This is a magical place! Always like going here monthly to get supplies. It is fun to see the seasonal items and new items. I feel happy when I can leave with purchases under $50! There is many tempting things there that I think I need but know it is a want! the staff are usually very helpful. And you can go through the registers fast. So can go in and out with the item(s) you need.

Costco is a staple for our family. Good fresh food, fruit and vegetable choices too. Cannot always count on all the products being sold. They did away with safe and fair brand cereals. Not enough soy, gluten and nut free products. They did carry an allergy free chocolate which my daughter with food allergies enjoyed. Then stopped. But hey cant have it all, right.

Great location; super nice employees; excellent masking and of course, the usual Costco prices and variety.

One of the better Costco locations I’ve been to. Close enough to uptown, but not a lot of other places around to eat before/after shopping unless you’re looking for fast food.

I love Costco I had a memberhip since my teens. Shout out to my mom & brother. Funny thing my birthday gift for my brother just about every year is paying for my Costco membership lol. Now I bring my wonderful fiancée with me to shop at Costco and we just always have a ball from the samples to the bulk buying to eating there pizza.

Yes Costcos Im definitely going to get a membership with you all. Im absolutely amazed and all the wonderful things that you sell. I dont appreciate how there are no signs to find anything in the house you should definitely make that a goal to make it easier for shoppers to find what theyre looking for other than that I love the system that you have at the checkout to get customers in and out I couldnt have asked for anything better.

I always find what I need and then some. The staff is great. I really appreciate Costcos continuing to have cashiers and not just offer self check out.

We loved everything we get from Costco and the quality is way better than the other membership options in the area. Food options are good. The Kirkland brand has been really great quality too. The only complaint is that it’s always so busy!

I have been a member for many many years and shopped at various locations, including Montreal Canada. The Tyvola location is always clean and well prepared. Very friendly staff and service department. I only wish they had more locations around Charlotte

Love this place! I want to give it 5 stars. But cant! Great staff who are very helpful and courteous. My only concern is those who dont wear a mask when they are assisting you, get directly up in your face to speak. Even if I have a mask on, I dont want you that close in my face! They get way to close! If you step back, they step forward! That is my only concern. Its an uncomfortable feeling.

I have been a member of the 3 large warehouse stores at one pint or another. Costco just seems to stand out above the others with quality of food, selection of other products and customer service.I had 2 specific incidents that would keep me at Costco - twice now the price of a product changed and I was refunded the difference in cost. Nice surprise to receive a gift card in the mail!

I like how they have variety of all kinds of essentials. Its pretty similar to Sams but a bit bigger. However, the prices of their membership are higher than the Sams.

Love this location. Its always PACKED on Saturdays though. And while the patrons are not always the best, I always get through the lines quickly because of the cashiers! And, of course, if you bring the kids, expect to buy some churros and pizza or frozen yogurt. Happens every time. And come with an empty tank like I did, to fill up on the cheapest gas around.

My son and I intend to share in the cost of a membership. He initiated the account in ATL and was told that I as his mother is to simply show my ID to start the account (he fully disclosed that I was in a different state). Sounds simple? No. Even though I fully support him while he is in school out of state and can quickly show a guarantee of lease (notarized mind you), I’m told I can’t have a guest membership because we are not the same household and I have to show documentation of his address on something with my name. Really? ‘Well, this is a free membership.’Not impressed Costco.

Even when this place is super busy, they have a friendly & helpful team who work well together. Returns are a breeze. Simply wonderful people.

Today I came to buy with my baby, and I went to the self checkout.A dark hair white girl was scanning my items, and I thought she had finished scanning, I wanted to pay with my card and she hit her scanner on top of the cashier in front of me, I asked her: are you angry?she answers me you just damaged what i was scanning. OMGA terrible attitude for customer service, I asked for the manager: and they told me that she/he was in a meeting, I would have liked the manager to go with me to talk to her and she can learn to be more respectful and kind with the clients.

I have been living in North Carolina for 5 months and every time I come I leave with a frown. The customer service is horrible. I really despise coming here because how rude the employees treat the customers. When you ask someone for advise of where an item is they have no idea. I had to run to person on the floor so they can guide me where a product was. My sister said, “ Oh wow he is is hiding from you.” I was in disbelief. I come from West Palm Beach and I would go to the Palm Beach Gardens location and they would you treat you so kind. Please have them retrained because they lack kind customer service. The good reviews are probably from the managers lol!

I wish there was an option for no star because that would have been what I would of given this place. Rude employees. The man at the entrance gate was rude. He had told us to put on our mask before we entered and that was was fine but he was still rude about it. We saw people in front and behind us come in with NO mask. If he was going to enforce this it needs to apply for everyone. I would NEVER come to this Costco again due to RUDE EMPLOYEES.

