, the short wait times in the checkout line.

Dont waste your time calling the store . They will never answer the phone . I have been calling since 730 am and no one has answered the phone at this location . This store opens at 6 am and no one will pick up the phone .

Melissa in Money Services was extremely rude. I’m completely deaf in my left ear, I didn’t hear her at one point and when I said ‘what was that’ she literally screamed ‘enter your social!’ so loud it made me jump (remember I’m partially deaf). Her whole demeanor was so rude towards me and I have no idea why. It made for a very unpleasant and embarrassing experience. People deserve to be treated with respect no matter who they are. As a manager of my own staff I recommend coaching needs to be done to provide a better customer experience, because bad energy like that is infectious and can bleed into your staff and customers. Unacceptable.

First time I have ever seem men socks underwear and t shirts in locked cabinets had to fine someone with a key then they had to walk them to the register the line was long so I ask if I can take the socks to self checkout she looks at me and says ok I trust you, were talking 7.97 socks not a tv or laptop. If the area has that much theft they might consider closing that store. Socks really. I truly would not go back to that Walmart.

Waited nearly hr to pick up my order. And you have to find out where’s your order is. Pick up outside they says available but their employee doesn’t know where the pick up zone is. Poor services.

Well the shelfs in the grocery area are empty & not labeled properly. Best and friendly employees are the door greeters.

Finally got my money back after TWO WEEKS and a bank dispute! This location does not have curbside pickup, although the app lets you choose it as an option. No one answered the phone after several calls and there werent any visible curbside spots in the parking lot, so I cancelled TWO separate curbside orders that I was trying to pickup. The store refunded me for ONE out of TWO separate orders that were placed with TWO separate cards. Both of the orders were basically the same price give or take some cents. I guess this caused some type of confusion for the store. I was left a voicemail from the store saying that my refund was already processed. Yes, ONE refund was processed on ONE out of TWO orders. I chatted with online support on 3 separate occasions and was told to wait 48 hours each time with no resolution. Finally I filed a dispute with my bank and they were able to resolve my problem within an actual 48 hours. I will be avoiding pickup at this location since I try to minimize being around crowds during this pandemic.

They only have one or two lanes open on a regular basis. They dont take cash at self checkout. Also their is a lot of items damaged or empty boxes because it was stolen

Overall pretty good but a few items were out of stock.

Close and convenient. Everyone there anytime I need help was cool and helpful. Usually got all your needs and essentials.

This Walmart is closest to my house so we shop here often. Help is never available. I went in to buy my husband new socks for his birthday around 8:40pm. Apparently Walmart now locks up ALL the men’s socks in men’s case goods, you can’t buy even a single pair without getting an associate. I ring the button for service 5-8 times over 20 minutes and they just keep shutting the button off without sending an associate. I stopped 2 employees walking by and ask if they can send someone to case goods, the woman quickly quips “yeah we’ll send someone” and then continue their conversation and walk off without radioing anyone. 10 minutes pass, no one comes. I stop another associate and ask her the same thing to please send someone to men’s case goods I’ve been trying to get someone to open the case, she was polite and turned around back the direction she came and said she forgot her radio but would get someone, she walked back to the front of the store, and two isles over to avoid me and went back to what she was doing 🙄 In total I asked 4 different employees to please open the case or call someone, and wasted 45 minutes standing in the isle. I pushed the call button 20 times, which apparently does nothing. I needed to replace all my husbands socks so Target got my $200 instead, as well as the rest of the groceries and supplies I needed to buy. Walmart pays an unlivable wage and the employees have absolutely no reason to care and are obviously not held to any standard for customer service. Know this is probably a waste of time and just another bad review, but if anyone in the Walmart management world cares, and should, do better.

I went Sunday night and along with two other customers spent more than 39 minutes having someone paged to come to sporting goods and unlock a case for us! It was clean and well stocked with plenty of associates trying to help us but none had control of the keys to o the case.

No carts for the second time this week. Waited in line 30 min. Second visit did self checkout for an entire cart. Never again. Will go to Target or Huntersville Walmart.

