Walked in the door and was greeted by a Fauci mask disciple. It didnt cover my nose and boy did he let me know. Who knows if they have good products but took my 5k mattress budget elsewhere.8/30 - thanks for the canned response. I know its mandatory (if masks worked 2 weeks wouldnt have turned into 2 years). My comment is the attitude I got walking in an empty store.

I like their product, but the mattress that I recently ordered was delivered by Two Men and a Truck and not by OMF. OMF clearly states that their delivery personnel will wear booties when entering a home, but this was not my experience today. I cleaned-up muddy shoe prints off my hardwood floors after the two delivery men left. They also were inexperienced with setting-up a bed (I paid for in-home delivery/set-up). One of the men even admitted that they do not usually do this, but were called to help with OMF deliveries. They also did not have any tools on hand to complete the job. Once they left, I realized that not all of the parts of the bed frame had been properly assembled when I found two plastic wheel inserts left in the bedroom. I removed the mattress and box springs from the frame, inserted the plastic covers for two of the wheels, reattached two wheels to the frame, attached the bed frame to the headboard, and replaced the box springs and mattress. When we purchased mattresses from OMF a couple years ago, the delivery personnel were top-notch and had all of the tools they needed on hand. This was far from my experience today. My mattress was originally scheduled to be delivered later in the week on Friday, but I received a call that it HAD to be delivered today (Wednesday). The timing worked-out, but had I known that I was going to get the service that I received today I would have waited for a time when OMF would be making the delivery. Ask whether OMF will be doing your delivery and set-up when you order with OMF. I know that I will, if I purchase from them in the future. Clearly, they think anyone can deliver a mattress, but I would rather not have to deal with the hassle and poor service.

I was stressed about going mattress shopping, I found OMF on a top 10 list of mattress companies. Liked there was a local brick and mortar store close by. They were very informative, low pressure sales experience and had great customer service and follow-up. Very happy and comfortable in my new bed!

The Original Mattress Factory is the only establishment at which I will purchase a mattress. I purchased my first mattress with OMF in 2010 and more recently a king mattress in 2018. I was impressed with the quality of the product and attention to detail. The weight of the mattress attests to the material used in construction, including ample coil springs, natural padding, and real cloth covering. The shopping experience from in-store mattress selection to delivery was superb. If you are seeking a durable, well constructed mattress that will last for decades and provide the support needed for a restful sleep experience, go with the Original Mattress Factory.

Some of the other reviews must have been placed before Sam took over this location, because the guy knows his stuff. He’s got to be one of the best they have. I dread walking into stores because of sales gimmicks and misinformation but honestly: this is a great place to buy a mattress. Places like this just don’t exist anymore. They build with great, American materials and they build to last. You can also shop here knowing you aren’t going to get pressured to buy right that second. The staff is eager to educate you about the quality their product but never makes a sales pitch or brings any pressure to the table. This is what I wish all furniture stores were like.

Weve purchased several mattresses at OMF through the years. We shop around but always end up coming back. Every mattress/box spring set weve received has given years of service. They still make mattresses that you can flip to get the most use out of. Recently bought a wood bedframe...great solid wood Amish construction and seems like it will last for years This location is new (it was moved from another locale) but with the same quality products and good service. Take time to rest on the mattresses before making your choice for 15 minutes or so...if its not comfortable after that time, choose another softness. The surface stitching makes a difference on how you will feel on the mattress too. We opt to add reinforced edge springs, for $20 it keeps the very edge of the mattress firm and supportive. Also let the salesperson know how high you want your bed to be when placed in your bed frame. They have different types of box springs (regular & short height, as well as bunky boards) and its important to know how high you want your bed frame/mattress set to be. Dont guess, measure, so you know how high your assembled bed will be in your home. One last note...Their mattress pads are really great and worth the cost. They are pricey, but well made and last for years.

Will not return there nor recommend. Not bad people, but I lost almost $1,000 because of their misinformation to me. The 1 year exchange is not really what it sounds like. My bad for trusting them and not reading it carefully. Also, I bought a bed based on a feature and they sold me another one without the feature, not informing me of it. Instead of making up for their error, they charged me extra $ to get the feature. They are not good communicators. Had issue with initial delivery as well.
