Excellence service by a very professional highly experienced doctor. Dr. Gosu took the necessary the time to determine the extent of my hearing loss and provide me with the best hearing aid solution for me. He explained everything I needed to know in simple understandable language. Glad I purchased the warranty on my hearing aid. Dropped it on my ceramic tile bathroom floor. Ouch! it broke in half. No problem. Dropped it off at the Hearing Solution Center and had a new one in five days, no charge.

Buying hearing aids from Dr. Gosu was a very easy and friendly procedure . He explained my hearing problem in some detail and what he felt was the best hearing aid to help me. He recommend a mid range price model that he thought would help my problem, although he could have recommended a higher price model. I felt very confident in his recommendation. This will be my third set of hearing aids in the last 10 - 12 years, and although none of them restored my hearing to 100 percent, I am very satisfied with them.

I like the personalized service you can get with this provider. It’s not one of the larger, factory like doctors offices that leave you abandoned in the waiting room for an hour.

BEST experience! I had an ongoing problem with my hearing aids over many months and many, many trips back and forth to CEENTA without any resolution and I rarely saw the same audiologist twice. It was SO exasperating! Frustrated I googled for the best audiologist in Charlotte and his name came up with great reviews so I went to see Dr. Gosu and everything about my experience was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and patient and found my problem - it was my iPhone connection to my hearing aids!! He returned several calls within minutes and my problem was resolved quickly. His assistant, Valerie, is also very caring, kind, competent and calls you right back should you have a question. Its a very friendly, comfortable office with personalized service. I was so happy about them that my husband moved to this practice with Dr. Gosu. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Gosu was very personable, while being professional, and treated my 93-year-old mother with respect and gentleness as he diagnosed her hearing needs. He offered her a selection of hearing aid options, but recommended one that was in keeping with her activities and not the most expensive device. He explained that he didnt promote only one brand of hearing aid as he preferred different brands which provided the best service in each category. Plus, he stands by his work, making sure that his patient is pleased with the results. Included in the cost of the hearing aid(s) are multiple followup visits and limited replacement opportunities in the case of loss or damage. A very good value overall. Well, the last thing I wanted to admit to was that I was loosing my hearing. I had attended a Regional meeting a few days before contacting the Hearing Solution Center. I showed up and the fun began. 2 out of 22 words, (she had a paper hiding her mouth and I could not read what she was saying). Both the Dr. and I realized very quickly that I had issues. The positive/helping/caring attitude was so very comforting to me. It started at the front desk.I now have two hearing devices, (is that what you call them?) and I had no idea that I was missing so much. I can now hear my kids, my family and friends. The adjustments and support from Dr. ??? I cannot remember her last name, Kathy. Thats what I know her by. Anyway, I am thankful, grateful and humbled at their kindness and professionalism. I have since moved back to my family in Indiana but I cannot remember having a better, more successful, more enjoying trip to a Dr. office that literally has changed my life. I have been completely satisfied with the service I have received at Hearing Solution Center. When I wanted to try the new iPhone compatible hearing aids, I decided to try a smaller, independent Audiologist, thinking I would get a more personalized experience, much like the Concierge Doctor”. My previous Audiologists “Big Corporate Line” on the aids I purchased was very negative; however, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase and the expertise I have received from DR Gosu and Hearing Solution Center.

Visited website only so review is based off of that but I sent a email as part of their contact us link and haven’t received a email back for a possible purchase of hearing aids and hearing test. You would think that most people with a hearing disability would opt to receive information this way but I was proven wrong. Decided to go elsewhere based off of this.

My wife has been wearing the hearing aids that HSC recommend for over a year now. The hearing aids are very comfortable and her hearing sounds natural. The HSC staff and the audiologist are excellent. My wife was surprised at her last visit to find that Dr. Dowd had retired. Her replacement, Dr. Gosu, is an excellent choice.