How in the world did they get more than three stars just left needed a battery charger its all locked up like everything else there its like you are going to steal something Im waiting a good 15 minutes for someone to help me everytime I ask for help they point me to someone else there was a guy in shorts t-shirt checking out product on the Shelf and he was just making sure I wouldnt steal it he was the manager how I found that out the first manager didnt have a key to unlock it so he had to come unlock he saw me standing there but didnt want to help me just wanted to catch me stealing I guess and theres more but Im going to stop now I dont want anyone thinking Im lying on Walmart but this will be my last post Abingdon Walmart PS they wouldnt let me hold the charger I had to pick it up at checkout I should have left it but I really really needed it

This isn’t a very nice Walmart. The parking lot is always chaos and doesn’t feel very safe. Once you are inside there isn’t much to distinguish this from any other WalMart. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff. They have a huge corral of about 15 self checkouts. Self check out worked well and was fast.

Lousy as usual. This store has to do better. Only three registers open besides self-checkout & I was in line for 15 mins due to the cashier having an issue with a customer. Not one time did a mgr come help her. She had to go find help from coworkers plus not much products on the shelves. Just awful. Throw the whole store away!!!

10/30/21 an employee was so ghetto check himself out (electronics) and another customer behind me ask had no patient waiting. I think he was on break and got a meal the store was really busy and employees arent suppose to checkout themselves

The cashiers here are 90% rude. Not even saying hello, good bye, or anything- there are a few good ones but overall the cashiers are miserable.A lot of the rest of the store staff is good, especially the stockers in food and jewelry department, but with locked up socks and underwear and no clothing associate to be found? Also the garden department is absolutely abysmal and all the dead plants at full price is shameful. Not to mention being watched like a common thief while Im trying to find a decent plant to save from this horrible fate.many of the cashiers have such awful attitudes because theres never ever more than 2 lanes open.I dont actually think the cashiers here are bad people but theyre obviously working really hard if there are hundreds of guests in the store and only 2 of them plus the self check- do better at this location, please, most people dont want to do self check, we want a nice interaction with someone before we leave the store.I am a Charlottean so I know Wilkinson for what it is, but the store management absolutely could do better than this. Just because the neighborhood you serve is run down, doesnt mean you have to be.

Wilkinson Walmart, never seems to be fully stocked, needs to be more organized and put into order, similar to Belmonts Walmart, I use these two and the one off Brookshire regularly.

One register open at 8pm on a week night. Asked if they would open another one and associate ignored me and walked away. I may never come back to this wal mart again. Also never have any meat stocked!!! Whats wrong with this place!? 12pm on a Tuesday and no meat.

This place is not only gross, it’s a joke. We rarely, rarely stop at a Walmart for these very reasons. Stopped in to fill our water jugs and this location makes you pay at customer service. Stood in line for FORTY minutes. 40!!!!!! No one knows how to do their job or knows what is going on. Stay away.

You’ll most likely have to walk around the parking lot to find one. Associates are friendly. Shelves are often empty. Lines are stupid long. They use an alarm system that other Walmarts do not, so make sure all alarms are removed from items before leaving the store because you will have to come back to THIS location to remove it. Many things are locked away, and finding an associate to unlock any case is a hassle. I would love to come and not have to go looking for a CART!!!

Great variety of goods, long lines but self checkout was readily available. But only issue they were card only, and i feel like there shouldve been a sign to inform individuals.

A normal Walmart, but lacks a lot of items. Also Makeup and a lot of areas are separate checkout to prevent shop lifting, smart but not good if youre rushing to get more than makeup.

Workers dont care about the customers and this is not my first experience.

Love love love this Walmart! If your shopping for clothes, shoes, or jewelry.....this is the way to go. Huge selection of everything. Didnt make it to any other departments, but used the bathroom at the back of store and it was even decent. (Most arent w/my past experiences). Store was also clean, stocked and employees friendly and helpful. By far one of the best Walmarts Ive been in!!

Very poor service, I ordered a phone for in store pick up, they sent back a email that states that I would be able to pick it up TODAY BEFORE 8pm today. So I wait ALL day for a pick up confirmation and when it is 7:30pm I call to inquire if the phone is ready for pick up, the prompts say to dial 3 on the phone and it just rings and rings no answer. I call again to speak to customer service she informed me that they should have never said it would be available for pick up same day and that the pick up department closed.