I love costco and have been a member for 15 years but was recently left with a bad taste in my mouth. I received a phone call a whole day after my last visit accusing me of short changing a cashier and that I would be billed the difference upon my next visit. Ive posted more detail about this on Reddit and have had other employees tell me this isnt policy. Called corporate and was referred back to the club. Never got the GM to call me back (waiting 4 days but was promised a call within 3) but spoke to another lower level manager who confirmed they have an employee who researches how cashiers are short cash at the end of the day and in my case traced it to me. Upon explaining my side of the story (I counted exact change as did the cashier) they removed the block on my account and while did apologize for my bad experience told me to be more careful in the future when paying with cash. How about getting more training and take responsibility for your own actions and not blame customers? Unbelievable.

Staff is friendly and respectful, this location is pretty clean, and- as per the Costco way- the prices are usually pretty solid. Great location to grocery shop when you need to stock up for an extended period or just need to feed a family.

Claustrophobic! Highly recommend not going afternoons. Best times is when it opens.line for returns was 20 deep with one staff working on returns.

I love Costco but very disappointed that the selection of men’s clothes continues to get smaller and smaller. It want from 7 or 8 full tables to 4. I’m going to have to consider giving up my membership if this continues!!

I dont give 5 stars because: Sometimes its a bit crowded, plus a lot of new people have come to Charlotte with no manners.We no longer hear an excuse me, Im sorry for please! You can be talking to someone or looking at a product and someone walks by without saying anything.It is not the responsibility of Costco but it would be good a campaign of good manners so that the new people who arrive here assimilate the culture.

Place to find everything that you need it is a little busy on the weekend so if you do want to make an effort on the weekend go early.

Costco is just absolutely the best. Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and the store is fantastic. Also you cant beat $1.50 hotdog.

Great place to shop for those great seasonal items that only they seem to have! They always have something new each time you go in and something new to try and hopefully buy! Nice jewelry and watch selection as well. Also you cant beat the food court prices for a cheap family meal. Everyone loves Costco!!!

We have been Costco members for a while now and Costco has never failed us. It always has low prices. It has very low priced gasoline which is hard to find these days, and great customer service!

All household consumer items are there at very reasonable price. Day today wears are also available. Membership is required.

Great store, awesome deals, has almost everything that you would need to buy in bulk for pretty good prices. The only downside is that the store is almost always packed.

Fast checkout even on a busy Saturday, their Rotisserie chicken is the best and Thaddeus and Charlotte Rex of Team T-Rex 4935 greatly appreciate the meat department!

First time in my 14 years membership have I have been treated so badly. We feel being singled out by the cashier who doesnt even listen and rolling her eyes at us while she shouts for Manager. The manager doesnt even made it better for us and made us feel she just wanted to dismiss us quickly.When did COSTCO changed their policy that you cannot made separate payments of your purchases? Or bring friends and pay for their own?Not a good way to do business COSTCO. Train your stuff to be more customer friendly and culturally sensitive.

My father was taking two Moderna vaccination in this store. Somehow, the people in pharmacy shows attitude towards us. It feels like they dont want to do covid vaccine for people; maybe it is because we are Chinese? If they are too busy, they shouldnt let us make appointment at first place. Please be respectful to people coming for covid vaccination, especially senior Asian people. Thanks.

Clean, fresh veggies. Quite surprised, as my Costco experience in Sarasota always had rotted produce at high cost. Like any of these stores, know you prices, some items are best purchased via local retailers at lower costs.

Huge warehouse full of great deals. I have found prices cheaper in the warehouse than on their website. Expect bigger quantities of items too. They usually have lots of food samples throughout the store too.

I love Costcos the people are always friendly. Its really no place like it in Charlotte North Carolina. The gas is affordable the food is great. Ive been a member since 1985. I would recommend it to anybody its top notch.

I like that the parking lot isnt small so it can accommodate for all the cars. Its always clean here and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and try their best to keep the lines moving.

Now at this location the fast lane is a self check out lane... Whats the point on having somebody at the check out point if all is going to do is drive you thru the process..

This was a pretty fantastic Costco. It appeared incredibly clean and the workers were willing to help when asked.I am used to a Costco having a dedicated liquor department which this Costco does not have but thats understandable because of the laws in North Carolina. Instead they have a wine area in the middle of the store proper. It always feels weird to be missing out on the great priced Kirkland liquor brands but its not the stores fault. Otherwise its a pretty standard Costco.

I would like to know how and when the implementation of certain rules this place likes to make up. Letting people with full carts use the self checkout area but when I get up there all of a sudden I have to much stuff, wasting my time and having to get into a longer wait to check out. Thanks to the employee who randomly chose to enacted said rule when no where to be seen is a sign stating that there is a limit.

After standing in line to get a new membership, I left disgusted. Jocelyn at customer service takes money, gives me paper receipt, THEN tells Ill get card upon next visit because equipment was out of order. I felt she could have let me know when I told her what I wanted. Offering me a refund after this wait was a choice I ALREADY knew I had. I hope this isnt the beginning of a bad relationship with Costco!
