Joe was awesome. He explained everything in derail in language you could understand. The front desk staff was pleasant and knowledgeable to answer questions?and made you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. If you think you might have a hearing loss or just need a little reassurance that your hearing level has not changed this would be the place to go.

I wasnt particularly looking forward to this, but I did want to hear better. To my surprise, the visit was a delight! Joe was friendly, professional, informative, and fun. He answered so many questions in a way that I could understand. You get to try a prescription while connected to the diagnostic computer and it was amazing. I couldnt believe the improvement and in just a few days I had hearing aids that worked beautifully. Its not just the hearing aids-its the customer service. Im encouraging all my friends with hearing concerns to go to Joe at Beltone on Kings Dr.
