I took my 95-year old mother to Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center because she was having hearing problems. Dr. Stempl is the doctor who treated her. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Stempl in the way she patiently and professionally treated my mom and fitted her for hearing aids. Follow up visits have been just as great. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

They really helped my daughter they took her from not even being able to answer questions to being able to answer questions and talking in complete sentences…. To be honest I think they helped her too damn much!!! Lol she never stops talking now!!!!

My son is 3 years old and he wasn’t talking or saying anything that he wanted. When he started speech therapy with one of the speech pathologist, I noticed he started talking more, saying names, asking for things. They work with my schedule by going out to the daycare to see him. Me and my husband both work first shift. He starting to say full sentences. He still has a long way to go, but he has improved and came a long way. That’s all thanks to Brianne from Charlotte speech and hearing. I am so thankful for her and this facility.

We love Charlotte Speech and Hearing. My son has been receiving speech therapy since he was 18 months old (he is now 8), and we have tried several different places for speech. The therapists at Charlotte Speech and Hearing are the best we have had. Additionally, my son is autistic and his therapist always knows just what to do. I am grateful to have them on our team!

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. The doctor even told me who to get a letter from to facilitate Karons hearing aid process. It was very easy to get there. I trust my sons ears with this office and wonderful people.

Charlotte Speech and Hearing has the only nonprofit audiologists in the city of Charlotte. In my particular case I am absolutely certain that this fact alone saved me a considerable amount of money... if you’re interested in that sort of thing.I saw Julie Palazzolo, and I could not be more pleased.She did an excellent job of fitting my hearing aids, and explained each and every question that I had.

Weve had such a wonderful experience with Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center. Angie is seriously the best and our little one looks forward to Speech days with her :) She is fun and energetic while keeping him motivated to learn and engage for 30 minutes!

I have used this agency for many years, and have always been so pleased with the service. They are very professional and friendly and have made many suggestions thru the years that have been very helpful--such as recommending a cap phone for me. The new hearing aid is an improvement over the one I had previously so I am very pleased with it.

The organization has been a godsend.Hearing aids are sold on a sliding scale based on income. The staff is patient, caring and knowledgeable. In particular, Julie Palazzolo has a gift for interacting with the elderly and those with dementia. As a caregiver, I also appreciate the organizations commitment to scheduled servicing of hearing aids throughout the lifetime of the device.

I have a child which is a teenager now he went here for speech which gave excellent service I go here for my hearing aids and they provide excellent service as well as if I have any issues or if I cant hear properly Im alwaysgetting a ASAP appointment to correct the issues I recommend anyone here at Charlotte speech & hearing

Very pleased with testing and fitting for hearing aids. Chose because they had an audiologist and very client orientated. So turned off by all other hearing aid services that are just pushing hearing aid devices and gimmicks to get people in the door.
