The shopping experience at our local Denver Mattress (Charlotte, NC) was excellent. Caleb was the Assistant Mgr who helped us on both of our visits and we found him very helpful and professional. We love the satisfaction policies at Denver Mattress. Very few mattress retailers have the generous return policy (for a refund or exchange) that Denver has. They also have a good price guarantee for the first 4 months. We just ordered our mattresses so we are hoping the rest of our mattress shopping experience (delivery, follow up, satisfaction, etc) will continue to be good.

Enjoyable mattress shopping experience with my spouse. We are both retired military with old injuries that keep us from sleeping through the night. Anthony identified our needs after a brief exchange of information; we tried three different mattresses to determine as to our pain that has been keeping us from a full night of rest (we are not in search of sleep aid meds ); we realized how different these mattresses were and found one that the best for us of the tree; however I could still feel my shoulder injuries and my L3 (lower back) injury until “Anthony” adjusted the sleep posture of the bed; immediately the pressure was relieved from my injured joints, it was all I had hoped for. My spouse was having the same response and it was then that Anthony brought us each a pillow that once tucked under my head; I knew this was the solution. I’m filling out this customer response because I’m grateful for what Anthony understood about Our need and brought us to a solution; A mattress salesman does have to know the product he sells but Anthony understood how the product could help us; two old soldiers with several points of pain that kept us up at night. Tears welled up in my eyes that I was unable to control as I knew that finally I was going to get the rest I been suffering without for too long.

I sadly am having to edit a previous review. It started as a good experience quickly turned sour. The staff member at the store Tony said my bed would be delivered on a certain date and it never came. I called the store and apparently employees are not supposed to promise delivery dates. I got a call days later to set up a delivery. When the delivery did show up I wasn’t given everything that I ordered. I contacted the store to find the missing items. The manager apologized for the delay and gave me a refund on delivery but could not tell me when the sheets I had ordered will arrive. They said it was faster to ship it to store then mail it to me. It has been week and I haven’t seen or herd anything from this store. Denver mattress makes a great product but I would not recommend doing business with this store.

We went to Denver Mattress to order a new mattress for our new home. We said we needed our new mattress delivered in two weeks, by the 24th, as that was our move-in date, and our sales associate assured us it would arrive by then, or a few days later. When we followed up a week later, we were told the mattress wasnt even in production yet and would arrive by the 31st. When the mattress had not arrived by the 31st, we called again and were told the mattress was in house but just needed to be put on the truck; it would arrive by the 4th or 5th at the latest. The mattress still has not arrived. We called again and were told the delivery had not even been scheduled and the earliest we can get it now is the 11th. That is almost three weeks after our original promised date, and Im tired of sleeping on the couch in our new home. Were going to borrow an SUV and just go pick it up ourselves. We could have also gotten this mattress cheaper by going directly to the manufacturer but were paying extra for the service, which has not impressed. We are in need of another mattress soon, and I will not be coming back here.

We went to MANY mattress stores in Charlotte and Tony at Denver was the most helpful, patient, and knowledgeable sales rep we encountered. We did not feel rushed or pressured, and Tony made sure to address all of our concerns. We got an amazing deal, and left feeling confident that he would take care of us with any concerns or questions going forward.Update: We’re a little disappointed that it took almost three weeks for our mattress to even arrive at the store. Because we have to be available for an ALL DAY appointment we have to wait another two weeks for it to arrive at our home because they’re delivery schedule was already full on our availability days.
