Ive been with Bowles for about 4 years now. The office manager Daisy has I think gone out of her way to accommodate my needs and wants. Dr. Tracy also is exceptionally skilled at her job is is also a people person. Together they make a great team. Their customer service is first-class and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Daisy is a joy to work with when I need my aids cleaned and tweaked. She’s always happy and has time for your concerns. Tracy, my audiologist, does an outstanding job making sure my hearing aids are working properly and is always up to date on the latest technology.This office is honest and truly cares about their customers.

Dr. Tracy is kind and patient. Im happy to have met her and will not see another audiologist outside of her. During my visit, she listened to my concerns and accessed the issue immediately. I felt comfortable with her and we even chatted about life a bit. Daisy is also amazing. She is a great communicator, friendly and welcoming. Its always a pleasure to see her. These ladies are a dynamic duo and highly recommended!

My MediGap insurance sent me to TruHearing for aids. One of their local reps is Bowles - which I quickly discovered is as an intermediary for TruHearing that is paid 3 trips to their offices for tests, fitting, aids selection & follow-ups. My choice of aids (which Bowles does not sell me) have had MULTIPLE problems. Disregarding their limited pay from TruHearing, they have seen me several times at no charge working to get my hearing aids right! I would recommend this company to anyone! They are helpful, caring and will work diligently to make things right
