If youre looking for stone countertops, be careful - Stone Basyx has so much to choose from, it can be overwhelming! But I found exactly what I wanted - and the people there could not have been more helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Jordan was A+. It was after visiting 2 other slab yards that he graciously greeted me and held my hands through the whole process. Patiently he took me down each aisle and gave me feedback on how the stone would work with both my cabinet as well as my flooring choices. His feedback was thoughtful and insightful. Because if Jordan I felt cared for and want to buy from this company.

Jordan was a great help! He explained the layout of the warehouse and the pricing very well. I felt welcomed at the fact he offered me coffee and water. Stone Basyx will always have my business and I will tell my friends!! Thank you guys everyone was very nice and helpful !

Great selection here and very helpful staff. The front desk associates Maria and Karen were so patient with me answering my questions about different kinds of stone. They put the stone on hold for me, once more of what I liked was delivered to their warehouse, until I could get there to look at it. Juan and Alejandro moved different slabs around so I could look at the specific bundle number and even offered to move it over to an open loading dock doorway so that I could see what it looked like in natural light. Everyone was super helpful with great customer service!

In the warehouse Cristian was amazingly helpful and the selection is plentiful. Front desk was also super helpful and friendly. Awesome experience.

I went in with my husband the other day, we are renovating our entire house so the process is a little stressful, but karen and gabriel made it so stress-free. they were so helpful, karen walked with us almost the entire time and helped check what was available through out the process, huge selection by the way. some things were blocked but the brothers in the back helped move lots out of the way of available material. everyone is so professional and welcoming, I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!!

You know the service was outstanding when our dinner revolved all about our visit at Stone Basyx.The guys up front were so friendly and welcoming, absolutely loved the warehouse. Her character &’ personality made this experience a smooth sailing ride and didn’t add stress on us like previous places we’ve visited. Better late then never! Me and my wife visited Stone Basyx and the customer service was so great I had to recommend some friends to visit and take a look around for their house renovation. Ruby was kind and very patient with the change of selection me and my wife made. Kept a smile on her face while running in and out to check for availability for our granite slabs!!! Stone Basyxs Charlotte warehouse is HUGE and packed full of amazing stones from around the world. The staff is very professional and alway happy to help. All around an amazing facility!

Customer service was beyond my expectations! I was personally assisted by Rubi, not only did she help us reserve the perfect material but she provided us with fresh cold bottled water (that no other place has done) after walking the warehouse! What a great experience! From the moment we checked in, Maria was so pleasant and helpful. She didnt hover but checked in with us several times while we were there, providing guidance and friendly conversation. When we finally picked the granite, she arranged to have several slabs moved so we could compare batches and pick just the right slabs. Ive literally been walking aisles and aisles of granite slabs for the last 4 hours at 2 separate locations. I feel in LOVE with a piece of granite that Ive been searching for, for quite some time, to find out all of their stock was reserved for someone else. These two were so forward thinking they werent letting me leave the shop broken hearted so they start calling fabricators to see if their clients are still interested in the granite on hold. Finally, we received the go ahead to remove from hold and it was just the amount I was needing!!

Rubi was beyond words, guided us.. asked about our favorite pick, our preferences and was all about customer service satisfaction. We were in quite a hurry so we didn’t stay long but she told us about their live inventory page which is how I’m here right now.I have made a selection and I’ll be back to see her. Excellent customer service. Maria, Hector, Dany and Oscar were extremely patient with us. We explored six others places in South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina; no one was as helpful as the one’s mentioned above. My husband and I will highly recommend this company to everyone we know.

GO HERE FIRST. Ruby, Alexandro and Juan went above and beyond . Every one of them, should get a raise . They moved at least 12 slabs when other distributors would only move one slab or didn’t have any forklift drivers in the warehouse at the time. It was such a blessing to find what exactly we had been searching for with there help. I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Our experience at Stone Basyx was FANTASTIC! Renato greeted us in the lobby right away, put on a video for our kids, and even brought us muffins and coffee! Renato is one of the kindest and friendliest people I have ever met, and he bent over backwards at every step to be sure we found the right granite for our new home. And he did just that! We had very specific colors for which we were searching, and we wanted to stick to a tight budget. But Renato worked his magic, and we found exactly what we wanted! Earlier that day we had been to another stone slab warehouse where our experience was just about the complete opposite (little help, little information, little enthusiasm). But at Stone Basyx from the very start to the very finish it was a true pleasure to look and find the perfect countertops. Forget the other places - save yourself a lot of time, trouble, and frustration. Go to Stone Basyx right away, and youll be so glad you did! I cannot recommend them enough!!!
