My experience here has always been great so Im not sure what the other negative reviews are for. They offer curbside pickup which is convenient, the staff is kind/very knowledgeable and its always a quick process. I think you can even access refills in the app too. I highly recommend especially if you already shop at Walmart.
I had to switch from my Neighborhood Walmart to this Supermarket Walmart. I thought I wasnt going to like it due to the heavy traffic and this being a large Pharmacy. But to my surprise it was good switching my service to this store. So far, no complaints! All are very friendly and have great customer service skills. So giving it a four star is pretty good for me. Keep up the good work Essential workers!!! Your dedication during this pandemic has been rewarding. And I am applauding all of you!👏🏽
I had to switch from this pharmacy because the people that work here are the worst!!! I have dealt with nothing but confusion dealing with this pharmacy.
After reading the reviews I was SO hesitant to use this pharmacy. When the time to call in / pick up my prescription, I was prepared for a full-on dumpster fire. Thankfully that has never been the case! Like most pharmacys there is generally a wait to call or pick up orders, but its not outrageous. The staff arent overly friendly, but are competent and have always helped me with any issues. No complaints so far.
I went to get a refill on my prescription today. First, I waited in line for about 10-15 minutes. Once I got to the desk the woman proceeded to be very rude to me. I had not called in my refill (which I have never done in my two years of getting it from here I usually have to wait about 10-20 minutes until it is ready) this being the case, she continued to tell me she has never heard of this before and after complaining to me for a while she finally said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I come back 15 minutes later, wait in line for a while. I get to the desk and the same woman talks to me saying they do not have it in stock. She did not apologize for the inconvenience or in any way make the situation any better. Not only did they waste my time by not telling me they didn’t have it in the first place but, were also very rude to me. I have never had a bad experience with them until today.
Switching pharmacy because the pharm techs dont communicate with customers. Had to speak to a manager to feel like I was being spoken to like an actual customer.
They are ridiculously over priced and refer you to a prescription discount website that still list them as one of the highest priced! I was paying out of pocket for my prescription but their prices are beyond reasonable . The same prescription was 75% cheaper at Harris Teeter.
1/0/20...if you must use this pharmacy, be aware they Shut Down for lunch between 1 & 2 (sometimes 2:30)...folks start to queue up before 2 and you can expect a line of at lest 5 to 10 people on the weekends at that time.
This was my first attempt at using this Pharmacy. And I must say that it was not a pleasant experience. Ill give them a star, because the Pharmacist Trainee that helped at the Drop-off was so nice. Other than that, this is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been tried conduct business with.Upon arrival, everything appeared to be Great! I was the only person there, and was able to walk straight up the Drop-off counter. Due to being a new customer, I guess it was necessary to enter a lot of my information into the system. But that alone took 10 more mins of my 1 hour lunch break. I was advised that it would be about 20 mins to fill the Rx and I would recv a text when ready.Well, I walked around the store for about 30 mins, without recvng a text, so I proceeded to the counter. Now there was a long line. A lady that came in after me advised that they would call our name. So I waited 20 more minutes. Now im over my lunch break time and still have to drive back to work.Once arriving a work, I found that I needed to use .50 mins of my Leave time due to going over my lunch hour. Walmart cost me time, money and wasted energy! I Dont have my much needed Rx, and I will Not be going back to Walmart! I will call and have them xfer the Rx to CVS!!
First, how do you open up late?! Then have a manager say we are running late but we don’t know when it’s gonna open we are trying to get a Pharmacist on the phone?! Hmmm what? Smh
Absolutely the worst customer service every time!! Its convenient but save your piece or mind and choose someone else
Terrible customer service. Was trying to fill a prescription for my mother and the call disconnected. The pharmacist was kind enough to call my mother back only to tell her that the medication wasnt in Stock. Once I got disconnected I had called back and was told her prescription was ready for pick up. So I wasnt sure which of the 2 it was. We made a few calls back for clarification and every time I called they said something different. Needless to say they didnt know what they were talking about so I transferred he prescription to another Walmart pharmacy. Save yourself the headache
Bad service very ghetto
Customer service sucks! They take for ever for everything. I was waiting and the lady said the wait time was 15 min, I waited for more than half an hour and when I ask her she was laughing with her coworker because he didn’t finish in time, she ask me to wait for 15 more min.
Awful customer service, which would be fine, except they never have anything ready in time.
Very Bad Customer service I called to reorder my perception medicine the guy on phone is very rude also you have to wait for a while in a queue and re-explain the things at primacy that what doctor prescribed and what you are getting some time they reduced the quantity of medicine or give a different company medicines.
Awful customer service, worse ive ever seen, Last week the associate told me my prescription would be ready in 45 minutes after i gave them my prescription in person, so I waited and then went back and the associate told me my prescription was out of stock after I waited.
Work there
WOW. What a pharmacy
